    Shocking! Staff are slow and clueless and can't get the orders correct. Also gave me half a tub of gravy after paying for a large.

    Atrocious. First of all they couldn't cope with a moderate queue, panic stations. Then they got my order wrong, then part of my meal wasn't available (received a grotty substitute). IVE NOW BEEN IN THE QUEUE OVER TWENTY MINUTES. Then they spilled my drink. Not to worry, they agreed to change it. Got back to the office with hardly any time left to eat. Chicken was over cooked and dry. One piece was actually burned!!! BURNED!!! And to top it off, my drink was wrong, I ordered cold tea, the spilled replacement was coke. Absolute and utter SHAMBLES, a bad joke. An embarrassment to KFC. Wish I could leave zero stars. I normally hate reviews written in capitals, but all I can say is....AVOID.

    A small kFC shop good for a quick bit. It has just 4 tables to sit and can accommodate 10-12 people sitting. Most orders are take aways. You have to place the order using the 2 kiosks inside the shop.

    Absolutely terrible service. Waited 15minutes whilst others came and went. The lady on the counter was rude and uncommunicative. I queried where my food had gone and was at first ignored then told it would be another 10 minutes. I had only ordered a standard meal of chicken and chips. I asked for a refund as my lunch break was almost finished by this point and the man behind the till threw a £5 note at me with no word or apology. Completly ridiculous the service here. I wouldnt return if they gave out free food. The staff need to be taught basic manners. Not the first time I've had issues here but will the last. Avoid!

    The people that work there are very disrespectful, especially one guy with glasses (I think it’s the manager) that started shouting to my mother without any reason I think he has some mental health issues. I’m never going to come back. Just be careful of this guy.

    We ordered a 6 pieces bucket and requested for thighs and drumsticks but we didn’t get any thigh or drumstick pieces. Only got wings and breast pieces. We ordered via the KFC app. They could have provided us with at least one piece of drumstick and one piece of thigh.

    There’s a staff member that’s extremely unprofessional and rude, that doesn’t seem to understand that undermining his colleagues hard work isn’t going to be left unnoticed. He’s unshaven unpresentable and rude, lazy and confrontational, without any customer service skills whatsoever. He wears eye glasses but never a name badge. I wonder if that’s coincidental though. Remember that we - the customers, are always holding KFC service at a high standard. It’s a sad story

    Probably one of the worst kfcs I've been to. Chicken coating lacked any flavour and It seems a blind chimp could have put my fillet burger together better. Disappointing

    I had an average experience one night at this KFC. I ordered a meal with chicken (Mighty Bucket for One Meal) which ironically ran out on a Sunday night. I was offered an alternative of chicken wings which, while not my first option, seemed like a soft landing from the disappointment of not having chicken. I am not sure how I received their popcorn chicken at the end of it all - at the price of a Mighty Bucket for One Meal!. I left feeling quite disappointed with the food. One thing that stood out for me was the server who attended to me. I appreciated that he calmly explained the menu items, that the chicken was missing, and offered the alternative of chicken wings.

    Excellent, staff were fantastic, very helpful and authenticically hospitable. Special shout out to Yvette and her team. Made our day being spoken to by them and getting some genuine customer service the way it should be done.

    The worst KFC I’ve ever been in. There was about 40 Uber eats/deliveroo drivers waiting to collect orders and was absolute chaos. None of the ordering screens were working and there was limited service. When we did get served and our food when we got home found that we had no forks/spoon for the sides and no straws for the drinks 🤦‍♂️

    Absolute shitshow last time I visited as per normal in this store. They are clearly prioritising delivery orders so every Deliveroo rider was picking up their food almost instantly whereas muggins here waited nearly 30 mins to collect. Also, to game the reporting system metrics, the team were marking every order as fulfilled as soon as it popped up on their system and then scrolling through the archive to work out exactly what they needed to do. This led to mass confusion as the system could no longer help them serve everyone efficiently because of all the fake data it was being fed. Never going here again - plenty of options for fried chicken in town and f this place.

    Just placed an order from kfc app and went there to collect, and found the place was closed. The earlier closure should reflect on the kfc app! One star for KFC app, three stars for this place (good food quality, small takeaway place, sometimes very popular, sometimes get your orders wrong, there was a very polite staff but not sure if he was still there)

    This was a great KFC to go for takeaway, having slogans on the wall welcoming us and the collection point clear with even a chicken above it! The staff were approachable and the service was very fast; I enjoyed a fresh Mighty Bucket for One with chips, a wide range of the available sauces and Pepsi Max Cherry. I appreciated how it was in an actual bucket, although them placing everything in this may have been why the chips portion was too small.

    The members of are very helpful and provide good customer service. The place is very small and has one seating area for 4 people max. It's basically made so you can order and leave, I wouldn't recommend eating in. It's a really good halal KFC with great value for money.

    The Pakistani server charged me £6.99 for a zinger burger instead of £5.99 even though it wasn’t a meal. Dishonest people and unhygienic place. Avoid

    It is horrible to see there is no sit available! Do not have any idea who’s idea was to completely get rid of the sits! Anyway Arndale KFC is way behind horrible and I have no idea if this franchise actually cares about who represent them! I used to love KFC now I actually do not want to order again! Horrible now i have to spend another 10 minutes to find somewhere else to sit….

    The prices of meal has gone up and the portion of food has definitely reduced. Not a lot to of good to say about KFC these days. Try other eateries in Manchester. Like Five Guys or Wing Stop

    Me and the wife spent most of the day shopping in town that we decided to have lunch somewhere different KFC Deansgate. Once inside we found a lovely spot by the window looking out onto the main road. We ordered a party bucket, when your order was ready they called your number out and you just went to the counter to collect your food. So ready for this, the food was fresh and hot washed down with two large cokes. The place was nice and clean and I would recommend giving it a try.

    Go here only if there's no choice.. customer care here was horrible and the attitudeof the staff was downright rude.. they gave my order to another customer! Makes no sense as i had my receipt in my hand.. Not a good representation of a KFC franchise..

    Good halal food, but at 8 pm, service was incredibly slow. Took 35 mins to get a zinger stacker, meal box, chicken strips. The stacker was brilliant!

    A small KFC store, 3 tables and several seats, usually not very busy. Chicken pieces are tiny, wings are fine. Taste is not different from other KFC stores. Cleanliness could be improved. Staff are happy and helpful. Two automatic order machines are provided.

    No major problems other than the touch screen order machines taking an absolute eternity to move from stage to stage in the order. It takes around 3 minutes to get through the payment process that usually takes around 20 seconds.
