joined
UP
in
September
2021
as
I
wanted
to
change
my
approach
to
fitness
and
nutrition.
As
a
lover
of
fitness,
I
was
spending
6/7
days
a
week
doing
cardio/running
with
minimal
resistance
training
but
was
not
seeing
the
results
that
I
wanted,
which
was
to
lose
some
weight,
feel
strong,
gain
muscle
definition
and
improve
my
overall
body
confidence.
After
seeing
the
results
of
UP
online
and
with
my
40th
Birthday
approaching
I
decided
to
join
UP.
From
the
first
point
of
contact
with
UP
they
have
been
nothing
but
friendly
and
professional.
Noel,
my
trainer
made
me
feel
at
ease
with
the
whole
process
from
the
start
and
listened
to
what
I
wanted
to
achieve
from
my
initial
12
week
programme.
Noel
was
extremely
knowledgeable
and
focused
on
educating
me
about
nutrition,
training
techniques
and
getting
the
basics
right,
which
is
what
would
support
me
achieving
my
results.
I
trusted
Noel’s
approach
and
as
a
result
I
lost
10kg,
I
now
have
abs!,
and
most
importantly
my
confidence
and
understanding
of
training
and
nutrition
has
improved
drastically.
I
have
also
learnt
that
less
is
more
when
it
comes
to
training
and
by
doing
‘quality
resistance
training’
this
is
what
helped
me
achieve
my
results.
I
now
spend
less
time
in
the
gym,
I
do
minimal
cardio,
instead
focusing
on
my
daily
steps
alongside
my
resistance
training
3/4
times
a
week.
When
you
join
UP
you
think
there
is
going
to
be
some
magical
process
to
get
the
results,
in
fact
the
one
thing
that
UP
does
advocate
is
that
you
need
to
be
committed
and
work
hard
to
achieve
the
results
you
want.
There
are
no
short
cuts
or
fad
diets,
the
process
is
an
investment
in
your
health
and
what
you
are
taught
at
UP
will
stay
with
you
forever.
The
whole
team
of
trainers
at
UP
have
a
fantastic
work
ethic,
they
are
dedicated,
hardworking
but
more
importantly
they
are
invested
in
their
clients
and
their
goals.
For
me,
I
was
clear
with
my
goals
from
the
start,
and
Noel
listened
to
these
adapted
my
training
and
nutrition,
his
constant
encouragement
and
dedication
has
pushed
me
to
achieve
what
I
wanted.
I
have
loved
every
minute
of
my
training
with
him
so
much,
I
am
staying
at
UP
to
further
progress
my
training,
with
new
goals
set
I
am
excited
to
see
what
I
can
achieve
next!
From
the
moment
you
step
foot
in
a
UP
gym
you
know
you
are
going
to
be
working
with
the
best
PT’s.
For
those
who
want
more
than
a
transformation
this
is
the
best
place
to
come
and
for
the
ladies
that
are
scared
to
lift
weights,
it
does
not
make
you
bulky,
being
strong
is
the
best
feeling
in
the
world!
