For central city parking in the heart of Manchester this is handy. Granted these spaces are not the biggest and not made for your 4x4's or MPV's, but good enough for the average sized run around. When parking anywhere especially in Manchester, never have your valuables on show and always have your stuff in the boot or in the glove box - because you are just asking for your car to be broken into, even if the carpark has cctv or not and here is no different. Price wise, this is about right, there are a few cheaper and a few more expensive in and around the area. But for the location to most of what you need and where you need to get to, this is not bad at all. Plus for me, I like the paying for the parking at the end of your stay and only paying for time there and not paying at the start when you've either got to rush back to avoid a fine, or end up paying for too much time that you don't use. So if your like me, then that's good.

£29 for 8 hrs and friend £8 for an hour. Won't be visiting Manchester again. Nothing there worth seeing and an absolute rip off. Much much nicer city's and places to visit at a fraction of the prices.

Terrible experience. My car was parked in this carpark because I thought it closes to city center, plus it was a rainy day and I wasn’t familiar with this city. Spent over half an hour to enter to car park no. 1, it designed like a maze and impossible to find a normal pedestrian entrance to get in, any possible ways were all blocked also without clear directory, eventually I needed to climb through the steeply car path to 3/F to take back my car.

I had to install an app which took a while to set up, it said to drive out and it will automatically charge me. This didn't work so I've had to contact npc, the price in the app is cheaper but I've ended up paying just over £15 for 3 hours of parking! Avoid at all costs.

Awful car park, absolutely no signage directing you to a pedestrian exit (had to use a fire exit) and no clear location for re-entrance back into the car park on foot from Watson Street. Autopay ANPR seems to cause no end of issues and clearly it would be easier to just have a normal pay station on site.

5 minutes before they charge, not enough time to find a space and walk to the pay station, where you see their astronomical prices. I paid the £3.85 and left, as I was there to visit the cinema. I drove to the Trafford centre and parked for FREE.

AVOID. Worst car parking experience. £12 for 2 hours. Unable to pay on the machine they have on site as not working and also unable to pay later on website as not working. You will spend lots on parking with unsafe parking and inability to pay so a fine and lots of hassle. PARK ELSEWHERE!

Very little instruction on how to pay. A very kind security person helped me with this, but Pay Later site shows me I have not paid. Chat help on the app said I will be fine as long as I have the receipt, which implies I will receive a letter and have to defend myself.
