    Bad burgers with hardly any sauce or veg on them. Plus they didn’t give me a chicken royal I ordered even though I co firmed with the lady that they were both in there. Didn’t realise until I got home - should have checked before I left but is it too much to ask to expect them to get it right? The buns were also stale and they don’t take any offers from the app which on too if the already higher station prices meant it cost much more than it would have done at a different Burger King 🙄 go to the one in Piccadilly gardens if you have time

    I never complain but I had such a bad experience here. The man working the till was shouting the numbers and I watched and heard every single number he said and he never said mine. After over 10 mins waiting I had to get to my train so I went up to him and said ‘hi this is my order number, please can I have my food because I have to go.’ He got angry and said he’d called that number ages ago and it’s been ready. He was being very rude and I’m usually polite but I lost it with him because I KNOW he didn’t say my number. Also I ordered a large meal and he gave me a small. Nearly missed my train because of him and he really put me in a bad mood. Learn some manners please.

    The whopper is not a whopper. It’s a a thin bit of meat wrapped in cardboard, and drier than a desert. The sprite tastes terrible and you get 5 actual fries included in your “meal”. What a terrible establishment.

    Honestly I wasn’t gonna leave a review but now I’m forced to . This happened on 26/10/2023. We were on our way to London so was in a hurry and ordered some spicy mayo king chicken . Couldn’t open my food until I was on the train . And what did I see they completely messed up my order . They put bacon inside my sandwiches. For religious purposes we don’t eat bacon and when I saw this I was completely stunned . We didn’t have any other food with us and were extremely hungry . I am so disappointed with Burger King why would they feel the need to add bacon when we didn’t even ask for it . It’s not like the store was busy . No it was quiet but still they decided to make my order wrong . I even sent an email to the Burger King customer service but they did not reply to me . I am utterly disappointed. I wish I could do something about it . Seriously Burger King do better !!

    Assistant manager Jake gave really bad customer service, was extremely rude and refused to serve me and never offered to even give me a refund. My phone was dead and the machine did not print a receipt. All I had was my order number and what I ordered. Jake did not believe me and told me I need to provide evidence even though this was not possible. I had to charge my phone and wait for another hour or so just to prove it and what if I didn’t have my phone charger with me. It’s bad to refuse someone of the food they paid for but to not even refund them for it either is really unprofessional and the way he spoke to me was disgusting. Thankfully the security guards were really understanding and managed to get my food for me.

    The chicken burger was almost as cold 🥶 as an icicle 😭....very cold burger & a very very dry chicken burger 😢 .... I just wanted something hot to eat as it was so cold outside today in Manchester .......... the chips were very nice and hot! 😋 the cup of tea was hot! Customer service was good! Cheers John

    It was wonderful experience from both staff and food wise. Staff was very friendly especially Louise. She guided me very nicely regarding to prices and meal deals with even nice recommendations regarding to tasty add-ons for my food. Keep it up!

    Good option for a quick snack before a long journey. Can't go wrong with a nice chicken royal. On my latest visit was served by a young lady called Emily. Excellent service with a smile.

    Hi me and the family came today and I was impressed by the service we were greeted by a lovely young lady called Louise who was very polite and had a smile on her face, she was very patient with us especially when the kids kept changing their minds about what they wanted. It was very busy but the service was still amazing. Thankyou

    One job... That's all. One job. Ordered a Bacon double cheeseburger. Got something else entirely. Discovered when I got back to my office desk. So am I supposed to trapse back to your outlet to swap it? Thanks a bunch. One star is one star too many.

    Services was bang on, which is ideal if you have 2 minutes before your train departs. However, you will be presented with a 1 star burger. Jesus it was so dry!

    Cold and bland burger 🍔, cold chips, awful food and awful customer service, I asked for a straw for my fanta and he just pointed at an empty container no thanks… nothing! I won’t be wasting my money at Burger King anymore

    Spicey Mayo King, more like Spicy Mayo Dissapointment. I've seen drunk sailors stack cards better than they stacked my what they called a 'burger.' I honestly would have chosen eating cardboard cut from a homeless man's shelter than this greasy, overcooked 'burger' Save yourself some money [and some sanity] and go eat elsewhere, even if your eating off the floor where the druggies hang out in picadilly gardens.
