Save your money and go to Costa! Overpriced to start, but the staff are so rude!! Said takeout, but decided to sit in instead as it started raining. The entire time the 2 women behind the till stared at us, gave us unwelcoming looks and talked loudly about how we said we would takeaway. I felt very unwelcome, the atmosphere is much more welcoming at a Costa! Sort your staff Pret! So disappointing, especially for the price.

I went to this Pret yesterday to order my usual iced Macha. And when the man gave me my drink, it had milk chunks in it. I’m a barista myself and I know this is not good milk. Alternative Milk can be in date but sometimes can have a fault to it. I said to the man that this isn’t normal and he said yes it is. Then trying to show me inside the milk carton. Rude he was. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I was genuinely about to vomit. I threw my drink that I paid for in the bin after taking a sip and having loads of milk chunks in my mouth and made my way to Pret in arndale and I showed them the picture and even they said “ ew that’s not normal”. I’m still upset about this situation.

No longer getting my coffee here after my last few attempts. A few of the women here are so rude for no reason, the team used to be better. - every time I go in to order a drink the server just blankly stares at me, either doesn’t say a word or just yells “what?” and then doesn’t say the price, doesn’t ask if I have a subscription, or when I can pay just stares… - my coffee always seems really light and then I get to work and realise it’s been half filled with foam :/ £4 for half a cup of coffee - place my coffee on the ordering side of the till, continues to place others coffee on the collection side, and then get annoyed and yell at me when I don’t realise they’ve put my drink on the wrong side? That’s only a few of the things and I’ve only been in about 10 times since the last team.

I have to say Pret a Manger is great. Very clean and inviting, so much delicious food, including many, many healthy options and vegetarian options too. And the coffee is to die for. 5 out of 5. :-)

Service could be better for sure ordering is a bit confusing and the staff can be very unpolite, if you by any chance did not hear them clearly you get a bad attitude from them honestly not going to be coming back

I felt that Pret A Manger was a delightful experience with a nice pleasant atmosphere. We ate Chicken and Avocado and Basil plus Chicken and Italian Basil Pesto Sandwiches which were absolutely delicious. We also ordered with our Sandwiches two Cappuccino Coffee's and they were lovely to drink. Overall I would recommend Pret A Manger for a beautiful relaxing but casual lunch. They also play some good tunes whilst eating and drinking. Fantastica. Eccellente. Meravigliosa. I would return again. Antonio Futura Tiani3574 e Jacqui e Lucia in Ancoats/Milesplatting Manchester Northern Quarter Little Italia. Ritornerei per pranzo! In Italiano la lingua. Cin cin. Grazia.

I have visited this branch for many years and the customer experience I received was absolutely disgusting. Also infront of customers, I was mortified. I even called up your customer services and not really bothered so once my subscription has finished my relationship with this shop is done.

Dining Experience @ Pret A Manger. . Founded by Julian Metcalfe and Sinclair Beecham in July 1986, Pret A Manger is a fast-casual snack and sandwich franchise chain. . Known for their emphasise on the use of natural ingredients, with food being freshly made daily. As a social cause, Pret A Manger donates any unsold food at the close of business, via The Pret Foundation charity, to homeless shelters. . Ambience is bright and welcoming. Simple clean lines and functional furniture, appetizing displays, and the wonderful aroma of freshly brewed beverages beckon. . Service is efficient and friendly, with staff quickly taking and fulfilling orders. They demonstrate good product knowledge. Staff help clean up on occasion, though most diners usually clear their own trays. . Food is modern British English cuisine, focusing on sandwiches, pastries, confectioneries, and drinks. Everything is made fresh daily, and standards are consistent across stores. Portions are sized for individuals. Prices are affordable, budget about GBP £10 per person. . The Bacon Egg Butty (GBP £4.50) is a sandwich with tender pork back bacon and fluffy egg omelette within a soft ciabatta bread roll. This has notes of morning, warm with bready smoky meaty salty savoury eggy sweet flavours. . The Pigs In A Blanket Roll (GBP £4.70) has juicy mini pork chipolata sausages, wrapped in chewy streaky pork bacon, within a soft ciabatta bread roll, spread with thick caramelised white onion chutney and a creamy blend of yellow mustard and mayonnaise. With satisfying bready smoky meaty salty savoury vegetal sweet earthy spice sour zesty flavour, this makes for a fortifying breakfast to start the day.

Clean and bright store. Food is good but expensive. Plenty of seating and air con good. The toilets were clean. Only downside was the staff. Too keen to chat with each other whilst serving customers

Salad with chicken, spinach, basil, roasted peppers, pistachio,dressing..very good! Will buy again..Fast serving. The only negative comment is,it's too cold if you seat under the a/c unit..and too much draft if the door is opened. So better if you seat in the corner, behind the selling point.

Not what I expected, to be fair i didn't know what to expect . Situated on piccadily Gardens, Manchester it's resllt conveniently situated as a food on the go if your changing buses or trams. Good services good choice of food and beverages. Prices are in keeping with other places to eat and drink. Will go again. We needed a drink more than anything. I'd love to try earlier in the day
