Very busy this morning, especially for deliveries so I had to wait a little bit for my order but everything is about toasties. We had peri peri and cheese, both very tasty and crunchy. Coffee also very nice. Lovely place.

One of the best chicken wings I've ever had!!!. I did a mix of sriracha and peri peri and they are so heavenly. The wings were perfectly friend, well cooked and super crunchy. The wings pair so well with the hot sriracha and spicy periperi sauces. The portion is large enough for an adult, I could not finish the chips but I pushed all the wings down because they were so good. 8 quid for that bowl of goodness is a fair deal. It's was a bit quiet around 2pm when I ate there. I actually ordered a take out, the plan was to sit and eat a bit and take the rest away. I couldn't stop eating till I finished the wings. Food temperature was good as well. The staff were also friendly, polite and professional though they didn't wear any branded uniforms.

Great food and casual atmosphere. Dog Friendly with Vegetarian and Vegan options and a build-your-own option great for picky eaters.

Pretty good toastie, loaded with filling. Very clean. I’d definitely go back to try more of their offerings.

A toastie café- simply wonderful! My friend and I shared a Cheese and Beans Toastie: comfort food as its finest. I know this is something you can make at home, but I really enjoyed it. There are sweet toasties and meal deals, too. I’ll be more adventurous, next time: there’s a Super Noodle toastie, though I’m not sure how to feel about that.

Delicious Food. I had a cheese tostie, "potato waffle"-3 waffles and a kinder bueno (white) milkshake. Lovely service by young women working there.

We placed an order with Frankie’s through Deliveroo and half our food was missing, which was all our little girl’s food, so we rang them up to speak to someone and were shouted at by the woman who answered. She was aggressive with my partner when he told her the food wasn’t in the bag and it hadn’t been tampered with, then started pretending she couldn’t hear us, terrible customer service. They obviously don’t have very good cross contamination procedures either as my Mac and cheese toastie contained bits of pastrami, (my boyfriend had ordered pastrami so they were obviously mixed together), but I can’t have meat due to dietary issues, so that was a waste of money. Wouldn’t recommend at all as they don’t seem to have any regard for customers and the issues they clearly have. I think it must be under new management or have entirely new staff as this place used to be great but seems to have gone downhill very quickly :(

The service was appalling, from the second we walked in,to the moment we left. Wasnt greeted in a friendly manner, even when taking our order, it just seemed like the worker didn't want to be there. When we left, we said our thank you's and wished her a lovely day, we were blanked. The chesse toasties were ok, the atmosphere was nice and the milkshake we had was yummy.

It is a very good toasties house, and the service was excellent, Anjumaara was very nice, polite and she explained to me the offers and the best toasties choose. A good experience I will repeat that over and over again. Thankyou so much anjum i will definitely come
