Staff member was really rude on the drive through. This isn’t the first time this staff member has been rude. Previously swore at myself but when asking for an item, instead of saying would you like that as a meal, which is the McDonald’s policy, he gets annoyed when you then ask for a coffee to go with that. Like it’s a massive inconvenience to him. He quite clearly hasn’t got the capabilities to work on the drive through with his poor customer service skills. Maybe he needs a bit of training. He would 100% fail the secret shopper. Food was good but experience awful. Will not be using this McDonald’s again

Hair in the middle of the burger !!! Ain't hair nets meant to be worn. Take 1 bite and see the hair wrapped around an onion... absolutely disgrace and then string in the nugget... Mcdonald seriously has no standards. £35 spent and no one gonna eat it now after finding that in to meals.. Won't let this review post without a star

Only giving one star because zero wasn't an option. Attempted to order my breakfast via Just Eat this morning only to be left waiting for half an hour for the order to be cancelled by this restaurant. No reason given, just cancelled after wasting my time. Absolutely avoid, your food will not be delivered and any refund will take several days.

we ordered online. there were very specific instructions put in place: my partner is allergic to mayonnaise so we asked for no mayo but the burger came covered in it, and with no cheese which we paid extra for! my burger came with a tomato on despite instructions not to but both came with the special instructions stickers so i can only consider this gross misconduct from the staff as this could be very dangerous if i hadn’t checked the food first! appalling

Drive through staff was very rude and ask for team leader to help but she was rude to she refused to give one ketchup to my 10 years old boy I never heard this before in any restaurant she said with one meal only one ketchup is allowed I ordered large meal. That was horrible experience with new staff. Old management was nice 21/08/2023 14:15...

Absolutely appalling custom service this evening. Ordered 3 strawberry milkshakes via the drive-through. Initially given 2 and asked to park and wait for the rest of the order. Food brought out and requested the 3rd milkshake. It had been missed on ordering. It's not an issue. We are all human, and I was more than happy to walk into the store and purchase the 3rd milkshake. As I approach the counter, I was greeted by 2 different members of staff making derogatory comments regarding my stupidity, having not requested the 3rd milkshake at the collection window. The attitude of these 2 staff members was totally unnecessary, and I am sure it is not what the company/franchise expects. And yes, I did point out I was standing there, listening to their comments. On arriving home with essentially cold food, that order was also incorrect. Having ordered a grilled chicken wrap, which had been rechecked and verified on 2 separate occasions, I was still given a crispy chicken wrap, which I was unable to eat due to health reasons.

We went into the restaurant because we wanted hot food. The fries were so cold there wasn't even warmth from the heating lamps on them! The big mac's were slapped together so badly that most of the lettuce was in the box. I don't know when McDonald's decided one tiny little pickle and a 10p size squirt of sauce is enough but it most definitely isn't! It's been 30 years since I was a McD's manager but I would have been really angry if someone put food out like that! Not to mention turning off the shake machines right at 17:30. No apologies or anything. My husband ordered a shake and then my granddaughter and I couldn't order one because it was turned off in the middle of us ordering! We only knew it was turned off because my husband inquired what happened. We managed to get pickles and fresh fries but there was no replacement for the undercooked bacon on my husband's big mac. Don't believe the ads... The stuff isn't crispy or cooked fresh!

Don't order a delivery from here if you want the correct order! All dips missing even the special ones which were purchased. No help from the manager who answered the phone who just said to claim it back from just eat. No help at all. Will not be using heaton chapel again!

Worst McDonald’s ever. Staff members attitude to the customers are poor. Also cannot do there job by when I order a plain rap they give me it with EXTRA mayo and sauce. Understandable, but to right plain on the box 3 times, you should know it should be plain.

It's a good place for foodies. I wish they served Halal food so that the mostly muslim population of the area would benefit from McDonald's good in Manchester. Serving staff need more customer service training. We just bought some ice creams from this outlet due to non Halalfood restrictions.

Fries are not cooked from here one bite you can tell they was next to frozen. Just heated up for 30 seconds I was ill for a few days and it wasn't pleasant. And they still have the audacity to serve these soggy watery uncooked fries to the public. You have one job and that's to cook food if you can't do it then leave. Health checks should be done here and tbh should be shut down. The other day before I was ill one of the staff was moaning saying the fat wasn't hearing up. Giving me indication that the fryer is not working. Simple solution get a new dryer and new employees who want to work. Also a week ago they were sliding on fat on the floor to get to one place to enother around the restaurant cooking area. Chocolate everywhere. Hygiene none excistent . Shut it down before peaple get Ill like I was and might not be as lucky. Disgraceful do you job properly. Or find one that doesn't involve cooking. Maybe pumping tires. Sad very sad. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!

I got the mozerella sticks, I don't know why it doesn't come as a meal. And the options are to get a portion with 3 in or 9! Why isnt there a medium size pack with 4 and there should definitely be an option to make it a meal, would be a perfect lunch time meal if you do it right!!

They NEVER get the order right. Stuff missing every time! Make sure you check your bag before you leave! Uber eats they never get it right either! Useless!

Like most of the McDonald's similar layout with public toilets. Food the same as the others and staff are very pleasant in this one.

WARNING: Do not drive away b4 thoroughly checking order…… I purchased £40 worth of breakfast and was made to wait in the bay. Guy eventually comes out gives me the bag and disappears quick as a flash. Got the order home to find its 3 sausage and egg muffins (out of 4) and 3 hash browns light. These muppets obviously either think it’s funny to rip people off or have the inability to count to 4. Either way don’t leave b4 you’ve checked your order item by item. Shame there’s no zero star option.

if you want your order to be correct from here you need to go yourself (thats if you enjoy sitting in a ridiculous long queue)and dont order on line otherwise you will end up going back to pick up missing or wrong items, also do not order the "golden" pancakes because they are always black and rock hard you don't cut them to eat them you just snap them in half.

Drive through, the one taking the order was quiet rude he was on Cba. What annoys me the most is when they rush u off ur order. Chill out please but guess that’s at all McDonald’s

In addition to the regular sausage muffin, I added a bacon roll. Huge let down, totally wrong muffin used for this product. Sausage muffin was fabulous and the coffee top notch

worst ever mcdonald’s experience. waited nearly 15 in drive through AFTER paying for 3 drinks (which came with no ice) at 23:00. the staff didn’t even apologise

Came this morning and ordered 2 double sausage and egg McMuffin meals and 2 lots of potato waffles.got to say I was so disappointed after I got home with my order thst the McMuffins were only single and not double as I paid for and the waffles were stuck to the paper and tasted like they been sat there since 6am(I ordered at 9am) the only good thing about the orders were the tropicanas

The drive-through was busy, but we got our food quickly, and it was enjoyed by everyone.

Asked for ice-cream at Drive thru, I was told ice-cream has finished. But suddenly Ice-cream was available from inside counter. Not happy with drive thru

Sraff are useless. Took my kids for a treat and had to wait 20 minutes from the point of ordering. They prioritise the delivery staff. I asked about my order twice and was completely ignored. I could see my food was ready for a good 10 minutes. Absolutely livid. Not going back again. The chips are always under cooked as well. Not going back.

Staff got an order completely wrong we had to go back through the drive-through to reorder... staff were not very helpful even though we pointed out we had ordered the right amount of food and it was them that got the order wtong

Be VERY wary of ordering food at the drive through.... They F#&k you at the drive through. Tried to get away with only giving me half my order. They can probably feed the whole staff team from what they don't give to customers! Will NOT be returning here again!

Traveling in Manchester and ordered from restaurant with a heart-full of hope. THEY DID NOT GIVE ME MY DIP. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO EAT 20 NUGGETS WITHOUT DIPS. And they never pick up my calls.

Food came freezing cold, fries weren’t even cooked properly and the McFlurry was completely melted and half the order was wrong stay well clear from this McDonald’s not the first time this has happened

Ordered food at 9:20pm when it eventually arrived for food was freezing the McFlurry we literally drinkable when all the food was freezing cold and they got half the order wrong will not be ordering from this McDonald’s again the food let alone how cold was it was didn’t taste properly cooked stay well clear

Poor services once again from these lot, common sense in this place is at an all time low I really don’t understand how they manage to stay open with the people working here, everytime I order something it gets delivered and it’s completely different order I’m not sure if any of them can read the orders, I wouldn’t trust these plonkers stacking shelves at Tesco never mind handling food, go to a different mcds if you can don’t waste your time on this one you will only be left disappointed and out of pocket
