Great hotel / apartments in good central location. Apartment was very clean, well appointed with modern bathroom, kitchen with crockery, hob, kettle etc. Breakfast is rather basic but for the total price of a nights stay the place seems good value. It's only about 10 minutes walk from the train station and the other side of Roomzzz is in the lovely Corn Exchange building with plenty of eateries. Person behind reception could have provided better service. Show a bit more interest in customers and their experience.

The staff at check-in was not too nice, nothing was explained me (how breakfast and gym work) and rushed me to finish registration. The room itself is clean but not spectacular, it just feels like student accommodation. Breakfast was just grab and go, they just apples and oranges, some old pastries, a tea and coffee and 1 type of yoghurt. I was disappointed as no one had explained to be that it was so basics. Overall, I think it was a bad choice for a 1 night business trip and maybe good for people who wish to stay for longer as there's a kitchen.

Roomzzz Aparthotels is such a spiteful and untrustworthy hotel franchise: There is such a lack of integrity from the staff at this hotel that it is sickening. They've lied to myself and my wife, and have lied about us numerous times just because we dared to complain about their rude cleaners continuously bashing hotel equipment against the walls and the doors. Don't expect any hospitality or peace and quiet from this place.

Absolutely loved this place. First time visiting and will 100% be coming back. We originally booked just one night but had to extend our stay, we loved it that much. Staff were so welcoming and helpful. A special shout out to Olivia though, she was very kind and helpful, happy to answer all our question and help where she can. Such a beautiful place too, rooms were very clean and comfortable. Very happy!!

We stayed a long stay. Everything worked properly. Shoutout to Elizabeth head of staff, so helpful and kind 🙂. The only downside is the room service is once a week for long stay. However, staff always helped if anything was needed in the meantime. Self laundry works properly too the gym is adequate and has new equipments.

Great hotel. The staff on reception were brilliant. Mia and Elizabet were very accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble, they were very accommodating and approachable. They made our experience very enjoyable.

Great place to stay when in Manchester. Friendly and clean. We were going to a concert at the AO Arena which is a 2 minute walk from the hotel so couldn't have been better

Lovely hotel in a great location. Staff were helpful and friendly. We stayed in the family room, so it was a great size, though probably bigger than other rooms. Loved having use of the kitchen in the room as well. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed here for a concert at the arena, which is within the walking distance. Front desk staff were very helpful. Room was spacious. Full kitchen and heated bathroom floor were nice. Modern rooms in the beautiful classic building.

The room is clean, comfy, and well-furnished with kitchenware. The complimentary laundry service is definitely a bonus.

Been there for 2 nights. Very good hotel,very clean in all areas! Spacious ,nice bathroom. Didn’t liked the toilet as it can splash back on you knees 😂 breakfast only croissants but tasty.can of Coke cost only 1£ which is cheaper than in the shop. Shopping centre is front and have lot of thing to do in this area.

Perfect accommodation for our Manchester trip. Location is central with a metro stop right outside if you want to explore forther afield. The room was very clean with all the facilities you would expect in an apartment. The grab n go breakfast was delicious with hot fresh pastries fruit and a choice of drinks. We visit Manchester regularly and this is now our go to hotel.

Amazing place. The price is reasonable and the service is excellent. The location is very central to everything. In front of the shopping mall and all types of restaurants. The train and metro stations are both very near.

Location wise right in the city center shopping area cant get closer to all the shops Staff were friendly room was spotless and underfloor heating in bathroom was really good Parking is a bit of a walk if u have luggage but thats expected in city center The apartment was nice and modern and clean i just didnt like the layout too many stairs and long corridoors and random noises banging against walls and plumbing sounds motors that kick in at random times im assuming theyre pumps for the plumbing? thats why i have knocked one star off and building and room seemed overly warm even after turning thermostat down to 19c but thats my only complaint otherwise very nice place would stay again

I stayed there for 77 nights, they were amazing and very welcoming, I really enjoyed my stay there and I got free one level upgrade when I had some issue ! Now I booked again with them in the next February for 33 nights, tbh I’m so satisfied with them.

Lovely spacious rooms with everything you need! Checking-in was very easy and all the staff were lovely. I would definitely stay here again. Location is great, in the centre and easy to get places you need to be.

Imagine that as a customer I spended around 2500 Pounds and I am checking three days early and the reply of the receptionist is like this. He told me leave and that I am disrespectful and insulted me and yelled at me. All what I mention is that ‘if you guys don’t help customers, what you exactly do. I have medical feet condition and I asked for help with luggage in my day of check out. After the conflict the Management mention they will supprot me in my checkout. In my check out, I called reception and waited for around 20 minute and they didn’t show up and respond to phone. After this I called central reservation and they tried to call reception and they didn’t respond. When I went downstairs there were no anyone in the desk. This bulding floor and stairs are dangerous and not usable for special condition people. There are no elevators access to most of the rooms. There are additional stairs after the elevator which make it very inconvenient. Be aware and don’t use this hotel ever the staff insult a customer and arrogant. The staff must have the mentality of customer service and respecting customers as our money is what pays their salaries and not vice versa

Looks amazing, great location, average price. Staff friendly. Good shower. Quiet room. Very clean. Love the TV set up, but in this room, can't see it from sitting area. Breakfast was ok if you like pastries, some bread to make toast would have been better for me, but yoghurt n fruit was good. The main problem for me was bed too hard and pillows like concrete. Ended up sleeping on sofa.

Been here before in the spring break it really comfortable reasonably priced for being apartments rooms where amazing I had the grande suite it was so comfortable the bathroom had heard floors had the little kitchenette very handy

This is the noisiest hotel I've ever stayed at. The cleaners hate their jobs so much that they are determined to make every guest's stay just as miserable as their lives by slamming hotel equipment into the walls multiple times a day as they walk down the corridor, and when you complain about this to the manager he tells you that you are preventing his staff from doing their job. Guests are also allowed to blast music in the gym that is so loud you can hear it from inside your room. This hotel caters to the drunks, — not working professionals, families and children.

This hotel is in such a convenient location close to the shopping Center and victoria station; made my travel experience very convenient. They have grab and go breakfast, fast check in. Surrounded by restaurants and bars, so a lotta options for going out. The only thing is they booked me in for a room at the very corner and they only have one elevator so I had so much trouble carrying my 2 huge suit cases into my room. Don’t make my mistake and note that you want a room near the elevator when booking for your room.

Stayed with a friend for a city break when attending the arena. Absolutely gorgeous accommodation in a wonderful location. Right in the centre, perfect for exploring. Everywhere was beautifully clean and fresh. Room was cool and very well equipped. Will defo come back. Thank you!

I adore so many things about this location 1. The rooms are very nice, tidy, and well-maintained. 2- The hotel staff is friendly and welcoming. 3. Excellent value; I'll definitely return! 4- Fantastic grab-and-go breakfast! 5- Situated right in the middle of the city! Easy access to everything and a short distance to the closest tram stop

Fantastic hotel/apartment complex. Our apartment was very well equipped, exceptionally clean and with a great view of Manchester City Centre (without there being any concerns about it being too noisy) and couldn't be more perfectly located (even with it's own entrance into the Corn Exchange Atrium, with access to half a dozen restaurants without ever having to step outside) The little added extra of complimentary bean to cup coffee and croissant in the morning, plus the choice of food products to purchase to consume/cook in your own kitchenette were varied and not overpriced. The staff were all friendly, helpful and polite. If you're looking for a place to stay in the heart of Manchester, and are willing to pay a few pounds more than average, this is the place to stay
