Food was on time. The setting was clean, warm and inviting. Haseeb and his team provided extremely friendly customer service and on top of that, the food was top tier. Came all the way from Birmingham and it did not disappoint!

On arriving at the store I was welcomed by a person staring at his phone for 1 minute watching what was obviously some entertainment video. I finally placed my order and eagerly waited for the loaded fries to arrive. After waiting 10 mins I was given a plastic container smeared in cheap watery cheese. As I scraped away the cheese I found half cooked chips and 1 chicken strip that had been cut into 10 pieces. After taking my first bite I felt compelled to complain to the assistant behind the counter. Unfortunately the attendant was still far too enthused with his phone to acknowledge my existence at the counter After finally getting his attention and communicating my disappointment in the meal I was dismissively told that "this is cheapest meal on menu at £5.45" and in essence what else should I expect. After I placed the full box on the counter and told the assistant this was not edible his response was "no worries" and he sunk his head back into his mobile. I walked out in disgust after having recieved one of the worst service and meals in 20 years

First visit and unfortunately won’t be returning. We seen it advertised over Instagram and looked really good but unfortunately really hyped up. Food was ok but expectations weren’t nearly as we expected. Customer serves was dreadful . Asked for particular items out of our burgers and came with it in , I don’t think I could trust this place with allergies because they don’t seem to listen to requests from their customers. As we was dinning in we waited at our table and normally your food gets brought to your table instead it was shouted out for us to collect at the till a little more customer service wouldn’t go a miss. Also food came separate chips on one plate and burger on another . The ketchup bottle clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a while and put me off how clean the place is. There wasn’t even any cutlery for us to eat our food with. Whilst we was eating sounded like a fight was about to break out in the kitchen and swearing now sure what happened but doesn’t look good. Also what we ordered as a waffle definitely wasn’t what I would say is a waffle .. shame because the place looked good

The food is delicious and grilled to perfection. Most places will dry out the meat but this place was spot on with the food. The chicken steak was particularly good and recommended.

wow wow wow amzaing little place was staying in manchester with my family and came here to eat and out of all the food places we went to this was our favourite! the burgers were on point deffo reccommend the peri burgers and the milkshakes as it was all fresh and cooked properly. they seasoned everything perfectly the service was immaculate aswell as the hygeine amazing place to go and hv a bite. would 100% reccommend

Oh my days!!! Best ever chops to land on the taste buds, tender, tasteful and moreish. Only ordered four should of had eight!! Lol I know I sound greedy but can’t be helped, as soon as I finished I wanted to start all over again😂!! Sorry great passion for the chops from here!!!!! The Best!!

Good food and nice, clean seating area. Service was also very good, would definitely recommend👍🏻
