At a conference nearby but location is perfect for Manchester centre too. Rooms are not huge but a good size for the centre of Manchester. The staff really make the hotel though - really friendly and helpful, totally into the spirit of the place. And the food is good quality and great value for money, especially combined with the complimentary drink for guests. I'd definitely stay here again.

Really classy and stylish hotel in a great location. My mum loved all this hidden music references. Stayed for my hen party and really enjoyed it. Staff were also very helpful and accommodating when I had a bit too much to drink!

Wonderful hotel, would have been 5 stars but was let down by the vegan breakfast options. No dairy free yogurts, no meat free sausages, no mushrooms or tomatoes for cooked breakfast. Only things I could have were cereal, fruit, beans and bread.

Excellent location for the theatres and restaurants. Friendly helpful staff. Basic but clean comfortable rooms and bed, quality linen and good walk in shower. Good air-conditioning and good range brekkie. Definitely visit again.

On of my favorite Moxys so far and I’ve to a few. Very cool and modern. They only get 4 stars because the rooms don’t have the essentials you’d expect in a hotel room.

Wow! What a wonderful hotel. I was staying as part of a conference and was really impressed with the accommodation and service. Firstly, the room was a fab size and extremely clean. It was decorated in a thoughtful way and was perfect for business. The food was extremely reasonably priced - I had a room service pizza and it was only £10 and was tastier than many restaurants I've been to! The staff are the stand out here - taking a genuine interest in their guests, and providing a smile at every opportunity. Thanks all. I am actually planning a personal trip to Manchester off the back of this hotel alone!

Very welcoming and friendly staff, trendy and new designs. Clean and a perfect location. Our flight got cancelled, and we went straight back to Moxy. An extra day certainly wasn't a punishment. 😊

Great staff! They were so welcoming with my dog when we arrived! The hotel is located in the heart of Manchester, close to a lot of amenities. The rooms are clean and wonderful. Would stay again!

Venue is very up-to date and super clean. Really cool style, it’s definitely got its own style and it works perfectly for all ages! Bedrooms are great, BEDS ARE UNBELIEVABLY COMFY. Staff were really kind and helpful. Overall 5*, couldn’t fault the place. Location was perfect

Wow!! Love, love, loved it here. The hotel is just incredible. Obsessed with the communal space downstairs and there’s games to play - it’s brilliant! The rooms are great too. Beds are sooooooo comfy!! We will definitely be back.

Great upmarket hotel well situated in Manchester City Center. The reception bar area is a cool place to hang out. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Note there is little storage for clothes so for longer stays you might find this inconvenient. Friendly and helpful staff are always available. Within a few steps you will find a great selection of bars and restaurants. We stayed on floor 8 with a great view across the cities roof lines. A fun and happy place to stay, highly recommend it.

Great city centre hotel in Manchester. Quirky, clean and comfortable. Staff are very friendly. Breakfast was good price and lots of options available.

The hotel is missing a sign toward the street. The design of the lobby is very nice , different and fresh with all these games that you can spend time with your friends enjoying over a drink. The rooms were small to the extent of no cabinet or safe available in the room

Fantastic location in the city centre, really nice bar and public areas. Staff very nice. Room a bit small but very comfortable and excellent air conditioning!

Love this hotel. Great location, the staff are always attentive and friendly and the rooms are nice. Starting to get a bit on the pricey side though.

Great location, good rooms & fantastic staff. We stayed here for Laughterama which is at Castlefield Bowl so it was handy to be in walking distance for this & other nearby attractions. Would certainly stay here again.

For more of a budget friendly hotel, this was very nice. It’s like an Aloft. I just stayed at a brand new hotel in Edinburgh, the W, and had a way better experience here with Moxy than W. Great friendly staff. Rooms are decent nothing elaborate but nice. Great location. Would stay again.

When I arrived at the hotel I thought I was in the wrong place, but was quickly greeted, check in is at the bar🤣 and it really took me by surprise. Once checked in and went up to the room it was beginning to look like a hotel. The room was small but adequate, contemporary design throughout the hotel. Room was clean and smelled great. Comfortable bed and pillows. Temperature control in the room. The bathroom was small but in good condition. Blow dryer available. Near to shops, trams to major train stations and airport. Breakfast has wide selection, continental, plus hot selection provided. So if you are after a good night sleep and buffet breakfast with wide variety of options this is a good choice. Overall a good stay, thanks Moxy crew.

More Poxy than Moxy. I can honestly say I have never stayed in a hotel with rooms as small as this place or with mattresses that may as well be non existent. The room literally had enough space to open the door and walk in before you were touching the bed. The bathroom was the size of an average downstairs toilet. The mattress was that soft that even when lying down every point of my body was touching the wooden bed frame below, and no I'm not a porker. Even had the staff show us another room to see if we just had a dodgy mattress, but the other mattresses were exactly the same. Either they bought a very dodgy batch of mattresses or the average weight of the usual guest is akin to a sea based mammal. I've stayed in better hotel rooms in French motorway service stations and you'd probably find better mattresses at the local tip.

Really cool hotel. The vibe is great, and we were each given a free cocktail upon arrival. The room is small but well designed. For example, where there should be a closet there is instead a wall mount with hangers to hang things on. The bed was very comfortable too.

City centre Hotel close to the Christmas markets and main shopping areas. Buffet breakfast all you can eat was value for a hotel. Rooms were clean and tidy. Overnight parking discount arrangement with local NCP, about 5 minutes walk away.

The guy at reception is one of the best in hospitality I've had the good fortune to meet. The rooms are small but very well kept and modern. There's a cool vibe in reception area. Good breakfast options. Only gripe would be a clear view of/from the offices opposite

Great place in the middle of the city. Easy access to the surrounding area all around. I think there should be a few halal options on the menu, and also some more amenities in the rooms. Other than that both of my stays were great!

The hotel is great, brilliant staff and a well stocked bar. The welcome drink is a nice touch. The only thing that lets it down is the breakfast although there is a good selection there is very little that's vegan which lets it down. Would book again but would skip the breakfast

Brilliant location, walking distance to a lot of restaurants and bars. Clean rooms, could be more spacious. Nice lobby area with a conference room. 24/7 pizza is a bonus.

Stayed here for a total of three weeks while visiting Manchester. I’ve already recommended it to 2 of my friends. The rooms were clean & comfortable, the staff was lovely, the location is ideal (with the nearest tram station & city center being a 6 minute walk) I had the loveliest time here and would definitely return

Cleanliness is not exactly their strength and needs urgent improvement! The bathroom was super DIRTY and room wasn’t vacuumed properly that a wrapper of chocolate was still on the floor. Great location and friendly staff (that’s the only reason why I gave it two stars).

What a great hotel. Modern, different and no detail spared. What a great idea to have an ironing room on every floor. Much better for staff and visitors. No carrying up and down in lifts or waiting for room service. Also huge thanks to Leah on the bar team - helpful, fun, friendly and great at cocktails.

Great hotel and superb staff. We booked this when we visited for friend’s birthday party. This hotel is located near the night life of Manchester. Has 24/7 pizza service which is amazing after a night out! Would definitely recommend this hotel especially if you are visiting to have a big night out!

I love the Moxy, especially on work trips. There is plenty of co-working and office space. The team are super friendly, the rooms are great, what is not to like?

Oh my gosh I love this place. Tucked away in a quiet street. Welcome cocktail. Close to bars 24/7 food ordering. Came in at 01.30 and was able to order a vegan jackfruit pizza with added jalepinoes, delicious. Also great that they have a later checkout than most hotels. Inside is decorated with various bright coloured seating, there are games you can play in the lounge area while listening to music. There was also an open Mike/karaoke, a great place to book, I've already booked another stay.

Second time staying at the Moxy Manchester City and I highly recommend this hotel. Great cleanliness, good location. Best service as the team helped me to recover my lost AirPods too! Will definitely be back again, thanks!

Very cool atmosphere in the hotel. They have cool games in the lobby and the staff is extremely friendly. The only noteworthy downside of an otherwise great experience is the fact that the rooms have no wardrobes so you're living out of your suitcase on the floor.

Stayed for 2 nights (before and after the Manchester marathon) and it was great! Staff kindly let me make my porridge before my race in the microwave of the breakfast buffet, had a welcome cocktail (saved for the second night!), nice clean quiet rooms, decent and relaxed bar area, and actual conditioner in the showers (not nothing as is often the case, or in little pots!). Nice central location, and decent at a decent price, and all the staff were very friendly - would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Manchester!

Stayed here recently for 2 months whilst working in Manchester - hotel is very good (nice rooms and amenities) and in a good location. Staff are friendly, especially Natasha who made an immediate effort to remember mine and my colleagues names - they were always very welcoming and lovely to speak to.

Great bar hotel in the city centre with parking deals nearby in NCP. Fab staff with a can do attitude- would definitely stay here again. Only downside was that the shower was tight for a larger chap! More my problem than theirs!

Great location. Young crowd. Rooms don't have closets. The clothes hang on mesh of hard steel matrix....I dont like that. No fridge in the room. If I use AC marriot on the other side of town still 20 minutes walk ( same chain) it's far better.
