Their car park service below the hotel is a complete disaster. They mixed our car up with an identical car. We only realised their total mess up when we were returning the car.

Good location, staff and breakfast. The hotel is not in a great shape, rooms are tiny, and it smells a bit. Very basic, but sometimes it's all you need!

As a Budget option it delivers in accordance. Great location near to Malls and supermarkets. Therefore, internet could be better and a smart tv in the room would be great!

Fantastic value as per ibis. This is one of the newer ones, the rooms are compact but comfy and comes with all the essentials we needed. The room is quiet and beds comfy. Air cons worked perfectly. The staff were very friendly, not all of them spoke English but they always found someone who can to help us. The area is a little away from the historic center but close to 2 large shopping malls. The long distance is a short ride away. We'd stay here again when we visit Manaus next time.

The place is very cheap. The rooms are perfectly fine for the really low rates. The staff is lovely and friendly, in particular Viviane, and visitors often end up having drinks with other visitors randomly chatting while sitting outside. I had a great time every time I went.

We arrived late and just stayed one night before going to Anaconda lodge for Amazonas adventures. Small clean rooms and a simple breakfast buffet.

Efficient layout for 3 people to share, definitely tight in space but value-wise great spot. Toilet, shower, sink are separate.

Good hotel at a convenient location in Manaus. Rooms have all the basic amenities needed for travellers. Staff is helpful and courteous. Would recommend the hotel for a short stay in Manaus.
