Terrific Asian BBQ, razor clams were incredibly fresh and tasty, we also had king prawns with salted egg yolk which were equally delicious. Meat was fine and service was impeccable. Would definitely recommend and come back next time in Manchester.

Where to begin, I arrived with my Sister for a pre-birthday present. The owner was amazing letting us know how everything works. Early on in the meal a power cut hit and this happened multiple times during our stay. We had to move tables 3 times however this was honestly no trouble through no fault of the restaurant. The staff in particular the owner was very apologetic however we saw the humour around the whole situation. The staff were impeccable, I often enjoy eating in new restaurant's however I have to say they as a group are second to none. Not too intrusive however always there when you need something! The Food was amazing, beautiful authentic Chinese cuisine which made our first Hotpot experience such a memorable one. I'm looking to come again to the Chinese bbq in the not too distant future and I can't wait.

Went there for the hotpot for the 4 of us. It was an amazing experience! It reminded of Yo Sushi with different coloured plates rotating. Had good range of ingredients to choose from. Staff were friendly and attentive. Probably not very suitable for big groups due to the design on the tables. Would of given it a 5 stars if the Ma La (spicy) soup base had more flavour. But would still recommend it. Would go again to try the other floors of the restaurant :)

I went here for a 50th birthday. I made an online booking over a week before the date. When we arrived they didn't have my booking. Nevertheless they were happy to accommodate us. We had to sit across 2 tables as we were a group of 7. Once the bigger table became available we were moved which was nice. It was a big confusing on how to order and how much to order. The waiter wasn't very helpful either. But overall we had a great experience once we ordered and got our food. I would say that there wasn't a lot of space for the food for the grill and the cooked food that came. It would be better if there was a separate little table to put some of the dishes.

This was our first experience with Chinese hot pot and we have already decided we will be back in a few weeks! The staff are amazing, very knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. They were very present and attentive, probably the best service we have ever had in Manchester. The sauce/ dipping bar is great, lots of variety and a guideline of how to create your base. Allergens are labelled clearly, it is stated that there is chance of cross contamination due to the kitchen handling ingredients- completely expected and well explained in the restaurant. We had tom yum broth, it was light and refreshing - full of flavour and well seasoned. They offer lots of options on the menu, along with recommended cooking times and the prices are labelled by plate colour. Soft drinks are quite expensive but that's the only real criticism. Amazing experience, we can't wait to come back and will be booking a table soon!

This is the best bbq I have ever had in Manchester!!! I have been craving seafood for quite some time already. So 3 of us went there on Sat, it was quite busy. Seafood bbq is on upper level, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, a bit like Korean bbq place. The staff can speak Cantonese which is my mother language, made me feel more like home haha Also they are very friendly and helpful. We got the table and check their menu. The price was cheaper than I expected. The huge seafood platter was just £60!!!!! They have crab 🦀, shrimp 🦐, clams, mussels, Scallop. Absolutely amazing. We ordered few more bbq lamb and chicken etc. 3 of us all drunk at least 3 pints 🍺 the total bill was £145. Will definitely come back again and again!

Had seen plenty of reviews so thought would give it try. We went for bbq floor and had a banquet. Enjoy cooking our own food and all added to the experience. All staff were very friendly and helpful would definitely go again

Excellent hot pot experience! Chinese hot pot is one of my favourite dinners, and I've heard of conveyor belt hotpot from friends who lived in Shanghai, so when I saw it as an option in Manchester I had to visit to try it for myself. I've eaten hotpot many times before, but always with Chinese friends hosting or managing ordering for the table, so I loved being able to pick the ingredients I recognised as my favourites off the conveyor belt. I also appreciated that they left the menu with us so that we could check to make sure we cooked everything for the right amount of time. The staff are very friendly and helpful, so if you have any questions or need anything don't hesitate to suggest it. For example, I asked for medium spicy broth and didn't find it hot enough, so they brought me a bowl of the spicy paste to add to it to my liking! I got the plum juice (pictured) which I really enjoy - it's the perfect amount of sweet / sour to compliment a spicy hotpot. Afterwards, my friend from Sanming told me next time to order the Chinese gin (the square bottle with blue letters) and add it to the plum juice for a Chinese cocktail. Worth making a reservation because it gets busy.

We wanted Korean bbq originally, but saw in the menu they have a variety of seafood dishes so we opted for that instead being big seafood fans. Glad we did as we were pleasantly surprised! We ordered the seafood platter and that was huge! Seafood was delicious, although we would have preferred it if all of the seafood was not spicy at all, the spicy clams and crab were very tasty. We also ordered seafood tofu pot, salt & pepper baby octopus and a fried rice dish and chicken soup noodle. (We were not meant to order the fried rice and soup noodle from the bottom floor of the restaurant as that was separate even though it was the same restaurant, but the manager were kind enough to let us order it up). Would recommend the huge seafood platter (for 4 people) and the salt and pepper baby octopus. Value: 8/10 Food: 8/10 Instagramable: 7.5/10

I have been for the BBQ at One Plus twice now and would come back to Manchester solely for the food there! The meat is honestly incredible and the steamed buns with condensed milk are to die for! One Plus has to be one of the best Chinese restaurants in Manchester!!

Great food, a fun experience really enjoyed cooking on the bbq. Service was friendly but a bit haphazard. Still worth the visit though

Great restaurant with multiple floors of options. The staff were super friendly, and the food tasted great. Lobster was spot on. The BBQ was a tad on the expensive side, but really did taste fantastic.

Delicious and super generous with portions! Very welcoming and accommodating staff. With a changing menu every week I know I'll be visiting again to try new things! As a veggie I was worried about the options I had. However, the vegetable noodles and tofu side dish was so amazing I had to take some home with me.

This restaurant has 3 storeys with the basement as noodle bar, ground floor as hot Pot and 1st floor is the Barbecue. We chose to have the BBQ dinner. The food is great and the staff are so nice and friendly.

I absolutely enjoyed my experience! I might have over-ordered a bit so I know better next time. I suggest getting the beef that has to be ordered separately and not on the conveyor belt. The staff were so lovely in helping me. Highly recommended!

Super cool spot! Hot pot meets sushi conveyor belt. Got us in without a reservation, super grated for that. You order an individual broth then got to town on a variety of meats, veggies, noodles, and all the accoutrements. Definitely get the lamb. Concise unobtrusive service. Highly recommend the spicy broth! Super fairly priced too!

Wow what a gem this place was! Sat down and was sounded by Asian customers which is always a good indicator that you’re in for a tasty time! I got the chicken and mushroom hotpot and the egg fried rice food was freshly cooked and very quick and tasted AMAZING!!!! This will be my new 1 stop shop for evening meals when I’m in town. Well done guys keep up the amazing hard work!

If you’re looking for a place to have Chinese hot pot or any Chinese noodles dishes this is the best restaurant to be! The staffs are always so friendly ☺️ I can’t wait to try their BBQ too!!!

Lovely casual place to get hotpot. Individual pots are a nice change to traditional hotpot which is shared. Dishes are reasonably priced. The only thing I would say is meat quality could be better but all the other ingredients are good quality. The dipping sauce station is one of the best of the hotspots I’ve been too. Would definitely recommended

We had an amazing experience. It was my inaugural visit to a hot pot restaurant beyond Asia, and the staff was exceptionally attentive. The cuisine was delightful. Without a doubt, I intend to return, as my colleagues have informed me that the barbecue there is even more exceptional!

Two of us went for lunch on a recommendation. It was our first time having Chinese hot pot, and it was great! We were the only customers there and the staff were lovely, although maybe a bit too attentive. The staff were very good at explaining everything to us :)

A unique and interacting experience. Came here on a Thursday evening, I'd heard about hot pot places before and was exited to try one for the first time. I was not disappointed! Really tasty broth (I had medium spicy) and a great selection of tasty food to cook. My favorites were the little cheesy Sausages. The dipping sauce station was great for adding different flavour combinations. The place was clean and tidy and a great atmosphere. The staff were polite, friendly and attentive. I was very intrigued by the plate challenge so definitely think il be back to attempt that at some point to try and beat 60+ plates. All in all would definitely recommend 😋

Eaten at One Plus Restaurant for the Second time Today, Honestly absolutely love the experience so there are like 3 different floors where you can have a conveyor belt and then you cook your own food that you select, Then there is a rice and noodle floor and on the 2nd floor It is a BBQ. So we went to the BBQ so on every table there are hot plates where you can order numerous dishes from King Prawns, Salt and Pepper Chicken, Beef steak etc and then you cook your own food on the hot plate but you can also order hot food that is cooked in the kitchen and Brough to you ready to eat. We absolutely love One Plus Restaurant We was served by the amazing Waiter Sean who is absolutely brilliant. I went abit mad ordering numerous dishes ranging from Razor Clam with garlic and chilli, Salt and Pepper Chicken, 2x Oysters, 4x King Prawn Skewers, Beef steak, BBQ Beef Kebabs, Fried rice etc. Again Sean our waiter couldn't do enough for us, Its a fantastic experience and it us definitely a must try and you won't be disappointed. Total came to £112 for numerous plates of different dishes, 2x Bottles of Beer and 2 Large glasses of Red wine P.S they also have a set menu which is amazing value. 5☆ We Highly recommend 👌

Came for hotpot but it was late and they were closing, so we headed upstairs for BBQ, honestly I can't stop thinking about that meal. So delicious, lots of veggie options, very reasonable prices and lovely staff! Highly recommended, can't wait to come back!

Went to the noodle bar downstairs and had a super tasty beef brisket with chilli oil. So good! And the portion was massive, so I had to take some home with me and had a great lunch the following day. Very good value. Also the staff were very nice and accomodating. They do have a couple vegan options, but they also said they could make other dishes vegan. Worth a try. I will definitely be back!

Absolutely amazing experience. And such good value for money. We came as a large group 20 people, it was explained to us simply how to use the hot pots and staff were so keen to help (keep our hotpot topped up, refill our water) food was amazing, and so many different types of vegetarian food and gluten free clearly labeled, we were so impressed, and surprisingly filled up. Would definitely eat here again.

👍👍 I was craving curry during my stay in Manchester. And Google suggested this place to me. It's in the centre, almost 6 minutes away from my hotel. The interior design is very hip and it has a great vibe. The music that is being played is modern. The curry was amazing. And the prices were perfect for...
