Apologies
for
the
very
late
review
(from
February
and
March
2023!),
it
has
been
a
busy
time!
I
could
not
recommend
Lily
Arkwright
anymore
if
I
tried
for
an
engagement
ring,
from
their
service
and
the
ring
itself
I
had
such
a
great
experience
from
start
to
finish.
I'd
spent
some
time
researching
various
jewellers
to
help
me
decide
the
perfect
engagement
ring
for
my
(then)
girlfriend
(now
fiancee!),
and
Lily
Arkwright
was
one
of
the
jewellers
I'd
narrowed
it
down
to
and
arranged
a
visit
to
discuss
potential
rings
for
lab
diamond
engagement
rings.
Lily
Arkwright
came
on
top
due
to
their
great,
very
much
personalised,
no
pressure
customer
service,
and
also
previous
5-star
reviews
from
other
customers!
(and
rings
of
course)
I
had
already
sent
a
few
rings
over
to
them
via
email
so
they
had
an
idea
of
what
I
was
after,
which
helped
with
the
consultation
process
and
an
appointment
was
set
up
to
visit.
I'd
brought
my
Fiancee's
sister
along
to
help
choose
the
ring,
and
we
met
with
Kerry
who
was
fantastic
and
showed
us
both
a
selection
of
both
differing
ring
bands,
diamond
shapes/sizes/clarity
as
well
as
a
couple
of
custom
made
rings
for
other
customers
so
we
had
an
idea
of
how
the
finished
product
would
look.
Obviously,
as
each
ring
is
custom-made
and
set,
you
don't
get
to
see
the
actual
ring
until
the
order
is
complete
which
always
makes
it
difficult
to
decide
on
such
an
important
purchase,
but
Kerry
gave
her
advice
and
listened
to
our
comments
without
putting
us
under
any
pressure
which
was
great
-
she
also
advised
that
there'd
be
a
free
first
refitting
if
the
ring
was
purchased
in
the
wrong
size
(which
was
took
advantage
of!)
As
the
engagement
was
a
surprise,
I'd
stressed
that
I
could
only
be
communicated
with
after
the
appointment
with
via
email
(and
not
to
phone)
and
Lily
Arkwright
kept
their
promise
throughout
the
whole
process,
even
after
purchase.
I'd
chatted
both
with
Kerry
and
her
colleague
Kate
via
email
-
big
thanks
to
Kate
who
recognised
that
I
had
placed
the
slightly
wrong
order
online
following
the
appointment
and
our
discussions,
and
emailed
me
to
confirm
rectify
this
so
that
was
greatly
appreciated.
The
turnaround
for
the
order
was
fairly
quick,
I'd
placed
the
order
on
February
14th
(coincidental!)
and
received
notification
that
the
ring
was
ready
to
pick
up
on
Tuesday
7th
March
-
I'd
advised
that
I
was
travelling
to
NYC
to
pop
the
question
on
Friday
10th
so
needed
a
quick
turnaround
and
this
was
noted
and
kept
to!
You
can
also
have
the
ring
delivered
to
your
address
if
preferred
too,
but
due
to
the
surprise
element
it
was
best
to
collect
it
at
Lily
Arkwright.
The
ring
itself,
comes
with
a
Lily
Arkwright
bag
and
box,
as
well
as
certificate
citing
the
cut
of
the
diamond,
the
clarity
and
other
aspects
which
is
a
nice
touch
too.
The
ring
itself
is
absolutely
stunning,
my
Fiancee
is
still
to
this
day
obsessed
with
it
and
she
could
not
have
hoped
for
a
better
ring,
the
diamond
is
blinding
and
she
is
so
in
love
with
the
ring.
As
mentioned
earlier,
the
ring
was
too
large
so
I
contacted
Lily
Arkwright
who
arranged
an
appointment
for
both
myself
and
my
Fiancee
to
visit,
and
we
could
get
the
ring
re-sized
for
free
as
part
of
the
service
offering.
My
Fiancee
was
sad
to
send
the
ring
off
for
a
few
weeks
to
be
re-sized,
but
it
was
back
with
us
within
a
couple
of
weeks
and
posted
back
to
us
as
special
delivery.
I'd
like
to
personally
thank
all
at
Lily
Arkwright
who
helped
me
choose
the
perfect
engagement
ring
and
be
part
of
our
best
memories,
we'll
be
sure
to
visit
again
for
our
wedding
bands
and
we
look
forward
to
that
day 😊

Lily
Arkwright
and
also
of
the
ring
itself
to
demonstrate
its
sheer
beauty
-
the
background
isn't
too
shabby
either!
