I have been here few times and I every time I was disappointed starting from asking tap water to rude staff ! This time the shop floor and the tables were full of trash and no where to sit , I talked to the manager and I asked if they were under staffed and she said yes 👍, but hygiene and keeping store clean nothing to do with staff shortage! Add to that we order salad box and there was no tomato only a bit of salad and a slice of cucumber. I have also Realised in Multiple occasions that the staff are not fully trained and they don’t know the basic knowledge of human right as we asked many times for tap water and the my said oh we( don’t have ) ???? I will be coming here in the future just to check on them again Hope things will improve

I was craving for a festive season coffee and decided to go to McDonald for caramel waffle latte. Taste was brilliant but it wasn't as hot as I was expecting. I went inside to see the ambience and surprised to see so much Christmas decorations. To me it looked amazing. Take your kids or young ones to this place, I am sure they would love it. Been grabbing a breakfast from here over the last few months, and always greeted with the best smile and customer service from Lisa, I think she's the manager and if not why not?! Brightens up the day with her welcome and smile. We all have good and bad days, and hope she has a good day everyday. Definitely recommend 👌

We went in late last night as a treat after a show, staff were uninterested and rude at points, rolling their eyes when we asked for sauce etc. The food was cold. We ordered a diet coke (my OH is type 1 diabetic) and they served us full sugar coke. If he hadn't realised, it could have literally put him in hospital.

Twice recently iv ordered and twice they have forgotten something. First time it was wrote in the book the second time I called to get my item put in which they did only to forget to put something from the recent order in. I called up and basically got called a liar and the phone hung up on me. Worst McDonald's ever used to be such a good place seems like they hire anyone nowadays.

I’ve order through the app I know, choose to pick up Driver through i’ve been waiting more than 25 minutes in the queue and they should notice that they’ve got issue inside and the order is going to be late and they are not. I want to speak to the guy in front the window he don’t speak English at all. How come is that and then we cancelled the order I was still waiting for the refound

Table service food was hot, but some items missing sauces and one fruit bag were open. Staff, okay. The dining area was full of overflowing bins tables dirty as though not enough attention was being paid to this area

My order took a long time, they only had one person serving during lunchtime. Someone waited 20 minutes for their order. My food was sloppily put together and not far off being cold. They should look into the performance here..
