I recently went to Vinci Hair Clinic in London for the FUE Hair treatment. From start to finish it was a very professional experience. I experienced no pain and i am now playing a waiting game on the results. Very Exciting. My experience originally started with speaking to Neil over the phone, who was excellent at getting me the information i needed to make the decision to go through with this. And despite only being a week post op, i am expecting it to be one of my best decisions. Thank you for everything so far!

Rosa was excellent. Went easy on the first session; not too dark, hairline not too low, and gave herself and me room for adjustments. Faded a little after the first session which is normal. After the adjustments in the second session, it looked excellent and natural. Soft broken hairline, not too dark, and blended perfectly with my natural hair. She invited me for 3rd and 4th sessions to see how it was going and blend it even more. I'm African with dark skin, and she did an excellent job considering I had been to a few other reputable places in the past who said SMP wouldn't make much difference considering my complexion. To top it off, I have a 5-year touch up guarantee! If you're thinking of it, go for it. If money is the issue, they have a good payment plan

Fantastic experience with Rosa who did my scalp pigmentation in Manchester. Very very pleased with Vinci. I did some searching about for the right company to conduct an FUE procedure. After speaking with a couple of ‘Harley st clinics’ that turned out to be cowboy hard selling booking agencies hiding behind the Harley street name, who then book random agency doctors for the day, I came across Vinci. From the start, my consultant from the Manchester branch, Lewis, was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He is a great face of the company who didn’t push and made my decision easy. From there I got a slot on the exact date I wanted and had the procedure done a week ago. Everyone at the London site was extremely friendly, caring, comforting and relaxing. They care about you every moment throughout the procedure to ensure you are happy and pain free. The day couldn’t have gone better honestly. I was anxious leading up to it, however that disappeared as soon as I realised I was in the right hands. Now time to wait on the results! Thank you Vinci!!!

I have been extremely happy with my results and everyone involved in my procedure has been fantastic. I also went for the PRP treatment with Sarah who was excellent and always very accommodating.

They bombard you with phone calls & emails. You cannot "unsubscribe". They contact you every day, despite asking them to delete your info. Be careful.

Avoid at all costs. Robbed me £500. Cancelled surgery. Refused to refund. Update: Vinci did not inform me that Amanda had left nor did they contact me several times. I had a date booked in from May 2023 and Amanda only left in September. Their has been no contact from Vinci until September. They cant prove their response because its complete lies. There has also been no threatning behaviour. I have all the communucation from Vinci, and now they are threating further action. Clearly they should be avoided as a company as their tactics are disgraceful and they're happy to take money without sticking to their agreement. Complete disgrace.

I have had MSP with Rosa over 4 sessions this year and it is quite possibly the best thing that I have ever done for myself. My confidence was so low due to hair loss around my crown and I have also had thin hair all of my life. I decided to do some research and found this treatment with Vinci. I had a number of consultations over the phone and messenger and found that I was eligible for MSP. I booked in for my first session in Manchester with Rosa. I found her to be friendly and professional and she kept me informed of the process before, during and after. Review for Vinci It's been just over a week since I had my first FUE Hair Transplant with Vinci in London and although early doors I thought it would be worthwhile providing some initial feedback. Off the bat Vinci hair is extremely professional both in the pre-procedure, helping me understand and walking me through the process, and on the day of the procedure. The facilities, team and surgeons are all at the top of their game and they seem to deliver such good results. Which is one of the main reasons I chose them in the first place. The procedure was relativly pain-free and the team made me feel very relaxed. Neil my consultant genuinely seems like he cares and wants the best results for his clients. The team in London also seem like they genuinely care about making their clients feel comfortable, and better about themselves and priding themselves on being one of the best in the business. Because of my advanced stage of hair loss, I was advised to a two-part procedure - this would maximise my graft count on both transplants and I was offered Max graft on the day - Unfortunately, on the day of my first transplant I was informed that the surgeon had only taken 1800 grafts, this is about 1000 less than I was told it would be. Just some basic investigation on Instagram would suggest the average to be 2500-3000 grafts and looking at men with similar hair loss to myself I would need around 4500-5000 grafts. I still stick by my decision in choosing to go with Vinci and I am eager to see the results over the next few months, but I must admit I am very disappointed by the low graft number and it has left a bitter feeling that I didn't receive what was expected or needed for a full thick head of hair which I was sold on. Hopefully, Vinci will be happy to help and be able to rectify this and I look forward to going back for further procedures.

Now 4 months on from my transplant and couldn't recommend highly enough. First 3 months was patchy with my hair which was to be expected but soon as I hit that 12 week point it came in and looks better than I hoped for. People often say I look 10 years younger and I feel a lot more confident again. My self esteems back and I think if you're on the fence you should just go for it. In the pre-sale process Imran was really helpful, wasn't pushy at all and wanted to make sure I was happy with any questions. Post sale he helped me out with travel and hotel. On the day I arrived and sat in the reception, filled out a form and then got taken through where I drew in my new hairline. Seen by Doctor Amanda she helped me through the entire process which was a breeze. She was helped by other staff members who were all brilliant as well. Everyone was very friendly and they put me completely at ease. You just sit back and watch netflix and there's absolutely no pain or discomfort. I actually fell asleep at one point it was that comfortable Took about 5 hours for what I had done but I dont think you would know I'd had a transplant unless I said. Again couldn't be happier with it and highly recommend Vinci.

I had my hair transplant 11 months ago at vinci hair in malaga and I couldn't be happier. Not only where the team incredibly professional, kind and efficient. They did an incredible job! After having my consultation in Manchester with Neil we decided the best option for me was to go to their malaga clinic. Neil was great at answering every question I had and was very informative.
