Awful experience, we booked a table and were stuffed in the back of the venue away from everyone else, the staff were rude and some quite aggressive. We had paid for the table in advance (which includes entry) and they still tried to force us to pay an additional £10 on the door which straight away started the night on a bad note. Further to that, the venue itself was not busy and they refused to bring out one of the bottle of champagne we had ordered. After all of this, they tried to charge us £70 for the mixers which consisted of about 8, 150ml cans of coke and lemonade etc. which was absolutely outrageous. To top everything off, since the poor reviews have been posted after our night at Mahiki, all of their staff have suddenly spammed this page with positive reviews. You would think they would be smart enough to make up false names so you can't type them in to social media platforms and see they work there...clearly not. After this I can safely say I will not be returning.

My friend and I visted last night. On arrival staff friendly nice vibe. We ordered cocktails of the early menu before spending £10 on one cocktail. Drinks are served in lovely glasses and you do get a small plate of sushi complementary. We then ordered of the full price drinks menu again drinks are well presented and then every 5 minutes staff were over to the table picking drinks up saying 'any of these finished' this happened for the next hour. I found this to be extremely rude and felt like we was in a Chinese restaurant being rushed to finish and leave. We also had the fire alarm going of for what felt like 30 minutes we still stayed not like some who got up and left. You are also charged a service charge which is a appalling the price of the drinks plus staff asking you every 2 minutes have you finished a service charge for 2 people without food just drinks sorry its a joke. Im sure Gary neville wont read this review just a word to the wise 'staff need to not hang around like they are working in a Chinese restaurant and scrap the service charge' first time visit didn't leave with a great first impression.

Had such a great night here on Saturday for my Birthday! The Music had me dancing the whole night and the staff were extremely friendly. I was recommended some great cocktails! I will definitely be returning!

We had booked a table, some tables had beenI do miss u but got used to our one hour a night together laid out with the alcohol ppl has ordered ours didn't. We waited 45 minutes and asking at least 3 people for something to drink before we got anything. Some of the waitress were lovely but the service was terrible. After we had complained so much we did get 2 bottles of prosecco free. Music was good then at 2.30 the lights came on and they threw people out despite the website saying open till 5am. I would not return.

Been there for the first time and deffinitely going again. All the staff is so lovely and dance with the guests (amazed how energetic they were) and all look like having fun working there, a situation that I don’t see often. Lovely decoration and really nice drinks as well. Excellen job guys. Keep up the good work!

Really nice and trendy place. The staff are amazing and really look after you well. The food is a tad bit on the higher side but it's mostly a drinks place. It focusea on Polynesian cuisine but for that I will recommend Australasia in spinning fields who have really nailed that down

It's a lovely place very relaxed and chilled .the staff are brillent I have a broken leg and the manager and door staff helped me uo and down stairs with out question I think they are out standing professional and cart wait to visit again

Very polite staff. I visited pleace on Sunday not people at all me and me friend were only two customers. We ordered drinks only unfortunately they have only bottle bear. Twice we ordered this same and i don't know why we pay different amounts. It's a good place for a date quite and cozy at list in Sunday

Amazing place! The staff are so friendly and welcoming! Visited last week and can't wait to visit again! Highly recommend If your in need of a fun night! The cocktails were amazing :)
