I like the apartment because it has full kitchen with washing machine and dryer. The location is good and very close to tram station and the shopping mall. The bathrooms are clean and spacious. The staff was helpful and friendly. However, the rooms are a little bit small and the sitting area is so busy with many furniture pieces. The apartment in general is clean enough, but I believe some work is needed to make it more acceptable. It is a little bit pricey.

Lovely apartment stay right next to the city centre. Parking is superb and very reasonable in a locked underground lot. Reception were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean, well kept, furnished lovely and as an added bonus they came with all of the cutlery and appliances you could ever need. Only issue was the deposit price and the conflicting details given on Hotels.com, but the deposit was returned within 48hours of checking out and was not a problem. Would gladly return of visit another premier suits location, thank you to the lovely staff.

Premier Suites is brilliant for the young working professional. It is smartly decorated and fully loaded with a lovely open-plan kitchen with island, freezer and fridge unit, microwave, a great little kettle, stacked washer and dryer unit and everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and restful stay. The water pressure in the shower is SENSATIONAL and I am totally happy with all the amenities I was offered during my stay. Thanks PS and I look forward to surely returning very soon!

Absolutely wonderful accommodation. Upon moving to Manchester I stayed here for my self isolation period and the spacious, clean, and comfortable apartment made all the difference. They even gave me an apartment with a balcony so I was able to have fresh air and sun during quarantine! Charlotte and the staff at Premier Suites were incredibly friendly and helpful my entire stay. I’ll certainly be back and would recommend this accommodation to anyone who needs to stay in Manchester for self isolation, work, or Holiday.

We have been here a few times on the day of Nicki Minaj concert and another event. The suite is 4 minutes walking distance from the arena with pay parking opposite. We found the apartment to be very affordable with plenty of space. Out side of the premier suites you will find a local store to buy a bottle of wine or two, a indian restaurant a few steps away with everything local. Perfect for a romantic night out.

Horrible experience with check in and card. Our card was not working in the beginning and they said they fixed it and it didnt work at the second entrance and third entrance. No one caring about consumers, no one to talk from company. It took 30 minutes to find someone and 20 for him to arrive. Avoid at all expenses

If I could leave no stars I would…lift has been broken for 15 out of 20 weeks of my stay and no serious plans to fix it. Rooms are grubby and in need of facelift and staff don’t care

Rooms are smelly and stuffy, service at reception and house keeping were poor, they just don't care if guests have any issues. Bad experience overall

Our room key did not work for 3 times and we have waited over an hour to get support as you cannot find anyone in the reception after 6 pm. Imagine if you are tired and coming home at 7 pm and wait for the key sitting on the floor. The rooms are nice but even this experience is enough for you not to book.

A great place to stay if you’re wanting to explore Manchester City Centre. Situated just around the corner from Shudhill tram stop and within walking distance of all city Centre attractions. The hotel staff we very welcoming, informative about the surrounding area and friendly. They gave us great tips on where to get breakfast, good coffee and lunch. The apartment was clean and bright. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment for our use and basics such as tea, coffee, washing up liquid, a tea towel and a couple of dishwasher tablets. There was a washer drier too, but we didn’t need to use this. The bathroom was a lovely size and the water was hot. The bed was comfy and there was plenty of storage in the bedroom. We even had a small balcony, which I think made it feel like NYC! I’ve already recommend Premier Suites Manchester to friends and family.

I have stayed with Premier Suites many times before in numerous cities, even when it was still operating under as 'Premier Apartments', I'm part of their Rewards4U scheme and all my stays have been pleasant except this particular time. Travelling from Newcastle with some friends to visit Manchester for the Xmas markets, PS rang to query my ETA for check-in, I stated about 4pm, closer to the time about 4:10pm, I rang to inform I was running late and won't be there till 4:30pm. The woman at the desk said their tills were closing by 4:30pm and needed a deposit to secure the room (to which my previous experiences they've never asked me for but it is stated in the T&Cs and that's totally fine!). I wanted them to take the £250 off another card and it doesn't state in the T&C's that the deposit must be the booking card, she refused my form of payment and insisted I had to be in person if I wanted that option otherwise they would use the initial card. She further stated that without the deposit I wouldn't be able to have my key for the apartment and a refund of the Pre-Paid room would be refunded?! In other words, leaving me without accommodation. Then to ask "do you have anybody that could pop down to make the deposit on your behalf?" This question could not be anymore ridiculous as she knew we were visiting this city. Later the manager came on the phone and extended their closing time to 4:40pm for me which was half generous. We eventually made it and after check-in, they were still checking other guests at 5pm! To finish this experience off, the apartment was not clean, tissue paper and stains were stuck to the toilet bowl, bits of glass and sauce stains on the living room/kitchen floor. We ended up purchasing cleaning products ourselves to wipe the toilet seat. The ONLY up side was a different lady was on reception the following morning and gave us a 20% refund for the dirty apartment but the overall experience was really a disaster.

Great place, you really cannot get anymore of a central location in Manchester, the staff really do set the bar of customer service, I travel a lot internationally and the Manchester staff set a level that all companies should aspire to! The rooms are superbly furnished & quiet , which is a must for me. This was the first of many many more stays with Premier Suites! see you soon!
