Visited this place at lunchtime so was somewhat busy. The service for me could do with some improvement as 3 different people got my order along the way but I couldn't make out what each person was saying as they spoke with such speed and it wasnt very clear as to what is what, then it just felt like the toppings were thrown on. The naked burrito was nice but the portion size was a bit small. The chicken is halal but beware there maybe cross contamination from the other meats.

Chilangos had a new fab vegan option which we tried and it did not disappoint. The staff were very friendly and explained each item and filling.

Taste of the food was good but the rice in our burrito were undercooked and when we complained about it, they said the batch can't be re-cooked. They somewhat didn't accept that it was undercooked but gave us a free voucher.

I took takeout corn tacos. Although the taste was fine, the service could be significantly improved. The server was super disinterested and didn’t speak clearly when asked a couple of questions. Plus, for the prices, the portion size is very small, and the content of meat and condiments is quite low. Was not happy overall!

I tried the naked Buritto which consists of chicken which is halal, tomato rice,pinto beans and salad. I wish I had added a sauce to my food. It lacked flavour without any sauce but was surprisingly filling. My son had the chicken salad with a variety of sauces. The website quite helpfully individually displays and calculates the macros and calories which was helpful for my son who was counting his calories due to his diet.

Absolutely great - the food, service and the other experience. A range of vegetarian and vegan options. The staff are friendly, courteous and professional and the store had an authentic look and feel.

First time visiting and it was okay! Ordered 3 tacos for £8 and they were tasty but very messy. It seemed you could make the meal quite expensive with the additional cost for things like the beef or the avocado.

It is so hard to rate this with stars. The food was 5 stars but there was no rice when I ordered and no more was being made either (close to the end of day, fair enough). So the lady kindly substituted with extra chichen/beans/salad. I was however over charged at the till because she put guacamole on it which I had said no too. Thankfully I like it but she deducted the price mistake and I kept the burrito with the guacomole. It was pretty good. The decor of the restaurant was interesting, bright and had lots of character. Shame about the piles of scruffy cardboard boxes piled up in the corner...but don't let that stop you from coming in for the good food.

The food was lovely and the speed was relatively quick considering how busy it was. Decent prices for the food too. V similar to barburrito in my eyes. Loved the amount of booths. Only things I would say are faults is there was no lettuce (but that's a me thing) and the drink selection was very small and very expensive. There was no drinks fountain and it was £1.75 for a can of pop. Waaaaay too much for me but it's hot and the food is salty by nature so you need a drink. Would still come again but would bring in a bottle of water maybe?

My first time here, nice chilled setup, more of a very informal cafe bar, with a table free football (so good start). Staff really nice and good food recommendation, I went with surf and turf half and half, got a beer too. Other half got a open box burrito(burrito with all the filling without a wrap) and a beer. Overall would go back and recommend it to anyone but would be 5 star if it was a touch cheaper £26 for us both but to be fair lots of filling and full of flavour. Now a new place but good vibe and service, quick enough and tasty too

Top flavours and affordable food. I loved my burrito bowl. Kudos to Albania (I hope I’m getting her name right) for being so welcoming and friendly. I came in for a bowl on its own and ended up buying a whole meal with churros - all very delicious.

Two of the three tacos were nice, the beef was so salty tho… premises were clean and food was fresh… not the hottest but ….!

Could be very good but let's itself down consistently. Online/Deliveroo orders always take priority over the customers that physically make the effort to come into the store - surely they are the customers that are most likely to keep returning?! - portion sizes are very hit and miss and there isn't much variety of sides. Lots of better burrito places in town.

I went twice in rapid succession: Once to eat in, and another time to take away to eat later on a train. In both cases the wraps were highly customisable for a reasonable cost, and were delicious to boot! The one I got to take away also kept well to eat later. The reward cards were also excellent, and my second wrap was completely free despite some significant customisation and additional costs!

Tortilla is a lovely place! Was my first time there and the guy who served me talked me through how tortilla works, how to bud the burrito and even a few suggestions of what goes nice on the burritos too. Really wish I could remember his name as his customer service skills were the best in my opinion. Also the food was great and the atmosphere within the store was lovely too. It was a quiet day in the city centre so the store was nice and peaceful to dine in

Stopped here on the way to a concert. Food was nice but no atmosphere. Might have been just the time we went. I would go again to give it another go.

The burritos were delicious so can’t fault on the food. Got the meal deal which includes drink and nachos. However one of the burritos had 3 hairs in it - couple at the start and one at the end! I’m not the fussiest and finished it, but just want to let the restaurant know as others may not feel the same way! I get it happens, so not necessarily deterred. Thanks

Regular customer here. Food is excellent - no-frills, healthy, affordable. Staff are amazing - friendly, helpful, competent. Will keep going until they get tired of me :)

Food seemed fresh and good choice of ingredients. The staff and service was very good. Friendly staff, and for a first time visit were very good at helping me through my choices and also advising which ingredients cost extra. I was disappointed that in a seating area that was only half full of diners it was difficult to find a seat due to tables not being clean or cleared. Also over flowing service points with trays and rubbish, and bins over flowing. A first time experience somewhat dampened due to basic cleaning and housekeeping. Fantastic fresh food and really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff, will visit again.

Visited Tortilla as an alternative to a usual outlet. A new firm favourite, very pleasant/friendly greeting and swift service. Two v generous burritos served for takeaway, still warm on arrival at home (30mins). Ingredients appeared to be fresh and cooked through, no complaints. Great value and delicious 😊

Had a large burrito, nachos cheso, and tres tacos. The food was very affordable, and nachos were tasty. The rest tasted okay. Staff was very friendly.
