One of our go-to places when we visit the city center - the food is always amazing and the portions are quite big. The service here is on the next level, incredibly friendly and ready to cater to your needs. Strongly recommend their curries and tom yum, if you can handle the spice!

I wanted to love this place. Unfortunately, the dishes I ordered were very average. In contrast, the service was amazing & the restaurant vibe was overall fun. The duck soup noodle was unbelievably bland. I wish they had condiments like soy sauce already available on the table, unfortunately this was not the case. The sharing starter platter was tasty, and my friend ordered a tom yum dish which she really enjoyed & described as very flavourful. Maybe I just ordered badly?! The expensive prices have put me off coming back for a 2nd try though.

Great staff but really bad food. I had high hopes for this place but the food was really bad. I visited at Saturday lunch and it was very busy which was a good sign but I was soon disappointed. The prices are really high for what you get. Fried tofu starter was bland and became cold quickly. It was like chewing on cold oil. Pad Thai was awful, not like any pad Thai I have ever had. Papaya salad was ok. Pork Rice was poor. Don’t like leaving bad reviews but if I can save anyone else wasting time and money I should. I will never return.

Modern Thai restaurant. This is much better than the Try Thai in city center. The Singha beer is a beer from Thailand, must try one. Fresh to eat prawn is more less the same as the taste I tried in Bangkok. Pineapple fried rice is good, but the portion is a bit small unfortunately same for Pha Thai (remember to ask for less auger otherwise will be a little bit too sweet) The desert is mango with sticky rice, very classic Thai desert. But the mango is not as sweet as those in Thailand, but I believe cannot compare in that way. Overall, I will give a 4.5 stars (minus 0.5 for too few staff to serve too many tables).

Atmosphere is nice, servers are friendly, restaurant itself is neat and clean, and all the dishes we ordered today are tasty and reasonably priced. I liked roasted duck a lot. The duck is tender and seasoned well.

Delicious food! Haven't been to a Thai place I'm a while and was pleasantly surprised. I had the red Thai curry with duck. Delicious and reasonably priced. Would come again.

Not recommend. Food not good, not tasty, pineapple fried rice was served cold. Staff is welcoming but service still needs improvement. The waiter spilled the drink I ordered on me without saying sorry to me.

Tom Yum noodles was amazing, rich broth with a nice kick to it! The minced pork rice was a bit dry, but flavourful as well. The drink are sweet, quite sweet, very sweet to my taste. But that’s what Thai drinks taste like! They are meant to be sweet!!! The service was so-so, I mean their staffs were nice and friendly with smiles on their face, but it took too long for them to realise we finished our meal, we sat there for half an hour and wait for the bill.

It was my first time to visit Manchester and we walked a lot with two kids. They were hungry and it was a bit late. We found this place by google map and review is good compare other restaurants. It was clean and nearly full with customers. Lady owner was very friendly and provide best customer service. We travelled so many times in Thailand and we know what Thaifood taste like. Food was a bit disappointed because it was too salty. Anyway it should be my taste is not right. However, it is like a homemade food and ingrediants were fresh.

3/5 for service. 2/5 for ambience. Don’t know why you need a ivy hanging above dining tables. And kinda too dark. 3/5 for food: king prawn is not too fresh the curry smells bad (typical seafood fishy smell when it’s not fresh or stored properly). Green curry bit of too sour and not thick enough just like water. 5/5 for value.

Having Ba Mee Moo Dang and Cha Yen for dine. It was good! The milk tea ain't too sweet which is good for my level of sweetness. The wontan abit too tiny but the BBQ pork was a lot. Ordered Khao Ka Moo for takeaway, it is good! If it comes with egg and intestine it would be perfect. Will go back and try other dishes!

We absolutely loved the food and the laid back vibes of "No 6". From the generous prawn cracker portion onwards we loved all our dishes, especially the Steamed dumplings and sausage starters. The mains were delicious too, from the simple but excellent chicken Lard Na to the squid, the sticky pork and the extravagant rice and prawn filled pineapple. The service was great and they have beer on tap as well as good wine options and cocktails. Can't recommend this place enough and will definitely be back again

Food was overall above average. My favourite was definitely the pineapple fried rice. Aromatic and tasty that goes so well with the pint of refreshing Thai Beer. Defintely recommend these two combo! The curry was delish as well. I like it when you get to choose the kind of meat you want for the dish. For sides, I'd say miss out the satay skwers! Food portions were not the most generous so best to order a main dish for each if you are a big muncher like myself!;)

One of the most authentic Thai resto I found in the UK. I went here so many times and they never disappoint me. The food were delicious with generous portion and defo worth the price. My favorites are Lard Na, Duck Noodle Soup, Yen Tofu, Tom Yum Soup Noodle, and Pork Noodle Soup. Washed it down with Thai Milk Tea or a pint of ice cold Singha. If you like spicy, ask for Asian spicy or for the chilli powder/flakes that they brought all the way from Thailand!

The only things you should order are Tom yum and pineapple fried rice. Never order other dishes like ka paw (stir fry dishes) or chicken rice. Beware the portions are very small considering how much they charge for each dish (£10+). £50 for two people.

Stumbled on this restaurant. Fabulous place. Really friendly, helpful and efficient . Relaxed and calm atmosphere . Food was amazing especially the Tom yum soup with noodles . I asked for extra tofu which was the tastiest, light and fresh tasting . We went for one dish each but could have ordered so much more as looked delicious and definitely will do next time . Definitely recommend

Excellent spot for authentic Thai food! Prices are reasonable for the quality & quantity - servers are very polite too. Book before you come if it’s for dinner time / weekend as it’ll likely be busy! Would recommend the pineapple prawn fried rice.

Love the colours love the texture, what a great little Thai restaurant, a short walk from selfridges, just a little sticky table and no cellphone reception when you are in the restaurant unfortunately. Ps book your table in advance otherwise you are going to wait awhile

Want light & refreshing foods? Thai Kitchen No. 6 has you covered! Packed full of flavours with an extensive menu to choose from, you can leave feeling full, happy & cool. Be warned though, go mild on that delicious papaya salad! It’s got some punch!🥊 The rice dish is one of our favourites with flavours we just can’t replicate. The pho was also delicious, although we felt could have had a little spice (this is a personal preference)! If you love Thai food & want authenticity, this has to be your place! The staff will greet you with a smile and try their hardest to make your stay enjoyable. Taste 💖💖💖💖🤍 Vibe 💖💖💖💖🤍 Presentation 💖💖💖💖🤍 Price 💖💖💖💖💖 Service 💖💖💖💖🤍 Insta&Tiktok: UKFOODBESTIES
