popped in for a few shirts today in Manchester and the whole service from being greeted at the door to leaving was one of absolute pleasure. Tracey went above and beyond to measure me for the right fit and style I was wanting and she is the epitome of great customer service. Great store!

Great attentive service. Went in for a smart white shirt. I am not used to wearing smart clothes (I don't even know my measurements), but the staff were fantastic. He measured me up quickly, had me try on some shirts and discussed differences in collars with me. After discussion and advice I was able to purchase a nice shirt. Really nice to have a shop with such great customer service. Thank you! It is not the cheapest place in the world, but if you are in King Street looking for cheap clothes then you are in the wrong place. My opinion is that it is a fair price.

My partner came in on Saturday needing a full outfit to go to a charity do as he doesn’t do smart clothing! Amazing old school service - the gentleman who served him knew his measurements just by looking at him. Kitted him out - shirt, jacket, pants, shoes, and even got the pants altered by a local tailor. I didn’t think shops like this existed anymore! Well done and that guy should have his own makeover show or something!

My partner had a last minute suit purchase to make before my sister-in-laws wedding. Steven and Oren went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after and received the right fit! We will definitely be back!!

I have purchased many of your shirts over the years at diferent stores and always found service to be good. Unfortunately i visited your King Street Manchester store on Saturday. It wasn't overly busy and there seemed to be 3 members of staff on. I stood by the till to ask for my neck to be measured for an eternity while being ignored ended up leaving without purchasing anything it's unfortunate how a bad experience taints a brand

Very knowledgeable assistant. First thing he did was measure me. Now that does not happen in John Lewis or M&S

Best shop you can go to if you want suit shirts and ties staff r the best very helpful
