    Rachael is a wonderful yoga teacher, I have been attending her classes for 2 years. My coordination and flexibility have improved hugely. Rachael is so knowledgeable and I absolutely love her classes.

    Rachael has been a fantastic teacher allowing me to learn a complete new approach to how your body should move - which has improved my posture and reduced pain in just a few weeks. I have learnt that sometimes less is definitely more - and this has happened with a lot of smiles and sense of fun. She is extremely knowledgable and encouraging opening up the whole somatic yoga experience to a complete beginner. I would recommend her bespoke classes to anyone and would happily attend her classes in the future. 😃

    Rachael is a wonderful yoga teacher, and I always feel relaxed and inspired after her classes. We start by grounding ourselves, followed by gentle exercises, and build on that with more challenging (though achievable) poses. By the end of the session I am calm, happy, better connected to my inner self, and ready to start the week. Plus I always sleep well on Monday nights! I heartily recommend Rachael's yoga classes, as she is the best teacher I've ever had.

    Rachael's yoga for calm classes are really good and they're a great way to start the week! I always feel really calm after attending class and it's really helped me to manage my stress from my job. I've been attending since January and have made it part of my routine each week - I definitely recommend trying out the yoga classes!

    Rachael creates a really lovely and welcoming and supportive atmosphere for her classes. I think the classes are well suited to anyone with an interest in yoga or mindful movement and would really strongly recommend.

    I'd highly recommend Rachael to any who are looking for a yoga class in Manchester. Her Yoga for Calm class has people at all levels of experience, and she creates a space that is safe and comfortable for everyone.

    Excellent yoga classes with a wonderful teacher. I was a complete novice but that didn't matter, as Rachael's clear, calm and concise instructions made it super easy to follow. I cannot recommend highly enough!

    In her dynamic mindful classes Rachael offers a varied and grounding practice and guides us through poses in encouraging way suitable for all levels. Highly recommended!

👍👍 Really comfortable chill place with good music and good vibes. Staff are all cool, service with a smile. Loved the Acai bowl, really tasty and fresh and very generous with the Acai, not bulked up with loads of ice or different berries like other places. Really enjoyed my morning here. 🤙
