if
possible.
Worst
customer
service
I
have
ever
experienced.
After
several
clarifications
on
the
phone
of
my
place
being
a
house
#
and
not
a
flat
#,
and
that
they
would
have
to
ring
the
buzzer
not
call,
they
still
sent
my
pizza
to
the
wrong
place.
This
could
have
been
overlooked
if
they,
the
driver
and
in
house
staff,
had
shown
any
remorse
or
concern
whatsoever
especially
after
being
told
that
it
was
meant
for
8
year
olds
who
had
been
waiting
4
hours
for
it
and
their
(all
staff)
obvious
challenges
with
communicating
in
English.
They
were
extremely
rude
and
even
condenseding;
asking
if
I
was
complaining
because
I
wanted
them
to
give
me
a
pizza!
When
I
asked
for
a
refund,
and
to
speak
to
a
manager,
they
then
weakly
offered
me
a
pizza
which
I
rejected
(like
I
would
ever
eat
there
again).
Then
they
said
the
refund
would
take
7
days.I
stood
and
waited
there
for
30
minutes
for
them
to
"process"
my
refund.
Honestly,
the
standards
of
most
places
we
have
come
to
know
and
love
continue
to
fall
because
of
the
calibre
of
people
allowed
to
work
and
run
them.
No
decency.
