Before this closed down I visited one day to service their public payphone - behind the reception counter I saw a large wooden axe handle!!! - I wondered what that might be used for?? Respect for Tony Wilson - he was such a great Manchester bloke for setting up this club AND helping new bands get seen on his regular TV slot "Granada Reports". Never met Tony, but will always remember the great things he accomplished for Manchester Bands, and Manchester Music!

Loved this place. Not long after I left school, me and college mates used to come down to The Haçienda. Queuing up in the rain every weekend! Now its just a block of flats. They should do a heritage tour of the Manchester Music scene!

Safe building , with helpful concierge. Mostly professional singles and families . Be careful to check plumbing in your flat regularly as leaks sometimes occur.

I used to live in flat no 317, and I would pay monthly 830 pound. The place is nice ,safe and warm.

Stayed at a flat here for a night whilst passing through Manchester, Iconic location, really handy for Deansgate station and getting to / from the airport. Lots of shops nearby and things to do!
