Where do I start.. There is no point in putting notes because they don't read them. I ordered a burger with burger sauce and got mayo.. with no burger sauce My meal was missing it's side. All 3 pieces of my chicken was literally laughable. My 3 wings had nearly as much chicken. I order a tango and receive Mirinda? No phonecall or update to address these issues I would completely keep clear and either go to another local Dixy's or another style of restaurant

This is a new Dixy Chicken restaurant and for me it was a great experience. Food was nice and the prices were cheaper than the other Dixy Chicken's i have been to. Quality customer service! Food was brought to us at our table. Lots of different meal options including grilled peri peri wraps/burgers. Restaurant was well decorated as expected due to it being new and it was thoroughly clean and well kept. 5*

Was about to give 1 star as I thought delivery wasn't going to turn up (only fair I leave a positive review). Impossible to contact the place, it was after 5am but they still should answer queries. Got the food at 5.50, so they were definitely in. Anyway, the food was actually still hot and the burger was actually nice.

ordered just after 4AM. it’s now 6AM and it’s only just got here. the pizza was so disgusting i had to spit it out, it was cold & overall just very unpleasant. the chicken bites were cold and soggy. i’d genuinely rather eat the paper bag they came in. the milkshake came uncovered (ew) & they didn’t give me a straw. most places in manchester put a sticker or something over the lid so that it’s sealed but this just arrived completely open. i can even see a little bit of dirt has fallen in. not that i could drink it anyway because there is no straw i wish i had just hired a crackhead to go out and hunt and cook a chicken for me. not only would it have been quicker, it would’ve probably been more hygienic too 0/10. don’t order. i won’t be back lol

Just don't bother, they are shocking here! 20 pound taken and no food, and my child left hungry. Not even a slight refund they just don't care atall! Never again!!!!!

AVOID! Ordered food, and it arrived nearly 2 hours later. Staff were rude, no care in the world.

Awful service…waited 20 mins for 4 milk shakes no apologies for the wait. If I didn’t have the kids with me, I’d have asked for a refund …the staff looked underpaid but thats no excuse for the dreadful service.

Food was outstanding went in there not expected much was pleasantly suprised with the half chicken meal deal excellent value for the money and chicken was out of this world soft tender and juicy would rate it 6 stars but can only put 5 excellent staff had a good laugh while waiting for the food 👍

Ordered from Uber eats it took them over an hour to arrive and when they did the food was horrible and lacked flavour overall would definitely not recommend m

Very bad management and bosses and they just use new trainees to clean there shop never give salary on time to the new staff and also give waste and bad food in delivery sometimes they use 3,4 days old toppings and chicken
