Gorton Reservoir

Nature preserve

😐 Dog fouling around the reservoirs is annoying nuisance. Counting 4 to 5 fresh dog poo in 500m is grossly inconsiderate and showings increasing lack of basic civility

Nice spot. Appalled by fly-tipping. Climate change??? What about potty training...

It was very good and also there were ducks. When you go there you feel very fresh.

Nice little getaway, if Debdale park is busy, take a stroll around the reservoir instead. Sometimes it's difficult to get through some of the overgrown shrubbery but lately it's been maintained better.

Had a really nice day took the bus to Reddish walk up to Debdale park, down to the reservoir (what beautiful views across the two reservoirs carried on walking to the top then down past the allotments and the donkey sanctuary. Just past the allotments turned left onto a cycle path all the way down to Levenshulme. Had a really nice day
