We stopped for a bite to eat here before a concert. It is a late night club, open until 430am, but they also serve food, so we gave it a shot. The food was fabulous. Fresh and very tasty 😋! The service was good, but you can tell the staff are overworked with such long shifts. 😞

I’d love to give 0 stars if it was an option, what an absolute nightmare. Ordered via the QR code and got an email confirmation saying the order was paid for and a reference number, and money came out my account. Almost an hour later we were told food was coming it was just really busy because of the rugby and show at the arena. Still nothing happened and we questioned again what was going on, they say they have no order in the system and I need to email someone to get a refund as there’s no management on site and they can’t just give cash out the till. 5 order couples/families also experienced the same to the point where the “chef/owner” had to be tracked down and physically brought out of the kitchen to speak to us and give us our money back after being fobbed off repeatedly. He was also rude to his own staff and blamed the issues on them which was incredibly unprofessional. Ended up being late to the show at the arena and missing part of the support act because they couldn’t sort themselves out. Absolute joke of a place, don’t waste your time.

Service painfully slow. Order was wrong. You have to pay before you get your food so we couldn't leave or would have walked out an hour into not receiving our food. We waited over an hour and asked for a refund. 15 mins later 2/4 remaining meals arrived and we did not have time to eat it becasue we had somewhere to be. They told us we couldn't have a refund becasue the food was now there despite asking for it before the food arirved and one main still missing. Nothing we said was listened to and we were blamed for the mistakes of the server. Appaling service. An allergy was ignored and then we were blamed when complained even though the order was repeated back to us correctly when ordering. We were refused a refund for food we did not receive or eat. Just save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else. If I could 0 stars I would. Conned out of £60 as a table.

SCAMMERS! DON’T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKES AS SO MANY OTHERS. REFUSING REFUND please read other reviews! I wish i had looked at reviews before going into this place. The food gets dropped off by a deliveroo driver from a different company with a 3 star hygiene rating. Our food didn’t arrive after 45 mins and we had to leave without getting it as we were going to a show. (We had not been told about any delay - thinking a garlic bread cannot possibly take 45 mins) I was told i couldn’t get a refund in the bar (clearly the tried and tested scamming mechanism). I have sent multiple emails to the owner who quite frankly doesn’t care. No refund for food i never even received. This company keeps getting away with this, I have since read so many other reviews of people being refused refunds for completely unsatisfactory service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Probably the most disgusting food I have ever eaten in the muckiest place I have ever visited. Purchased through Groupon- will definitely never return!

I've ordered two items through Uber Eats, specifically asking to not add peppers or onions. I'm allergic to peppers, and onions give me stomach problems. Unfortunately, the items were absolutely full of onions, peppers and paprika. Both items ended up in the bin. It's terrible that this restaurant doesn't care at all about dietary requirements, and potentially puts customers' safety at risk by feeding them allergens. Will avoid in the future.

Food was delicious, drinks were lovely was a bit quiet but it was Thursday night so I imagine the atmosphere will be way better when more people in. Staff were lovely and attentive too
