Nice place Staff appeared quite distracted and needed to be called over frequently as small things were missing I.e. cutlery The wait was a while despite the restaurant being quite I would always go to nandos but staff need to cheer up and present themselves as though they want to come to work!

Visited this Nando's restaurant after so many years, and it did not disappoint. It was a Friday yet the wait was less than 5 minutes. The chicken was cooked very well, coleslaw was creamy as always and the grains were delicious. The only downside is the fact that the sauce bottles were very oily from the outside, not pleasant trying to put sauce on the plates!

Food is good, and there are some veggie options which are tasty. I'm not a fan of restaurants that encourage you to order via an app or web site, it's cumbersome, time consuming, and generally detracts from a restaurant experience.

Great food as always but there was a little mishap in the kitchen. Despite this, all the staff were extremely nice and thoughtful, leaving us feeling great when we got our food. We even got a few bits as we waited, which wasn't that long compared to a normal restaurant. Lovely building too!

Probably one of the worst Nando’s branches. The staff can’t be bothered both with service and food. I’d understand if it was busy and rushed but when your waiting 40 min alone for your empty glass and have to try and flag down a member of staff is bad. Then the food is never to the Nando’s usual quality… charcoal tasting burnt chicken and £6 chocolate cake cut to the same size and thickness as a Kit Kat is shocking and disgusting compared to other branches. Thought I’d give online ordering from same branch a chance to see if it was just a once off bad experience, how wrong I was I wasted a further £50 on poor quality food, and don’t bother ringing they don’t pick up. Think the store needs a visit from HR or some employee trainers from Nando’s.

I guess Nando’s is British’s favorite restaurant to eat about chicken. Nando’s has good taste, crispy for the chicken, big size chicken breast (for me). Will try another their menu if I come back to UK.

The food was great: we had a sharing platter on my table while I had a burger. We had to wait for more than 20mins to be assigned a table. It was really busy but the overall service was alright.

Excellent food. Different options from sweet to spicy. It has an interesting system where you place your order online and pay directly within the app. After a few minutes you receive your food in your table. No queues.

Very accommodating of our last-minute large group (17) and the succulent food was brought to the tables piping hot. Special thanks to Benjamin at front of house who advised a few of the group to branch out and try new items on the menu.

The food is good but do not expect any service.

I mean it’s Nando’s so you can’t expect too much but other than the super industrious guy working on the grill it all seemed rather chaotic. Waves of complaints seem to be coming in tables weren’t being cleared. My double chicken breast could have been mistaken for a single. However it all tasted pretty good. Its a good place to go if you want something healthy and you aren’t in a rush.

Visited this branch half dozen times in late 2022. Can't beat the Butterfly Chicken. Some staff friendly, some not. Can get busy quickly here, full of students.

I had a great experience at Nando’s Manchester - Oxford Road. The staff were friendly and efficient, despite being busy with large parties. The restaurant was clean and tidy, and had a nice decor. The food was delicious and well-cooked, especially the chicken. I would recommend this place to anyone who loves Nando’s or wants to try something different.

Arrived Friday at 5.30 and bagged the last table. It’s busy around then. Service was fast and food was great. Tastes like chicken!

Good food would go more often but usually packed out so end up going elsewhere.

It's Nando's, so you pretty much always know you're gonna get a great meal. Had to wait 20min to get a table for one while on a business trip. Not too bad, considering it was 6pm and there was a sea of students there. 😀

The food was tasty. I had the half chicken hot can't go wrong really and the wings were really good with the smoked variant you can get. Staff were friendly and all round, good experience.

Food is good as always but serving a wine in a tall glass not acceptable and manager was rude but rest of staff was excellent

Pathetic. Look at the single spoon of coleslaw these thieves sent me as a side dish??!! Absolutely horrendous. In these difficult times this is just theft!! Avoid the Oxford Street branch at all costs

It's a nandos mate what do you expect. Great food and great place. Nice inside and a good location. I'm not usually into beer but for some reason I chose to get a drink at this place. I cannot speak to how much it cost because I went with someone who works there (40% off) I enjoyed it. Food was great as usual. Highly recommended.
