😠 Never use BHF ever again. They let us down on 2 recent occasions. They told my sister who is disabled and also has terminal cancer that they would dismantle her bed that they were collecting but then refused when they turned up so she had her new bed already delivered and could not move around flat... People often mention charity,

Never use BHF ever again. They let us down on 2 recent occasions. They told my sister who is disabled and also has terminal cancer that they would dismantle her bed that they were collecting but then refused when they turned up so she had her new bed already delivered and could not move around flat so I had to dismantle and take to the tip. Then yesterday waited in all day and decided not to show even though I’d double checked they were coming earlier in the day. I took a day off work which was wasted so again i will have to take all the furniture to the dump. I know they are charity but they should be more professional.

You are serving an under privileged area yet your prices are ridiculous. There are certainly better charity shops to go to for furniture

Staff are taking what they want and leaving the rubbish for customers. Staff and volunteers are not vetted (one has a criminal record) DO NOT TRUST! If I could give it less than 1 star I would

The delivery men (extra fees for delivery) were very unprofessional and not friendly, they refused to take off their shoeses I understand the safety rules. But they have to bring shoes covers with them. When I ask them to wear shoes covers, they stated we didn not have, we are ar charity!! Buy the way I bought new items not used one I don't recommend them.

Disgusting...the 2 idiot drivers drove off as I was round the corner..refusing to answer my call..then the shop was very rude when I rang to mention this and never rang me back..I had to skip all the stuff that would have helped some poor family..disgusting to say this is a charity I won't be donating anymore

Had a really good experience here the other day, kitted out my living room for a great price and also had next day delivery. The people in the store were friendly and helpful and the guys that delivered my furniture were really efficient and polite. All in all a great experience! Thank you

I brought a Maximo + white scooter from BHF. The communications were awesome very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend purchasing from this charity. Thankyou very much appreciated ☺ 😊 🙂👌❤

Prices are definitely not right. You can get the brand new items cheaper online. Asked guy about and he just said it’s the head office, so maybe those in charge need to seriously consider price especially the fact the area is deprived. Don’t think I’ll be coming back as I don’t see it changing.

Just donated some drawers to BHF and the communication and collection was very efficient and friendly. The guys called ahead to let me know when they would be arriving and picked them up exactly when they said. First class service for a great charity. People leaving bad reviews need to remember this is a charity and not John Lewis. A lot of the people are unpaid volunteers.

I bough a unit for £45 was delighted that I’d got it but then was asked to pay £25 for delivery literally 5 mins away would have taken 15 mins tops that’s £100 an hour!! Hardly any petrol. I bet they don’t pay their staff that much as mostly are volunteers. I decided to take it myself and only just manage to get it in the car one of the chaps nearly broke my rear window by attempting to slam the boot door shut on the item. Just stopped him in time. The staff where really nice and mostly helpful, but prices and delivery are way too much. The unit had quite a number of scratches and was far from perfect. I then discovered that I could have got the unit brand new from IKEA for £65 was a bit deflated about that.

Good morning, I just wanted to acknowledge the great service I received Wednesday 6th September, I was kept fully informed, the collection was made in the predicted window of time and the two lads who dealt with it were absolutely lovely. They were pleasant, respectful of my property and considerate of the situation around my mum who has dementia. They are great representatives for you and I hope this message is relayed to them. Many thanks Clare Edwards

We should I consider donated to British Heart Foundation I want my South part 2 bec the £90 which is overpriced but went to a good price good cars I also have to look at the trouble and had to do my community payback here it was the way I found out how much Greaves goals on in the world when considering the director of the sushi shop I was working in where I had an accident and I totally then I'd be any of my rights as a workout whether I am paying a community back or not this does not comply with me what works with me is good practice so whether or what you have done no one can judge you in that shot that day when I had an accident which I was there before inside the shop for one hour before the ambulance come there was other people there regarding job clubs and other such companies it's a massive business and driving but it keeps as much to charity as it considers it does I do not think so so on that reason I would like this to be investigated so if anyone sees this look into it it is a sweatshop
