Probably
one
of
the
worst
Nando’s
branches.
The
staff
can’t
be
bothered
both
with
service
and
food.
I’d
understand
if
it
was
busy
and
rushed
but
when
your
waiting
40
min
alone
for
your
empty
glass
and
have
to
try
and
flag
down
a
member
of
staff
is
bad.
Then
the
food
is
never
to
the
Nando’s
usual
quality…
charcoal
tasting
burnt
chicken
and
£6
chocolate
cake
cut
to
the
same
size
and
thickness
as
a
Kit
Kat
is
shocking
and
disgusting
compared
to
other
branches.
Thought
I’d
give
online
ordering
from
same
branch
a
chance
to
see
if
it
was
just
a
once
off
bad
experience,
how
wrong
I
was
I
wasted
a
further
£50
on
poor
quality
food,
and
don’t
bother
ringing
they
don’t
pick
up.
Think
the
store
needs
a
visit
from
HR
or
some
employee
trainers
from
Nando’s.
