staff
member
just
before
4pm
Monday
28th
at
the
drive
through
was
very
rude.
They
couldn't
get
my
blue
light
discount
off
the
app
to
work,
they
couldn't
offer
an
alternative
solution,
(which
is
fine
and
the
younger
staff
member
was
polite
enough
but
obviously
too
busy
to
continue
helping).
However,
the
initial
staff
member
then
said
"do
you
want
it
or
should
I
cancel
it"
without
offering
any
kind
of
apology
or
asking
politely
what
we
wanted
to
do.
A
simple
'sorry
I
can't
do
that,
what
would
you
like
to
do'
would
have
satisfied
us.
She
also
hadn't
asked
what
size
of
meal
we
wanted
and
we
assumed
it
was
what
was
displayed
on
the
drive
through
menu
(regular).
So
instead
of
being
able
to
use
a
discount
and
pay
an
expected
undiscounted
price,
I
got
charged
full
price
for
a
larger
than
expected
meal.
Train
your
staff
to
ask
the
important
questions,
and
to
not
be
so
rude.
I
didn't
argue
at
all
because
we
were
bloody
hungry
after
what
was
a
really
long
wait
considering
there
was
only
one
car
ahead
of
us,
and
I
rather
avoid
confrontation,
but
the
manager
needs
to
know
the
service
was
appalling.
If
you
can,
skip
this
KFC
and
go
to
Denton
Rock.
They
can
actually
run
a
business
there.
