Ordered a big mac meal and a fillet of fish and I asked for a sprite zero we then waited 20 minutes for our food, we then asked where our order was and they didn't even know about our order, when the food finally arrived it was cold and I wasn't given a sprite instead a strawberry and lemonade slushi which I have been over charge for and they said they couldn't do much about it. The same girl that served us also got a few different peoples orders wrong. Wouldn't recommend and very chaotic.

Wow was late . I work near by .Was looking forward to a nice Hot meal ? Got a wrap and fries. So disappointed fries where cold took back and ask for warm fries was look at like dirt and given more cold fries honestly customer service poor . So disappointed no value on customer . Do we not matter after 17.00 hours

A totally soulless atmosphere here, ordered a meal from McDonald's got the wrong one, took it back and the staff was lovely and very helpful, but the chicken was thin. McDonald's crispy paid nearly £7 so not good enough. Area kept clean regularly and security visible there's just no nice feeling just generic tables & chairs quite awful but purposeful that's it.

Staffs are helpful and nice, but no order slip while waiting, it's good for green world, but customer may forgot their order no.

Don't usually use this McDonalds, prefer KFC I the Manchester Arndale. Food was not very hot, the item I ordered was not up to scratch, didn't receive the receipt I asked for, and McDonalds app wasn't available, in all, one of the worst branch I have ever visited.

Literally the epitome of stingy. Made my frappe and it came out with half the cup full of ice, so it wasnt blended and it was basically just milk. I take it back to them and they re make it and then say the machine is kinda broken, so i take it back. Then i come back after a bit wanting a refund or a replacement because half the drink is full of ice and they say “we warned you that it wouldnt work” and “we offered a refund”. Liars no you didnt offer a refund or said the machine wont blend it, you said that AFTER you remade it so i dont know why they are lying. Stingy weirdos, dont buy from here they dont even sell you the actual product and they lie to you easily. Also the fries were barely full, stingy.

Terrible service, awful staff who spent more time with their phone than with the customer. I was number 7 , waited till they called number 26 before I asked where my food was. Was told it's coming. Don't be impatient we are busy.

as it's very near to my school, I always come after school, the speed is very fast, faster then most the other mcdonalds, although there's usually lots of ppl, but as it's located in the food court, so there's lots of tables.

Very good location when you doing shopping in Arndale Manchester or you are just in town centre. It can get busy in the afternoon, but in the morning the MC is nice place for breakfast 🍳

I was served by a young lady. She had no respect was very rude and very unprofessional. I ordered large fries she gave me half the box empty. I spoke to the manager she started to shouting at me because I was complaining I got half a box of fries. Again which I found very unprofessional. Before handing my food the young lady was looking through the bin. Did not wash her hands. Doesn’t matter what kind of bin it is she should of washed her hands before doing anything else. I spoke to the manager and she said it’s fine it’s a just a paper bin. Managers name is Shannon.

The usual good quality and low prices of McDonalds, But the service was abysmal. Need to at least put someone with good English skills at the till.

Ordering was easy. Got my food in about 3 minutes. The nuggets were the perfect temperature and crisp. The chips were the same. Big Mac was in ship shape as well!

The Fanta was nice, had to ask at the till for my large as i got a medium when ordering a large. The fires were bad. The burger, the big tasty (advertised with bacon) had no bacon. didn't bother asking for it to be put on. staff was nice.

Amidst the City Centre, it's a Greta feeling to be able to sit, relax and have your meals. MacD is the quickest one to go for. Quick order and delivery.

Got my order wrong, hardly any chips and the chicken selects had pink juices so weren't even cooked properly. Staff seemed over worked and like they just didn't care anymore.

They need a TV screen that clearly displays your order number! The store is tiny and at lunch is gets really busy, so when trying to listen out for your order number it's very difficult, I've seen some people take the wrong order multiple times.

Not very crowded like other franchises. The dishes were good. However, the staff may delay your order if your want something out of their meal deals!

Came for a quick breakfast whilst in the city centre. My Order Was fast and fresh. The manager Kyle was lovely and the team were all happy and smiling, which was nice to see at McDonald’s (don’t get this in my local that’s for sure) Thanks for recommending the new hash brown waffles. He was right, they did not disappoint. A great little McDonald’s if you’re in the area and are hungry.

Undoubtedly the worst McDonalds I’ve seen this far! Inside the serving area looks like more food on the floor then on the actual sandwich. Got my order completely wrong and quality of food was absolutely disgusting!! Lettuce old and brown, only item fresh is the fry’s. When asking for ice they don’t have ice for the soft drinks. Will write to the McDonald’s franchise as international travels eat at franchises for the quality and standard expecting.

I've been in several of shops in the previous 6 weeks for a milk shake but as you appreciate every one the milk shake are not working at this when much warmer what the point of offering milk shakes when every shop the milk shake machine is not working 😕 😐

The masses of people around a tiny counter waiting for food. You're told your order number (no ticket or screens) and the numbers are shouted out. It's chaotic and noisy and the order is usually wrong.

How can you get mcdonald's sooooo wrong, no order screens, overcharged, wrong order, 15 min wait for 2 burgers, then burnt. 1 member of staff nice, the rest useless.

As with most places of this sort if you go when it's not busy, it'll be clean, food might look a bit like the pictures and served by a friendly helpful team member. If it's busy expect tables to be dirty, your order rushed out .for collection by someone screaming numbers by the till and they need you out the shop asap so the next person can come get the same thing.

The way they deliver the orders is a mess. They allow gangs of people to stand right at the counter , so getting your order is awkward and challenging all at once, some of these school kids already think they can fight the world and your next for daring to politely ask them to step aside to get my food. 🥊
