    The older staff member just before 4pm Monday 28th at the drive through was very rude. They couldn't get my blue light discount off the app to work, they couldn't offer an alternative solution, (which is fine and the younger staff member was polite enough but obviously too busy to continue helping). However, the initial staff member then said "do you want it or should I cancel it" without offering any kind of apology or asking politely what we wanted to do. A simple 'sorry I can't do that, what would you like to do' would have satisfied us. She also hadn't asked what size of meal we wanted and we assumed it was what was displayed on the drive through menu (regular). So instead of being able to use a discount and pay an expected undiscounted price, I got charged full price for a larger than expected meal. Train your staff to ask the important questions, and to not be so rude. I didn't argue at all because we were bloody hungry after what was a really long wait considering there was only one car ahead of us, and I rather avoid confrontation, but the manager needs to know the service was appalling. If you can, skip this KFC and go to Denton Rock. They can actually run a business there.

    Really grotty place with litter all over the floor. None of the tables and chairs was clean! The staff were sloppy and just hanging around not doing anything even when there was no customer. They all seemed to be under the spell of the middle aged female staff member who was on the rude side in the way she spoke to and attended to us. This KFC is a disgrace to the brand - it should really be shut down as it is doing more harm than good!

    My 84 year dad went for take out and came home with food. The food that was in the bag was missing 2x zinger burgers and drinks and wings. I went back to the store to tell them, they made me wait 10 mins whilst they went to speak to the person who made the food. The manager came back and said they have made the food as per order. I told them I wouldnt come all they way back if it was right. Instead of apologising she refused to make up the difference and said she would need to check cameras and that would be tomorrow! What a joke. All the staff just ignored me and she disappeared in the back and didn't even bother to help out and give us the food we had paid for. They are thieves and just don't care. No wonder at the time of writing this they only have 2.9 stars. She wouldn't even give me head office number to complain. Avoid at all cost and drive 100 miles to find a better establishment. Jokers!!!

    Waited ages before anyone knew I was at the drive in. Then when eventually when they did answer the girls English was terrible. After I managed to understand what she said I asked her if I would have to wait much longer as I’d been there 20mins already she said yes they hadn’t made the car in fronts meal yet. They need to understand ‘fast food’ !

    Ordered a family bucket original chicken, received ALL CHICKEN WINGS. No thighs, no drumsticks, all of it in the bucket was chicken wings. Order took 2 hours to come as well, with no pepsi so sent us a Tango instead. Update stock otherwise don't be selling the wrong stuff.

    We had to wait a long time to be served even though we were at the front of the queue. The assistant didn't know the allergen information and had to get the manager, who understood what I wanted and said they could cook it no problem. The assistant took the order for myself and my daughter, popcorn chicken, however when he gave me the bag, my order wasn't there. He said they couldn't do it, and my daughter's order was wrong, 2 chicken pieces. Although the chicken was tasty it was not what she ordered, and I got nothing, after waiting over half an hour.

    KFC where the chicken is small, the queues are long, and the screens are off I arrived at this KFC with high hopes, but my excitement quickly turned to disappointment. The door window was broken, the screens were off, and I had to queue twice to get my food. When it finally arrived, the chicken was small, overcooked, and possibly on a diet. The only positive thing I can say about this KFC is that it was clean. But that's not enough to make me come back. If you're looking for a good KFC experience, I suggest you go somewhere else.

    Poor customer service. I was waiting for 25minutes just to be served. The staff obviously don't know what they are doing. Once I placed my order it was ready within 4 minutes which I find strange I'm actually shocked that my chicken didn't jump up and peck my nose off the time it took to make. I do not recommend going to this waste of space KFC zero ⭐ YAK
