Popular place inside the shopping mall. I tried 1/2 checkin with spicy rice and creamy hash it was very good. The staff are so friendly and caring .

Having my cousin who is a regular meant VIP service and access to some sauces not on the menu yet. Nandos os always great and the new sauces in addition to the experimental ones compliment the chicken very well. Location, restaurant is very clean and well maintained. Staff very attentive and service minded.

For chicken and sauce lovers ❤️. For sure Nandos is one of the best retailers in regards to chicken. The food is amazing and you can select your own sides. You are able to choose your level of spice from bland (no spice) to 3x spice. Tasty chicken 🍗 🥰

This place opens late, which is convenient. Food and service is standard of Nandos, but quicker than the Nandos in Salford Quays, or maybe we went at a really good time (6-7pm on a thursday).

Nandos!!! Always amazing! Found this to be a better Nando’s than what I had in london! Surprising right! I agree! Only drawback was food took too much time to arrive. Staff is very attentive to your needs and will constantly ensure you are okay. Thanks you team!

Online food ordering system is extremely slow, food served cold with quality not meeting the franchise standard. Will not recommend eating here especially if you are ready to spend £80 for a family meal. The hygiene also not the best with the chicken kept on the bottom tray in the back and opened with their feet. You can see the dust on the signage and don’t have enough waitresses to manage customers

Brilliant way of ordering online and the food didn’t take too long to arrive! Everything was delicious and the staff who seated us was patient and calm.

I know nando’s well from cape town and the kids really wanted to try again. Overall a good experience clean area and well prepared chicken. Really enjoyed this💪

Service was really disappointing especially as they wouldn't even let my pregnant partner sit down and wait for a table but they let people they knew wait instead which is really out of order. When we eventually did get a table we ordered starters which came out in good time only then to be followed by our mains 2 minutes after which we obviously weren't ready for. This didn't seem to bother our waitress who just dumped the plates down anyway. At this point we still hadn't got our glasses for refillable drinks so we had to go up to the counter and ask for them. There was a lot of empty tables and loads of people waiting that didn't get seated. No one checked on our food which is a first for nandos in my experience which I can only assume was down to the lack of staff and there ability to actually care about the customers in the restaurant. Needless to say we won't be returning to this nandos again as it's the worst experience we've ever had. I'm surprised if anyone regularly uses this one if this is there normal service.

We ordered a shared platter plus two double chicken pita and they were super tasty, same with the sides! Wasn’t expecting it just purely for it being in the Arndale.

food was okay, not the best nandos i have eaten at, service was meh, done the bare minimum. the coca cola had ran out of syrup so we politely asked them to change it and they did nothing. tasted like fizzy water with a dash of that 17p cheap cola you get at aldi.

Not a great experience - that’s it for me with Nando’s. A lot of money for fairly average food. The chicken was luke warm - which made me nervous! I ordered it with mild lemon and herb spice but on arrival found it covered with a mild ketchup - which was actually quite spicy. I ended up leaving nearly all the chicken as a result. On mentioning it to the waiter, he advised me that it does say on the menu that they put this ketchup on the chicken as a matter of course (why offer mild spice then?!). He did offer me something else but I said no. The experience with the chicken and the burnt garlic bread - which actually tasted of the grill itself - made up my mind that the only thing I wanted to do was to put it down to experience and leave.

Came here with a friend for lunch, we ordered on the app and had been waiting for about half an hour, everyone around us had received their food, when we asked for help they told us to go to the till. We showed the manager the confirmation email and she proceeded to tap around on my friends phone, even though we had shown the correct information. They made up some excuse that “our order got lost”. A very irritating experience. Won’t return

A lot of Muslims come here to eat. Its NOT Halal. Staff dont even warn people either. We saw some hijabi ladys there too

30 minute wait to be seated despite many empty tables. Once seated and ordered via the app waiting 40 minutes for food. Food was hot and nice but the chicken was mostly a big bone with very little chicken on it. We also noticed the two girls on the table next to us waited as long for 1 of their meals and we had fully eaten ours and leaving with the 2nd girl still waiting....

Love nandos in any town, nice food and atmosphere. Staff usually gives crayons and paper for kids to keep them busy. In busy dinner time usually queue time around 20 30 mins

Wait time of 20 minutes... And the portions are tiny! Not worth it for the price, better visit the food market and get something better for half the cost. From the positives, their cloudy lemonade is very good.

My family and I are Londoners and Nandoes never disappointed us. But we are extremely happy to see that the experience is the same in Manchester, the staff are lovely, helpful and most importantly the food is hot and delicious 😋.

Food was fantastic, also reasonably quick and the sxollie cider was a first for me and loved it! However was not much space to move where I was seated

Food was okay but been to better franchises before. We came about an hour before closing and staff rolled their eyes and were a bit rude rushing to get us to finish and out.

It's a Nandos, not much more to say. Decent food, decent price, fast service. Won't be the culinary experience of your life but you won't leave unhappy either.

Had to wait 25 min for table pluse 20 min to do the app bs then it didn't work and the guy said just go to the counter what I should of done in the first place then 25 min wait for food so just over an hour b4 we got food apart from all that it was nice but very busy

I've never been here but people say its amazing so I would say its recommended highly

Not been Nandos for ages but went today. Overall very nice, new gravy is fantastic but chicken thighs were the smallest ive ever seen. Also the drinks out of the refill machine are a joke, NOT EXCEPT ABLE!

I love Nandos but I am thoroughly disappointed my the appalling lack of service at the arndale branch. I must like disappointment as this has now occured 3 times. 1st visit - did not scan nandos card even though given to staff, then said nothing could be done, small issue so I went back again. 2nd visit- made to wait frustratingly long in virtual queue (over an hour) decided to eat elsewhere 3rd visit- made to wait in virtual queue, despite many empty tables and no queue at the door. Never bothered to contact me about my wait in line (as an experiment) and got in ate and left whilst still in this virtual queue ... makes me wonder about my second visit. Each visit was accompanied by staff who seemed utterly uninterested in their jobs, bored to tears it seems as replenishing stocks was an afterthought. I'm not fussed about smiling staff but these definitely need their outlook readjusting. Poor. I'm done with this branch. It's a real shame.

My friend and I, were served by the lovely Andrew, who provided exceptional customer service with his friendly and attentive professionalism. Andrew went above and beyond to ensure we both received a great customer experience. Food was tasty and warm and we felt very welcomed and would definitely visit again. Thankyou Andrew :)
