Extremely slow delivery service. My nan could deliver pizza faster than this lot at peak times and she's dead. Ordered from here once and had nothing to show for it for an hour. We rang the store and nobody answered twice. The third time we had a halfwit on the phone who couldn't even identify our order. The pizza showed up almost two hours after being ordered. 2 stars because the pizza is good - when it finally bloody shows up. For the hassle just go somewhere else.

Ordered a vegetarian pizza as its on their menu. When looking at their standard of making the pizzas their hands were all over the meats then they were dipping their hands in the cheese and vegetables. They do not have a vegetarian menu due to all the cross contaminated foods. If ur a vegetarian or Muslim do not eat feom here at all.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews unless absolutely necessary. Every time I’ve been the manager there has had terrible customer service. feel so bad for the staff there who have to work under her. She should be leading by example surely but it’s embarrassing how unprofessional and unwelcoming she is with customers. Willing to change this review if there’s change, hope she finds peace lol

Received gift voucher (after waiting 2hrs for previous order), to be used for a phone order. They wouldn't even take the code and claimed the voucher could only be used online - contrary to the terms and conditions.

Staff were miserable - felt like an inconvenience to them. When I got home they had incorrectly placed a topping on which I requested not to be included. Waste of money.

Rude staff. Avoid at all costs. Sent me the wrong pizza and when I called to complain they hung up the phone on me.

The employees were talking in a different language to each other which I understood. And whilst me and my friend were walking out the door in that language they ‘screamed get the hell out’ , which I understood

Dishonest business practices with dismissive and rude customer service. Be prepared to wait two and a half hours for a pizza after being told it had already been delivered so as to meet the corporate criteria.

Very good pizza. Had one large pizza between 3 of us. Very filling and enough to go round.

Rude customer support, didn’t bother to help me find solutions as they delivered low quality food and I emailed the franchise support, as opposed to the store. Told me there’s nothing he can do about my wasted time or money. Called me to waste my time even more. Don’t recommend

Perfect! I made a mistake with collection times (and selected wrong restaurant to collect from), so food got cold but made me a fresh one when I got into fallow.

I am a domino fan but every time I order from this place, I had a stomach ache. I strongly question their hygiene. Ps. I don’t have this problem from other branches. And the food colour appearance is slight different too

Fallowfield team have been regularly unhelpful, technically and communicatively. Poor service and food.

I went to to dominoes to take my friend for the first time to get cookies. Dez was lovely he was very persuasive and helped us decide that 4 cookies wouldn’t be enough so encouraged us to get 8. Defo coming back for some more 😁😁 omg this is an edit he jsut gave us free pizza !!!!!

Took 2 hours to delivery, spent nearly 20 mins on hold trying to get through to them on the phone to find out where my food was, when i finally got through i was told there is nothing they can do to deliver within a reasonable time. If you want a pizza before christmas when its May, go elsewhere.

Ordered a large vegetarian vegi supreme pizza and there was chicken on it. Went for vegi because one friend has a white meat allergy and the other is vegetarian. Very dangerous as my friend almost went into Anaphylactic shock. Tried calling to say that there was chicken on it. No answer 3 times. 10pm was first call. On the final call they answered but had me on in the background for 5 minutes while not talking to me while I was trying to talk to them.

came to buy pizza and i clearly saw "buy any size and get one free". i was surprised when the man that took my order said the promo is only for customers that buys large size. what a rip off! i didn't trust the man, i was ripped off my extra pizza.
