    Honestly the worst experience. We booked 2 appointments for 5pm. When we arrived they told us we had to wait until 6.30pm. I was also quoted on the phone £15 to remove my BIAB from my nails. When I got there I was told once in the chair it would be £20? Very weird experience. No apology. For a salon you would expect some form of customer service even if it was a tiny bit.

    First time at Buddha beauty and it didn't disappoint. Had a lovely wrap with massage and came out feeling so relax. My skin has been suffering but already feels so much better. Thank you so much. I have no doubt I'll be back and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Thank you.

    Thank you Amanda. Just a gorgeous experience, perfectly combining 2 treatments, deep tissue and Fascial. Such a treat. Really loved the deep tissue with bamboo sticks so I’ll be having that again for sure. Thank you for your care and personal approach. I’ve come away feeling so positive and lifted today. Thank you ❤️

    I had an amazing pregnancy massage and facial with Amanda. Best pregnancy massage I’ve had. She was knowledgeable, caring and made sure I was comfortable the whole way through. Highly recommend!

    Booked a ‘luxury’ facial. Steam blown on my face while I was left for 10 minutes, then the therapist came back and slapped a mask on my face and said she would leave me for another 10 minutes! Not quite what I expected when questioned I was told there was no sink in the room and she had to leave to change the water! I expected something more relaxing and won’t be back.

    Thank you Annalise, I'm so happy with my manicure/nails and really loving the colour, especially the extra shimmery affect. Had so many compliments already. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Great customer service.

😐 Poor customer service except when your basket is full or u want to purchase expensive products like dior, chanel etc. They are out of stock on many items. Nevertheless.. i was able to buy a lot of stuff
