Lovely ambience, super-friendly staff, authentic, Imported Italian produce made from top quality ingredients, which arrives at your table almost as soon as you’ve requested it!! All at very reasonable prices too, I might add! 😍 Really looking forwards to going back. Highly recommended.

I really liked this spot, only popped in for a coffee and a snack but will definitely be back again. They had a choice of a few different vegan cannolis, I got a cappuccino flavoured one and it went perfect with my latte. The food menu looked great so will be back to try some of their vegan options. The atmosphere was very chilled and cozy and the staff were lovely :)

Wow, I'm so glad I popped in here for my brunch! My 1st choice had a long wait for food and I was in a rush (and starving) so I thought I'd give this place a try. I went for scrambled eggs on their toasted Italian bread (schiacciata I think?). I added halloumi because, why not. I wasn't waiting long and couldn't wait to get back and eat it as it smelt amazing in the box. I wasn't wrong as it tasted absolutely delicious 😋 The buttered toast was divine and those eggs 😍 I love my coffee too and my flat white was perfect 👌🏼 All the staff were so friendly and helpful. I'm looking forward to eating in next time!

Went to La Collina today with my wife for some breakfast / brunch and we were blown away by the quality of food and service we received. The atmosphere and decor of the restaurant was excellent and all staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely go back to this place when visiting Manchester and highly recommend it to anyone looking for delicious food and fantastic coffee. A special mention goes to their pistachio cannolis! Delicious! Can’t wait to go back.

Now we’re talking. La Collina was a treat - they have a short, simple home-made lunch menu. I had gnocchi with Bolognaise sauce. Perfect portion size. Coffee was delicious and forced myself to have a pistachio cannoli alongside it. Matt the chef is a focused on flavour and dishes with a twist - you can taste it. Nice space to work from too. Back soon. BACK AGAIN: La Collina is a hidden gem. The menu is developing from daytime only into an evening offering too. Matt, the creator and chef is passionate about the menu. New menu dropping in mid August. Go there.

Fantastic Cafe with great drinks, food, service & atmosphere. Have used multiple times for Catering Events which they provide a wide mix of Tuscan Sandwiches, Pasta & Rice Bowls which always go down a treat to our party. Highly recommend!

Our favourite cafe/eatery in NQ! Amazing food (with great veggie options) & coffee, relaxed chill vibes and the BEST service. A regular here and it never disappoints.

Lovely staff, lovely food and drinks. The hot chocolate is incredible and I find myself getting one every day as I’m working above it. First time trying the food and certainly won’t be the last. A tad bit expensive but as expected for city centre. Will be trying the lunch menu (sandwiches) very soon. Great selection of drinks and desserts on the menu! Anywhere that sells lemon and mint san pellegrino deserves a 5 star review in my eyes. Very authentic. Don’t miss out on this place. You won’t regret it.

Gorgeous cafe on the edge of the furthest edge of the Northern Quarter. Wooden floored with comfy window stools to sit on and just watch the world go by. Coffee and Cannoli... mmmmm. The Sicilian Ricotta was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G and the Hazlenut Chocolate was gorgeous. "Ah, but have you not tried the CHOCOLATE?" asked all of the staff as I left. "Honestly, that's the BEST. They're all good but that is just awesome." Did I mention friendly and seriously enthusiastic staff? Well, I had no choice but to take an evidence-based approach and try it. It's... Really, Really Good, but it isn't ricotta. A new favourite. PS The mushrooms on toast are fabulous. PPS Did I ever mention the Ricotta Cannoli?

22£ for these 2 plates, 1 brunch and 1 sandwich (mortadella) Brunch 5 stars, delicious Service 5 stars. Sandwich 4stars. I would have expected 1-2 slices more of mortadella and would have preferred it warmer.

Best sandwich ever! Had the smoked trout, pesto and rocket focaccia ... absolutely delicious. We ordered the large between two of us, and it probably would've easily gone between 3 or 4. ( we managed to eat it all as it tasted so bloody good) The bread was out of this world. The all important coffee (cortado) was excellent Staff were friendly, and had a nice chat about them. I thought the pricing was reasonable. Would highly recommend eating and drinking here.

Nice warm friendly atmosphere. The staff greeted me and apologised for not serving me immediately. That was fine but after 5 minutes waiting (no one else in the queue) I was on the point of leaving when they served me. The foccacia sandwich was delicious and delivered within a few minutes of ordering. Tea in a pot was appreciated too (hate tea bag plonked in a mug of water). Cutlery and serviettes were available to help yourself. It would have been a nice touch if they'd offered to bring some over to me. However, overall it's a great place to stop.

Bologna level food! Had a delicious gluten free focaccia! It’s not easy finding food this good for my diet! Not a genius frozen loaf in sight! Great job.

Small and very hospitable cafe who encourage and support upcoming/small jazz artists and bands with a jazz night at the end of each month. We paid £5 for entry and the drinks were priced just right - what more to ask for? A glass of read and some live music… Overall great experience 🙌🏽

Stumbled across this place by accident and what a find! The beef ragu with poached eggs and parmigiano on sourdough toast was delicious and I will definitely be back to try more. Espresso and cannoli finished off an enjoyable brunch.

The best cannolis we've ever had. Staff are so friendly and acknowledge their regulars. Toasties are cheap and taste great, options are always changing. Love their veggie breakfast as well.

I was having a touristy stroll around the neighbourhood and stopped here to have a coffee.. the place looks really cozy and relaxing.. the quality of the espresso was pretty good but I was not amazed being this an italian place. Chill and appropriate music. The staff was really friendly and welcoming.. recommended..

My breakfast experience at Collina Coffee was extremely disappointing. Even though it was a prepaid order, it took a staggering 45 minutes for them to prepare scrambled eggs and avocado toast. For those who value their time, I strongly advise against visiting this cafe. By prepaying, you essentially become a hostage, unable to leave until they finally fulfill your order. What made it worse was the remarkably slow pace at which the simplest and fastest food was being prepared, despite there being only three occupied tables in the cafe. The excuse provided by the staff, that they only had one chef, did little to alleviate the frustration or justify the delay to the customers. The management of Collina Coffee needs to seriously reconsider their approach, as the service provided falls well below expectations. Customers should not pay with their high-value time or endure such lengthy waits and inconvenience. Overall, this experience left me deeply disappointed. 1/5
