Bad customer service. A friend and I went it while the doors were still open and when we went it, the security guard said: “eh eh tss tsss”, getting our attention as if we were animals to tell us that the store was closed.

Very Bad service in this store, even from the Supervisor , could not find the other trainer of the sale Rack , shugged his shoulders and walked out of store to go on his Dinner . All staff seem to do is stand talking calling each other Bro , and then when asked by other customers regarding trainer sizes they tell them to wait , 3 times i seen this happen when i was waiting for this missing trainer . Anyway hope Supervisor had a nice lunch . 👎👎👎👎👎😄

Visited the store whilst in Manchester. The interior was gorgeous and I particularly like the really quirky changing rooms ... wish I'd have taken better pictures !

Beware Cowboys and rude. Ordered clothes £139, courier shows item delivered but there never been ,no contact number for Amazon shipping and they only deal with business not a customrer so I had to contact the retailer. I informed Footasylum straight away,they refused and said their Geo map shows item delivered,they cannot take it further as this is now a civil case not their responsibility. Refused to ask their courier to produce evidence of who signed for the delivery or even a photo evidence.Tracking shows delivered with receptionist, This is a house not an office. There is no way to contact them by phone and no help from rude customer service. No way to contact Amazon shipping.Lost money no clothes.I hope they go bankrupt in the morning and lose everything

Firstly, I found a pair of Lacoste white sneakers that I liked, clearly marked with a price of £37. However, when I proceeded to pay, I was shocked to learn that the actual price was £44. This misleading pricing is completely unacceptable and left me feeling deceived as a customer. To make matters worse, the manager who was called to address the situation displayed an indifferent and dismissive attitude. Despite the shoes being incorrectly marked, she insisted that I had no choice but to accept the higher price. This lack of concern for customer satisfaction is highly unprofessional and reflects poorly on your store. Transparency and proper customer service should be top priorities for your establishment.

Great service from Jessie (not sure how to spell his name) at your store today! You didn't have the shoe I wanted in my size, but he scanned a bunch of similar styles to find one I could try on. He let me try both shoes on, have a walk up and down and checked online to see if I could get the ones I liked on the website, resulting in an online purchase from me later in the day! Excellent customer service even though he knew I couldn't get what I wanted in store :)

Yesterday I was in the store in Arndale just before they closed around 8pm and the young lady who was at the till , a blonde girl was very disturbed that they were getting ready to close but there were still people in the queue, she was verry rude with all customers .

The range of footwear and clothing is fantastic, although some of the prices are a little high. The shop itself is spacious and easy to navigate, however the experience was massively let down by the length of time queueing, with only one member of staff serving one customer for an age before an additional member came over to open a second till

Took forever to purchase shoes. They are all over the place and took longer than needed to a very easy purchase

One of the worst shopping experience I ever had, almost all staff is very rude unprofessional, unethical including manager, raiesd complain about cashier behaviour with in no time manager cashier and other staff ganged up on me , going to call head office tomorrow to make complain

The security guard is aggressive I was Christmas shopping with my 12 Yr son and wife the alarm went off but I show him receipt so clearly wasn't me but he started grabbing me and my son, there was no need at all I'm 40 year old disabled man out Christmas shopping with my family not a shop lift!!! Need more training or sacking from that job and will not come back to the store
