I
stayed
in
room
616,
from
Friday
14
July-
Sunday
16July
2023.
I
found
the
double
room
very
well
appointed
with
everything
that
I
needed,
including
several
lamps,
a
desk,2
mirrors,
including
full
length,
full
size
bath
and
double
bed.
The
bed
was
a
little
high
for
me
as
I
am
partially
disabled.
There
were
nice
little
touches,
such
as
a
tea
tray
with
kettle,
and
an
iron.
The
room
was
very
close
to
the
lifts,
which
I
used
to
go
down
to
the
restaurant
on
the
3rd
floor.
As
I
was
part
of
a
coach
party,
we
had
inclusive
breakfast
and
dinner,
which
was
served
buffet
style.
At
Dinner,
there
was
either
a
live
singer
or
piped
music,
which
personally,
I
found
a
little
too
loud,
making
conversation
a
bit
challenging.
The
hotel
is
right
next
door
to
a
convenience
store,
which
was
very
helpful
for
those
of
us,
like
myself,
who
couldn't
walk
or
stand
for
long.
The
only
reason
why
I
am
not
giving
5
stars
,is
because
of
an
issue
regarding
the
time
of
the
coach
party's
departure
on
the
Sunday.
Despite
trying
to
explain
to
the
hotel
operator
3
times
,what
the
issue
was,
I
was
forced
to
physically
come
down
to
reception,
which
should
not
have
happened.
Obviously
an
issue
of
inadequate
staff
training,
which
I
have
flagged
up
to
restuarant
duty
manager
Neil.
Having
said
this,
most
of
the
staff,I
encountered
were
friendly,
professional
and
willing
to
"go
beyond"
to
ensure
a
pleasant
stay.
In
particular,
