I really enjoy the food at McDonald’s, although one of my family members has just got 4 meals and one of them he said “sausage muffin NO egg, NO cheese” and they got it wrong they put cheese on. Although we didn’t ask for cheese or Egg! Now one person is without! People ask for what they want just like they pay for what they want! They are ALWAYS getting meals wrong without fail !!! They really need to start getting meals correct and what people ask for because it’s regular they get meals wrong.

Everytime I Order from them there is always something missing or they send the wrong items. They don't answer the phone and after you have rang a couple of time the line says its busy.

I went in there and witnessed the manger who had brown long hair with a plat be rude to a young girl telling her “ in the nicest way possible MOVE DON’T STAND THERE STAY IN THE BACK!” As if her being in the front was the problem? Girl didn’t do anything wrong she went to the front to give the meal. She looked excluded to me and I felt like they made her do most the work very disgusting.

I have been there before and the service was good. But this time we had to wait more than 30min before they noticed that they missed our order. Lots of customers seems to be disappointed at the service on the 23.04.2022. Our large milkshake were half full and the coffee cold. The food was warm enough to be eaten. I noticed that the delivery orders were quick to go .I think more staff need to be serving customers on the front desk as we will have had our food without having to rush it if we had placed a delivery order.

Staff are very nice. The lady, Pauline, who works upstairs for the clean up works very hard for the mess left behind by inconsiderate customers, old and young. Education goes wrong. Otherwise, our kids won't be spoiled to the extent they only conceive of "take" but no "give" in return. If they behave a bit better, other people's life won't be so hard. Pauline, thanks for your professionalism and exactitude in your work. I feel at home in Lime Square Mcdonald's with your presence. Hat off.

Don't bother with this McDonald's, try the one up the road. The service is appalling. Went through drive through... Told to park up.. 15 min later I had to go in for my food which was then only just warm. - I was not the only person who was queuing inside to chase up their order.

Ordered an egg McMuffin and strawberry lemonade and i they couldn’t even do any of it right. My strawberry lemonade was just lemonade no strawberry and the McMuffin had a MOLDY egg in it. Thanks McDonald’s for trying to put me in the hospital ;)

This is the worst EVER McDonald’s I’ve ever step foot in , I witnessed the staff members abusing younger members of staff infront of customers which makes it even worse and the environment is really dirty and the toilets smell disgusting. Atleast if you’re working together as a group respect your colleagues don’t think you’re better than them and have authority over them because your older or are in a ‘higher’ position it’s disgusting.

forgot half or order as we spent £60+ rude Manager named Casey was very reluctant and rude about giving new order and making new food even though they missed all the fires and half the wraps and burgers we ordered. instead of apologising Casey the manger firstly started being rude and insinuated that we were lying. when we have a video of us recieving the food and seeing it was missing ALOT!!! we spent 40 minutes walking to this restaurant chain because of their fault and she was very dismissive. Honestly having worked in food service and realising how much training the person you get to give good customer service and seeing how Casey treaded is like we were at fault is honestly depressing. Explaining to us that having a half filled large iced smoothie is normal and we shouldn’t be complaining. If i could give 0 stars i would!!!

This McDonald has been the worst I've ever been to nobody in restrant had to wait 20 mins to make it worse there where loads of fly's in the restrant food was just slapped together cold it was rank an there was an employee there who was ill so what a waste of 20 pound throw all food away hire people who can do the job no star for here

Made an order via the drive through, had to wait for more than 20mins, only for me to get home and realised one of the burgers was very cold and the fried was not only cold but was burnt as well. Couldn't eat it, had to microwave the burger before I could eat. ...............not a good experience at all.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE The most disorganized McDonalds I have been to .very slow waiting time for food and drinks. Un friendly counter staff. Wont be visiting any time soon.

It’s clear no one is checking orders going out I ordered the double Big Mac with bacon very disappointed In no way shape or form did it look like the picture soggy lettuce in the box not on the burger one piece of bacon that had clearly not been cooked properly I sat in the drive through for 15 minutes for a very poor meal

Awful very bad service the lady that cleaning just nagging ! If you don't like your job change it! They forgot to put lettuce in my mc plant! It's first time i saw this bad service in mc Donald's! Never come back again

Ordered from the McDonald app twice and twice I’ve had my food missing and it came from like square and I’ve been trying to get to them but still no reply they take money but they don’t give you what you ask for!!!!

Been here a couple of times with family now, food usually cold. This time they missed out my wives fillet o fish. By the time I got that my food was cold, my mother in law went to get some more napkins coz they were finished and she complained and they said to come back because they have something for us so I went up and stood there waiting while the rest of my food went cold. Absolutely shocking, cold food is bad enough but then missing item and then being told to come back and wait like an idiot, absolute joke. Not happy!!!

Absolutely appalling the waiting time was around 45 minutes, the chips were dry and they forgot our sauces they didn’t give us enough fries

Everytime I go something is messed up... on this occasion missing bbq quarter pounder and 6 piece nugget meal won't be going here again.. as these mistakes happen far to often

Awful!! We queued up to find out they didn’t have what we wanted then had to wait another 15 minutes behind 1 car for their order. VERY SLOW !!! I will not be coming here again

Waste of bloody space this place , never get the orders right or items missing . I got my delivery earlier and 4 things missing of the order , they are on the receipt but not put with my order . They must employ a load of bloody muppets at this place , do they not look at what is on the bloody receipt and check its all there before it's given to the driver . Definitely won't be getting anything again from this or any other Mc Donald's, they want to employ some staff that actually know what their doing . Absolute joke of a place , only I'm not laughing . Have to wait 5 to 24 days now for a bloody refund the the missing items 😡😡😡

If I could rate 0 stars I would !! My son ordered for us last night via justeat. I had banana milkshake but didn't drink it all so put in fridge and decided to pour it away but on opening the lid,the straw has chocolate all down it and all inside the cup. Yuk. Imagine if I had an allergy to chocolate or the ingredients I would be seriously ill !! Always use clean utensils. Lucky I can't post pictures on here as they would be followed but I am going to send in an email with our whole order to headoffice !!

Service was really slow and the poor woman was dealing with the customers on her own who were getting annoyed with the wait. Never had an issue before so probably a bad day.

This has to be the slowest McDonalds I’ve ever been to in all my life in any country I’ve been. Only car in drivethru and took 15mins. You go in and order and it’s even longer. Never ever again

Ordered two meals for myself and my daughter. They missed my milkshake off the order and the chips were not very warm. Cannot contact them to complain as they direct me to urber eats and they direct me to McDonald's. Going round in circles. Very annoyed. Sort your ordering system out McDonald's.

You order your mail via the drive through at McDonald’s, they make you wait 10 mins to order You need to pay for your order, McDonald’s make you wait 20 mins You need to collect your order. McDonald’s make you épair 20 mins This is disposable. It needs to change!

I've been to this franchise quite a few times over the last few years. I've experienced foul mouthed ranting customers, lots of rowdy kids and the staffs inability to get my take out ovder right, which has left me out of pocket.

Just enjoyed a well made tasty wrap of the day and mcflurry with decent sauce and toppings. Served quickly on the drive-through. Well done to the team.
