A
casual,
yet
nice
pizza
chain
in
Manchester.
I
had
a
good
time
at
this
location,
and
the
food
was
great!
I
got
the
triple
pepperoni,
and
thought
it
was
delicious.
I
also
thought
their
garlic
sauce
was
great.
The
dough
especially
had
a
great
flavor,
and
was
nice
and
chewy.
My
critique
is
that
the
pizza
may
even
be
only
just
slightly
undone,
to
the
point
that
it
becomes
difficult
to
cut
with
a
fork
and
knife,
as
it’s
so
stretchy.
This
would
be
fine,
but
the
pizza
came
uncut,
and
did
not
have
the
structural
integrity
to
be
picked
up,
so
actually
eating
the
pizza
was
a
surprisingly
complex
feat.
Side
sauces
seemed
a
bit
pricey
at
first
(2
pound
each),
but
they
gave
a
great
sized
cup,
so
they
are
good
value.
I
would
recommend
Rudy’s,
and
they
make
nice
pizza,
but
I
think
they
could
improve
by
perhaps
presenting
the
pizza
differently.
Currently,
after
it
comes
from
the
oven,
it
gets
put
on
a
solid
plate,
leading
to
the
bottom
of
the
crust
slowly
steaming
and
becoming
“soggy.”
Still
great
tasting,
but
it
does
contribute
to
the
lack
of
structural
integrity.
Perhaps
it
would
be
better
served
on
some
sort
of
metal
mesh
surface,
so
the
bottom
is
not
steaming.
