The bouncers were brilliant! I really enjoyed the music! Even though it was busy people relatively considerate, like moving out of the way if you had drinks in hand. HOWEVER really surprised and disappointed that Guilty charged me for tap water. Really!?!?!?!?! It's not Ibiza guys.

was in last night sick bar and friendly staff, crowds improved a lot from when i last went in. the small female bartender was ace it was refreshing to see the staff look like they enjoy their jobs. definitely going again

Awful service. Asked for a double vodka lemonade, the Bartender repeated the order as we stated. He proceeded to give us a single rum and lemonade. We asked what the drink was an insisted this is what we asked for. Would not recommend this venue. Rude staff and poor customer service. Very disappointed.

Too many men??? My friend and decided to visit tho club on the first Friday of May 2022 We got there and the bouncer won’t let us in because there were too many men in the club. Seriously guys? We begged the bouncer, we went to another club and back came back but his mind was already made. He won’t let us in. Well, you have won because I will never go back to there again.

Really unimpressed by the staff at Guilty, who at the end of their shift, hogged a pool table for over an hour. They didnt let us paying customers play, even when we asked. They went for a 30 minute smoke break and got annoyed at us when they came back because we started playing on the empty pool table. Working staff shouldn't be using the facilities provided for customers. They were rude to us when we did try to ask to play next. Not a fun place to go to for a night when you're just gonna get aggravated by staff.

We loved the Happy hour cocktails on Friday! Staff were lovely, especially Ryan who talked us through the menu

BE WARNED: This bar adds a service charge to your drinks, when you are served AT THE BAR. Not only this, but they do not disclose this to you. I only noticed because of the odd price of my pint (£6.38). I disputed this and was told a service charge is automatically added which can be removed. Fine, but ASK the customer before you add it. Sick of this practice in city centre bars. On top of this, both bar staff and door men were ignoring customers vaping in the bar! Will NOT be returning.

We were a group of 6 that had travelled up from Birmingham for an 30th birthday celebration and pre booked a table in the hope it would secure our entry into the bar. However on arrival we were instantly refused entry purely on the basis of we were 6 lads and abruptly told no group of lads. I understand the thought process of letting a large group of lads into the bar but what really got us is when we told the bouncer we had a table booked he laughed in our face and had great pleasure in saying “yeah but you haven’t paid for it have you” then turned away and carried on with his conversation with the other bouncer. Nearly ruined the night but luckily we found somewhere which was probably better than there anyway, won’t be attempting to go again.

Great fun bar with a great atmosphere, excellent music and friendly staff. Been here many times and always have a fantastic time!

Lovely little bar located locally, drinks were amazing and I had these two individuals Shane and Alex, who provided great service. Both were a lovely group of people brought up from lovely families and were a great laugh! Would recommend coming to this place!

Came here for the first time and had a great time. Got served by excellent staff, I’m sure one was called Shane and Alex. Both absolutely fantastic and a great crack. Looked after me and gave great hospitality, made the visit even that much better, will definitely be coming here more often and recommended to friends and family.

Music decent. Crowd questionable. Security second to none, I feel super safe as they do not hesitate to deal with any trouble and go out of their way to deal with anybody who is causing upset as there seems to be quite a few people that are pretty vexed and ready to fight most nights which is such a shame.

We went in about 7ish and it was almost empty - which is fine as I suspect its a late night establishment. The two-for-one deal on cocktails was very good and they tasted fantastic. But when the barman approached our table he did spill them. Of course we got free replacements. We'd certainly go back as the music was good, there was plenty of space and the barstaff friendly.

Not a regular drinker in the city or the Northern Quarter, but as a early evening drink with friends found ourselves in this basement bar. More dazzled by the bright signage outside than inside. The basement resembled an old style youth club, with high wooden tables and stools and pool tables in the corner with a rowdy bunch. Apart from that, the atmosphere was fairly drab. Thankfully the beers were not as overpriced and pretentious as some of the other wannabe trendy NQ bars. Maybe a little too early and may well liven up later on.

Prices aren't too bad. Shame about the lads on the door thinking that it's alright to segregate people based on how they dress. If you're going to run a dress code, at least advertise it...

Unacceptable security guys... I was alone wanting to join my friends inside and they didn't let me in because there were more men than women while it was heavily raining. I was calling my friends but obviously there is no signal undergroun and I politely asked them to come with me and check that my friends are waiting me and the refused it. At the same time they let 2 groups of 2 men inside. I really felt very bad and ruined my whole night as I returned to my home. I am never going again to this club.

Came here for a night out and just want to say how amazing I think the bouncers were, it’s the first place that I’ve been on a night out where the bouncers are genuinely looking out for women’s well-being. I saw them check on a couple of women throughout the night who were clearly drunk and had men around them, turned out the girls were with these guys but it’s not always the case and just really refreshing to see that they were on the look out, they would do it a secure way to get the women’s attention too! I spotted it and really appreciated it so thanks

My Christmas party dropped in for a quick drink was card payment only when we visited . One big open room . Door security on at weekends like everywhere else. Toilets bit of a mess in need of a lick of paint . More of a youngest / Teenagers sort of place to be honest
