Top specialist in tea and coffee. Whittard has a very wide variety of teas to suit many different tastes. As a frequent customer, I would recommend their own 1886 blend (black tea), earl grey, afternoon tea (one of their best flavoured black teas), jasmine and white tea with a flavour of white chocolate are all exceptional. Whittard also has a selection of coffees and hot chocolates to buy. You can even try samples of most of their products in store, which is very convenient for making a right choice. I found 10% Student discount was helpful to save a bit of money. Finally, there is a variety of equipment for tea, including pots. Those are of visibly good quality

This is my number one choice of tea brand in the UK. I love the flavours, the tasting in the shop, the elegant designs of the mugs and tins. You may find a large collection of house blended tea selection, different types of coffee beans, and even biscuits and chocolate in the shop. They offer a take-away coffee and hot chocolate service as well.

Plenty of samples to go around, unfortunately not to our taste as crème brûlée white hot chocolate tasted of milk loaded with golden syrup.

Came in today around 3pm and the two people working there were absolutely lovely! They were so kind and accommodating as they patiently waited for me to pick out a tea and they gave me some amazing samples to go with the membership! Would definitely revisit the store and I hope to see them again!

It was this last very busy Saturday, that I have decided to stop by this lovely shop. I have been served by Joanne and she was absolutely incredible. Very friendly and knowledgeable and she recommended to me one of the nicest black Teas I have ever tried. It was the English Rose if anyone is curious. Whilst Joanne was serving me she was also able to welcome in new customers, solve a problem with a customer and help another colleague. Her customer service skills were amazing. Thank you for such a lovely experience and I will be definitely back.

The tea is nice but it’s so expensive. I get it’s a luxury and the products are tasty but the price is just overwhelming

Love popping in here for a free sample of their amazing hot chocolate range (have tried white chocolate, salted caramel and rhubarb and custard flavours, all delicious, bought the white chocolate one twice), wish they did an offer of 3 for 2 or 2 for £12 as I certainly would buy them more often. I know they had selection boxes but they're smaller boxes and restricted to certain flavours.

Amy and Curig were so helpful, and really went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for. They were attentive and patient, even though I was really indecisive (I’m pregnant so currently have the attention span of a goldfish haha). It’s great to find somewhere where staff are genuinely helpful and not pushy, thanks for the help today you two! :)

Have recently started drinking Chai tea and thought this would be a good place to investigate for future tea options. Staff were very friendly and really helpful (I know nothing about fancy teas). Got some nice tea, joined the membership club (which only required my email address) and 3 sample sachets.

I went right before the holidays when it was super busy and the store was full. I have never received better customer service. The person at the till was very polite and friendly. They helped me with everything and gave me samples.

Went on a Thursday 15/12/22 at 6:45pm and the store was closed even though on Google it says closing time 7pm. Really disappointed I had to literally run there after work!

Urgent check your coffee grinder… is to old now… is rubbish … … or is not working as it should be…. We are regular customers… and we are over 13 years using this shop never had issues….today we bought a coffee and ask to be made no 0- powder.. but was like espresso style…. Buy a new coffee grinder… before you loose to many costumers….

Always a great visit to go to Whittards. Very friendly staff going out of their way to help and the sample selections on offer convinced me to buy quite a few things!
