This hotell should never be recommended. The rooms are super small with no privacy when you the bathroom because there are no doors. When you try to sleep there is no isolation to the street. We stayed there one night and will never stay there again.

This hotel was disappointing. I think the photos must be old or trying to show them in a favourable light. The rooms were small, pokey, dirty, the shower and toilet are in the room so there is no privacy, just seems unecessary?! Plug sockets are lacking. The bed was lumpy and the mattress dipped, not very comfortable, we there was snot on the sheet so unsure about how clean it was?! The breakfast was really basic and the food was just left out with no temperature control and there were flies. Overall for the price we paid it was disappointing. I must say the staff were friendly and helpful, and the WiFi was good.

Do NOT stay here! Rooms are TINY. We could barely fit in the room when our luggage was in the room. The bar just outside on the other side of the streets played loud music until 3 am, the windows are so bad it sounded like they were open. There us no proper door to the bathroom, uncomfortable beds, our handle to the door broke first thing, no pressure in the shower and the rooms felt dirty and old. Overpriced. The staff do not speak English. Would give it 0 stars if possible. I repeat; DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Beautifully decorated hotel, comfortable rooms. Special options for families. Right next to the Teatro Amazonas, couldn't be better located.

Okay hotel, the rooms are extremely small and some rooms do not even have a window. The bathroom was quite clean but the roof has been clearly damaged in the room due to water. The decoration of the hotel us very nice. The terrace on the fourt floor has an incredible view of the amazon theatre with nice relaxing chairs. The location is good and close to the centre. The breakfast is very simple and has bread, simple cake and tapioca pancakes with butter. For more complicated food you need to pay 10 real for a tapioca pancake with different flavours or baked eggs.

Bad hotel, avoid if possible: > AC is very old and basically cannot cool the rooms. It doesn’t help that the rooms aren’t sealed that well so hot air comes in > rooms not that clean and quite old, need a renovation. Had to ask for towels as they didn’t provide them initially, very poor bed linen also, felt unhygienic > it’s next to loud bars with little sound insulation, so don’t expect a quiet night in Pros: great location, good price at ~€7 pppn, helpful staff, cheaper to get room in-person than on Booking

Even though the rooms are very compact /tinny and there is no privacy in the toilet because there is no door and it is all glass, the location is great! It can be a bit noisy but I slept with my earplugs as always so the noise didn't really bother me. The breakfast is pretty yummy and the staff were amazing! Pedro the manager was awesome! He assisted us before our arrival with what to do in Manaus and the tours in the Amazon and surroundings. He was always really attentive and helpful and gave us all the assistance needed before and during our stay.

Simply cause is an exceptionally beautiful place with a terrace that offers some unparalleled views of historical center of Manaus. Although rooms are small, the hotel is decorated with an exceptionally really good taste.

Never ever again! Worst night ever. Everything was dirty or damaged.

We stayed in this hotel for four nights and it was awful. The rooms are tiny, there is no door on the bathroom, and the sheets won't stay on the bed. Plus they held our bags for two nights while we took a jungle tour and when we got back they had been gone through and $200 and air pods were stolen. the worst part is that the hotel management would take no responsibility! They simply said we had to waste over 2 hours of our time to fill out a police report. The only positive is the location.
