Went in for a meeting as this looked like a nice, quiet place. We ordered karak chai, ghulab jaaman cheesecake, and then an aloo tikki burger and samosa chaat. All the food was good, but just short of great. The tea was like others I've had, the cheesecake was nice but felt like it was a bit old, the allo tikki burger was nice but *very* small, and the samosa chaat was more yoghurt than anything else. Helpful staff, clean premises, reasonable prices, but parking an issue, and there are only 4 tables I believe. However, all in all, a decent place, and would go again, and perhaps try the delicious looking desi breakfast!.

The Desi breakfast which is @£6.50 is amazing. The dhal is super tasty 😋 and so is the karahii tea...uuu lala. The best thing is the ambience is really superb and very high class above the rest of the places in this area. Well done guys and may God bless ✝️♥️ you guys so abundantly

Awesome awesome…..!!! Best place fr your hearty Pakistani/Indian street food//snacks..like Karachi bun Kabab, paratha roll, yummy breakfast (served all day) and the best chaii hands down..! Very nice ambiance of the cafe, loads on the menu to satisfy all palettes. Kind staff and very reasonable prices too. Highly recommended to all tea/chaii lovers out there.

Came for breakfast with my friend. From the pictures, the place looks big, but it's pretty small. There are 2 booths down the back and a couple of tables out front. I ordered the english breakfast and my friend ordered the desi. I was kind of disappointed that my breakfast didn't come with tea. My friend was disappointed that the paratha was more like a roti and not flaky like a paratha should be. The food was nice, but we had to wait ages to get it, which was a little annoying. Also, the place was kind of cold, especially with it being freezing out.

We got the pink chai coupled with pink chai tres leches cake and it was simply gorgeous!!🥰 The tea was so sweet and nutty with spices reminiscent of Pakistani desserts. The decor was also lovely. Way better meet up place compared to your bog standard boring Costa or Starbucks💀

So I came here today after a meal. Staff are like on planet Mars. No smile, no customer service skills, I could hear there own drama going on in the kitchen. Is this a business they are running or a play ground. Won’t be returning. Food cold when it ment to be hot. I understand supporting local businesses but I prefer quality over a childish playground with kids running the show and they need to dress properly. Not like they going to the gym!

love chaiiwala but first time at this branch and waited for an hour, food still not come. asked and they said order had never been placed. finally reordered and food came but kebab roll was wrong. ordered the roll again but still wrong :( but we got free masala chips plus amazing food for good prices!

Best Desi Breakfast in the area! Food came quick, it was prepares and presented nicely. Staff Member Iqra did an amazing job of making sure everything was okay. Well done!

Never eaten here before but inlove to try new foods. I had the Desi breakfast and added chillies/chicken cheese to my omelette. It was the best omelette I've ever had no exaggeration! It was so damn good! And the authentic chai was just delicious I had 2! Well done guys! 🤌🏼🌹💖

I was confused at the beginning the one of the staff member called Rida suggested me to get the “Butter Chicken Roll” I must say It’s very delicious 🤩 and we have received an welcoming, friendly and helpful service from Rida. ☺️

Really wanted to like this place but it was just a disappointment. Ordered a large chai and cheesy masala chips. After quite a wait and somewhat rude service I received a small chai and chips with a tiny sprinkling of shredded cheese. Couldn't rectify the sizing issue as the place was busy and there was only one staff member sorting out several issues already. Frustrated as it wasn't cheap for a tiny chai. Taste of the chai was good (not the chips, cold and soggy). Won't be returning.

Lovely place my daughter loves the vegy kebabs and the pani poori I like the karak chaii and we also love the falooda and the lovely staff

Not sure where to start to give a shout-out to this wonderful place for a warm and enchanting place. The ambience , the food ,the staff all together were really awesome. Staff PRIYA from STOCKPORT road branch is really kind and made us feel like a home her customer service is outstanding.I loved chai , coffee , bun omelette, punjabi samosas , masala fries , Gajjar ka halwa and the cakes.definitely will turn back as I do since 2021. Highly recommended for all the chai lovers and looking an amazing place.

My husband and i were so delighted with our experience there and we just absoloutely adored azka; she recommended us butter chicken rice bowl with green chilli which we loved!!! 100% will be coming back soon!😁😊👍

Chaiiwala has amazing staff. Always super friendly to my girlfriend and I. Would highly recommend this place if you love Asian quality food. Never had a complaint with any food we’ve ordered. Mariam has always been approachable and and welcoming. 👍🏻😎

Rude staff I visited your branch today and I am dissapointed with rude staff member who was at the till. Very unhelpful and her attitude was bad. I asked her about the app and she was unhelpful. She said she doesn’t know about the app as she doesn’t use it. Her tone and attitude was off putting to be honest. There was no enthusiasm at all. If you want customers to buy things at least be smiley and friendly, he’ll them out with the app and any questions about it: another thing which I don’t approve of is the steps to the store. It isn’t pram friendly or wheelchair accessible. Numerous times I have visited and staff have seen the struggle I have had coming into the store. Not once has any of them offered to help.if they can’t not help then suggest an alternative way to get in the store

Tea is lovely but the portions of food are ridiculously small and unfair Bought a cheese cake and it was stale and old. Gave them a second chance and it was even worse, second one had green dye in it and did not taste fresh at all Won’t be going back as they really don’t seem to care

I always come here for authentic Karak chai and sometime for breakfast as well, their desi breakfast is amazing and it’s well recommend for everyone, and their staffs are very welcoming specially there’s staff call Rida she’s very amazing person always welcomes with beautiful smile. Excellent customer service.

I wish to thank everyone involved in the preparation and presentation of our meal on Sunday evening. It was exceptional in every way and added so much to our enjoyment after tired of continous work. * Karak chai was bombastic. * Tikka naan was mind juicy blowed our mind. * But samosa was flat and salt less but compromised. Please pass on my special thanks to all concerned. We will certainly be coming again and we will have no hesitation in recommending you to all our friends.

Customer service was awful as soon as we walked in. The young girl with shoulder length hair & glasses was so rude & created an unwanted atmosphere. Ordered 1 desi breakfast with chaii which the chaii didn’t come with & had to ask twice for. 2 English breakfast 1 arrived cold which didn’t make any sense if I ordered two the same? A long awaited for the mac & cheese with kebab roll which arrived 10min after the breakfast? Definitely would not recommend coming to this branch.
