Baris & Georgia have taken such good care of me. I went in for an emergency appointment to fix my permanent retainer. I was seen that day. The warmth and professionalism of both Baris and Georgia made me feel so comfortable. my treatment plan was explained to me in a clear approachable way so that I knew exactly what the next steps were. I have now joined as a full time patient as a result. Very professional place- would highly recommend their services.

Baris & Georgia are a credit to the clinic! I had quite extensive treatment and was quite nervous but was put at ease from the first moment by both, very friendly and welcomed any questions I had about the treatments. Very happy with the service I received, thanks guys!

I made the appointment and specified what I wanted done - clipping and removal of glue from a fixed retainer. I requested a quote and was informed it would be maximum 60 pounds. Based I this I confirmed the appointment. When I arrived at the appointment, I confirmed what I wanted and was informed this would cost 85 pounds. I queried this price given it would take no more than 5-10 minutes and the quote I was given. I was informed that this was an emergency appointment because a wire was involved and the minimum I could be charged was 85. I queried how it could be considered an emergency appointment given I had made the appointment almost two weeks previously. I was informed that any appointment involving a wire is considered emergency. The clipping and removal of the glue took no more than 5 minutes. The work carried out was satisfactory but I feel I was misled with an inaccurate quote and overcharged for a very simple appointment. The professional who I saw stated that they thought I was also getting some cosmetic work. I feel I was overcharged to compensate for poor communication regarding the purpose of the appointment. Based on this, I could not recommend this establishment to anyone.

Dan is THE best dentist ever! I am eso glad we found him, my kids are always made to feel safe and calm, he has a good bit of banter with them and always talks to them directly about their teeth which is a good way to engage and get them to listen to any advice he has to give. I highly recommend him to everyone and always emphasise the fact that having a good dentist that the kids aren't nervous or scared about seeing is so important and it’s worth me paying what little I have to do that for them. My kids say that he’s always smiling when they visit and it’s true, all of this just adds to the great experience they have. We are so sad to know he’s leaving but wish him all the best, it’s an amazing step up in his career. All the best. Fay

There was a miscommunication when I was booking my dental check up/hygiene apt and so when I arrived I realised I'd paid for just one of the two I believed I had. I had my apt which was amazing, super lovely woman and my teeth have never been this clean, and after raising my concern, I was informed the dentist would see me for a check up as a good will gesture, which I am really thankful for. The dentist was also lovely and would really recommend this clinic.

Every time I have used the practice the service and treatment has been first class. I'm particularly impressed that I have always been able to get a same day emergency appointment when needed

The highest quality of service and professionalism I have ever experienced. I now have no fear when attending a dental appointment. Which says a lot from a person who was terrified of the dentist for most of my younger years. Until, of course, I was introduced to the exceptional Mr Hewitt.

The premises are immaculate. Receptionists are friendly and welcoming. Professionals such as Hygienist (Fran Sands) and Dentist (Nigel De Souza) are excellent, consumate professionals, both extremely knowledgable in their fields. They inspire absolute trust and confidence.

We had such a wonderful experience yesterday with our daughter Rosie being treated by Vaninder and Jess. She was very nervous and they were wonderful with her, so patient, caring, reassuring, sensitive, even putting her favourite music on. The attention to detail about her teeth and future care was outstanding! Thank you so much, we are so grateful.

I was really nervous to get a teeth cleaning as I hadn't been to the dentist in 10 years. Miss S Lewis made me feel so at ease, very gentle with my teeth and so glad I done it. Would highly recommend!

I've been to the clinic twice - once for a general checkup and hygiene dentist and the second time to get two fillings. Ramzan was a terrific dentist - patient, friendly, professional and happy to answer every question. I am very happy with the service I received and also feel like, thanks to Ramzan, I learned how to take care of my teeth better. The whole team in the clinic was professional and kind. I agree with some of the other reviewers who said that the team also has really good taste in music :)

The best dental practice I have ever used and would not go anywhere else now. Both the dentist, Nigel and the hygienist, Fran are super knowledgeable and friendly, as are the reception staff.

I liked the clinic, the dental hygienist did a good job with scaling and polishing. This time my teeth wasn’t as scandalous as before, I now use electric toothbrush and the only feedback I got was brush twice daily. The dentist appointment was fast and speedy, teeth and gums healthy. Good service can’t complain, the nurses were also friendly and chatty.

The service is great, however I had to have2 fllings instead of one (on the sme tooth) and I stll don't understand why I was charged twice when the dentist didn't do a good job from the first time. Had to change the clinic, unfortunately.

I have been looking for a dentist in Manchester for a while and came across this clinic. I booked in with Baris and his assistant Georgia. The service from them both was excellent, and the examination was in-depth and detailed. I was made to feel completely at ease by the pleasant, welcoming environment.

Always have the best experience with Zara at City Centre dental. Zara and her team make me feel so welcome and I come out feeling like my teeth have been well checked and looked after. Zara always goes above and beyond and it is very much appreciated ☺️

Visited with my 2 children for their checkup, aged 2 and 6. Baris and Georgia made us all feel very welcome. My youngest was slightly nervous and did not want to get checked at first however they both took their time to engage with him and after a few minutes he was sitting on the chair letting Baris check his teeth. Both came away very happy with a balloon and are looking forward to their next visit. Thank you both!

I did not feel a thing when I had a filling done today by Dr. Zara Nortley. Both her and her colleague were delightful to be around and eased my nerves with a friendly conversation. The work I had done is also entirely invisible! So pleased and I recommend this practice to everyone looking for a great dentist.

It was a bit hard to find the other location it was easier as I don't have good sense of direction. Staff were nice wasn't sure whether to press bell or go straight in. The prices were a bit expensive even NHS prices have gone up since last visit before covid. My appointment was cancelled multiple times and I moved address. Haven't lived at my old address since 2018 so wasn't aware of this lucky my previous address is my father's address. They need to call to update contact details.

Initially I had trepidations about the procedure to have 3 dental implants. The process and treatment was expertly explained and any fears were totally allayed and I was happy to proceed. Now that the implants are in, I must say that this dental practice are superb, extremely professional in their attitude and do not undertake any procedure which is just cosmetic or a financial incentive for the practice. Definitely worth the 5-star rating.

I would 100% recommend Daniel Sutcliffe. He is the best dentist I have ever seen. He comes across as a truly caring individual. You come away uplifted just being around his sunny positive disposition. No ego, just genuine professional and caring transparent treatment.

Best practice I've had the pleasure of using. I have recommended them to several friends, and the feedback from them has been the same. My dentist, Dan, is just fantastic - clearly exceptionally knowledgable and skilled but also incredibly friendly, funny and cheerful! My most recent visit was to see Fran, a hygienist. Simply put, they were very attentive, friendly, listened to my questions and answered fully, but most of all they were very meticulous and deft in the actual treatment, taking obvious care to minimise potential discomfort to me throughout.
