This would have been zero if possible. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. After several clarifications on the phone of my place being a house # and not a flat #, and that they would have to ring the buzzer not call, they still sent my pizza to the wrong place. This could have been overlooked if they, the driver and in house staff, had shown any remorse or concern whatsoever especially after being told that it was meant for 8 year olds who had been waiting 4 hours for it and their (all staff) obvious challenges with communicating in English. They were extremely rude and even condenseding; asking if I was complaining because I wanted them to give me a pizza! When I asked for a refund, and to speak to a manager, they then weakly offered me a pizza which I rejected (like I would ever eat there again). Then they said the refund would take 7 days.I stood and waited there for 30 minutes for them to "process" my refund. Honestly, the standards of most places we have come to know and love continue to fall because of the calibre of people allowed to work and run them. No decency.

Pizza and opening hours both excellent, but it isn't exactly the most disabled-friendly outlet. The counters would all reach chin or head height for most wheelchair users, and there's no seating at all, let alone anything to help an ambulatory disabled person if they had to wait to be served. Many of the staff don't even know how to open the second of the double doors at the front without consulting a manager, and it's very hard to wheel in through just one of them without getting hurt. However, it's possible to order in advance even for collection, and they do generally have some good discounts on offer.

Not sure how many stars that place had but i think the reason they still exist becuse of the perfect location. I use to work in 6 years in a lots of diffrents location domino's Pizza places and i wil be fired after one day if i proform that way. First they customer service have a lot of to work on. They are not friendly and not pay attention what customer says. I had wrong order which i did not make. Second the hygiene level it is a lots of to ask. I sow guy taching his beard and after make my pizza. I was already "looking forward for my meal:(" Manager looks nice but he looks like hi is lost in his position in this place long time ago. I was feel sorry for him. After ored a pizza i had a wrong one and was not even sure i have mine becuse they did not take my name. I'm happy to help you for free to make/managing that place and be a Real Dominnos Pizza standard. Please contact me. I can not watch that. I thought it something change after years but i was wrong. I'm seriusly want to help becuse i don't belive the people ther has proper training and i love dominnos pizza.

Couldnt ask for better service, missed an item off the delivery, but came back to deliver it and even threw in something else for the error. Amazing service and extreme apologetic about the mistake, these things happen, we all arent perfect, but they went out their way to make it up.

I dropped in for a quick evening pizza to takeaway. Service was fast and friendly. The price was good and the pizza pretty good.

Awful pizza. The dough is had a weird color. The cheese tasted like it was from last year and the ingredients were chewy. Very bad experience.
