My wife and I stayed here for two nights and we loved it! 10-minute walk from the train station to the colorful canal and gay district with great restaurants nearby, including The Molly House (tapas) and Samsi (Japanese). The Leven is so well staffed, I almost wished I had more requests, to give the friendly 24-hour lobby staff some things to do. But how can I have more requests when our room has a/c, a kitchenette, and a washer-dryer in our room? They also offer breakfast in a room adjoining the lobby, which is a great workroom/reading room when not used for breakfast. How much do I like this place? I would love to reside in it for two months, rather than 2 nights, and write a book in their breakfast/reading room between visiting pubs and restaurants.

I can’t recommend this hotel enough. Rooms are spacious with all the amenities you need and also very quiet. The bed is so comfy I had the best night sleep in a while !

Highly recommend!! Great location, staff were really friendly and helpful. Nice bar downstairs with gooood cocktails! Rooms were spacious and clean, bathrooms super modern and well equipped. Will be staying again!

Had the BEST stay in Manchester at the the Leven hotel. Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough, for both long and short stays this will always be my go-to. Gorgeous rooms with fantastic decor, a mix of utility and style. Lovely large bed and bath. Great amenities and welcoming staff. Plus the location could not be more ideal. 10/10 rating from me!

Really cool place to stay! Me and my husband spent the first 2 nights of our honeymoon here before travelling from Manchester Airport. We had a living space which had everything you need including a bath and kitchen. Really would recommend.

This is a really really nice hotel. The rooms are very cool but also at the same time really comfy and if I'm honest a lot more than I was expecting for the price. The team were amazing througout my stay however what stood out for me is this..... I returned to the hotel at one point to go back to the room because I was feeling unwell and I had to ask reception for a key as I'd stupidly locked myself out. For the remaining 36 hours or so of my stay, every time I walked through reception they asked me how I was and how I was feeling. Lots of hotels talk about the personal service but these lovely people genuinely deliver it. Absolute pleasure of a stay and will definitely go back. I can't think of a hotel that I have felt as happy and relaxed in and these two things to me are everything that makes a hotel special, so thank you to every one of you, you should be very proud of what you're delivering to your guests!

The Leven was one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. We came up for a Manchester City match, and the proximity to the train station was ideal. I also enjoyed dinner at some great restaurant within a 5 minute walk, including Arnero. The style of the hotel is also so amazing, between the reception area and rooms comfortable design it’s such a nice place to stay. The REALLY BIG downside is the location to the bars, Canal Street is lovely during the day but the amount of NOICE, I could never fall asleep. In my experience, it will be very loud from 6pm until 3:45am.
