Courteous and friendly service. Nice range of designer watches and jewelry... you will definitely find something you like... although you may well not be able to afford to get it from here. They say you get what you pay for, but I still found it to be a little overpriced even by designer standards. Hence 4 stars.

Bought an engagement ring in early December and had Selena guide me through the whole process, taking plenty of time to explain everything and make me feel as comfortable as possible with my new purchase! The ring was slightly too small and needed a resize, which a lovely lady named Vanessa helped us with, she managed to get the ring delivered for us in time before my Fiancée had to leave for a holiday. We later found out that the newly sized ring had a manufacturing error, so we took it back to be rectified. Jackie and Anmol were excellent in helping us with the last replacement, my Fiance was leaving to visit her family in 2 days and together they managed to order the new perfect ring from another store, excellent thinking and fantastic customer service from both of them. Overall we had some bumps but the staff were absolutely fantastic in helping us and allowing us to leave very satisfied!

A massive thank-you to Vanessa and Sunila toady for absolutely brilliant customer service. Attentive, friendly nothing too much trouble. They both went out of their way to help me select my next stupidly expensive watch. I started the conversation with "I'm not looking to buy today." To which they replied "no problem how can we help." They showed me a whole host of watches, talked be trough finance options and even dug stuff out of the back. Did I buy? No. Will I buy? yes!! and from this shop. Thank-you. Brilliant start to finish. Not bad considering Vanessa is 6-months pregnant. Both staff immaculate, store immaculate. A++++

Visited Beaverbrooks Manchester to be told there was a 30 minute waiting time when we knew exactly what we wanted and no fitting for rings was required chap who told us this was very rude says not his fault had to wait they were short staffed,he appeared not to be doing anything useful Visited Chester store last week the staff there were amazing.

Went in looking for a gents wedding band with no idea what I was after as I don’t wear jewellery at all, we were served by Bobby, he was really helpful super knowledgeable and showed us loads of styles to see what I preferred then came back with some that suited my tastes better (once I had an idea) with different metals till we decided on one. Would definitely recommend.

Thank you Jordan at Beverbrokes Trafford Centre who recently helped me get a bespoke Oris watch. Very professional service and generally nice guy. After debating purchasing elsewhere online I can honestly say that I'm happy to have paid slightly more knowing I can take my watch in for free for cleaning, at any store (especially handy for bronze watches) plus the warrenty. A big thanks to Oris also for the free strap - a touch of class from a quality manufacturer. I tried to get the watch at other retailers but they couldn't get hold of it. I would certainly buy from Beverbrokes in the future.

My son Just came in looking for ideas for 21st gifts for us his parents to buy him . He’s called me upset at the fact that 2 members of staff serving him were laughing at how many links he would need taking out of a watch. Yes he is very self conscious that he is very small for his age , having the guts to go in on his own is good but then leaving feeling worse about his stature than he did when he went in Disgusting Unprofessional Arndale Just started a new year at uni trying to settle in and then this happens ! I feel Staff training is needed !!!!

They sell b grade stuff. If you like to deal with bad attitude. If you like your items to get damaged, then that's the best place. The manager should have retraining on customer service. She claims to have 25 years of experience, but she should focus on the quality not the quantity. Apology is a good start to say to customer if something goes wrong.

Excellent customer service. Always happy to show you all the jewellery & go that extra mile by sitting you down and grabbing you a glass of water if you're knackered from a hard day's shop. Some really nice products too. Probably the best of the chain jewellery stores.

Came in here to look for pearl jewellery for our 30th wedding anniversary in the March. I wasn't too certain about the choice available & thought they were too blingy for me. However, the lady I saw was really helpful, showed me a couple of options & gave me a chance to try on a necklace & position the earrings in such a way as if they were on. Success. Would certainly come here again.

Absolutely fantastic service The staff are very tentative to each customer every time we've shopped here the staff have always offered us a drink (normally a brew or water) We are then taken to a table with chairs to sit down One member of staff will go in the back to make the drink and another member of staff will serve you (all the jewellery is behind locked glass either in the window display or other display) The staff will inquire as to the sort of thing your after and then go into the displays and get a range of products to suit your needs They put the products in cloth lined trays and sit with you while you choose, helping if required (I.e. Which colour jewel suits you better if you can't choose etc) Once you've chosen they will box up your item(s), take details for the receipt (if required) and make sure there is nothing else you require or would like to browse We've bought several things from Beaverbrooks and the service and products have always been the best (which is why we will continue to use them over other shops (unless it's a product they can't get) their prices are generally Good or on the same level as other jewellers so you may as well get the amazing customer service and happy staff who always great you with a smile (and that smile is their throughout the service) Thank you to all the staff

New buyers beware! Beaverbrooks will scam you. They are overpriced. Below are some tips about how to address all the issues with them in bullet points so that you can fully understand the extent of their fraud: 1. Do your research first before buying a diamond ring. Know your 4Cs and what they usually cost. I'll give you my personal example: I have obtained a ring with a round brilliant 1.00 carat, D colour, VS1 clarity diamond from a Hatton Gardens jeweller (which I highly recommend) for £7000 altogether, here in Beaverbrooks for a round 1.00 carat, F colour, SI1 clarity diamond (which means a way worse quality diamond) their starting prices were £9000. 2. They do not have GIA certification, but instead they use their own "in-house certifying system". GIA stands for Gemological Institute of America, which is the commonest international certification system for diamonds. Each GIA certified diamond has a certificate which comes with it, corresponding to a unique number, which is engraved microscopically on the diamond. Beaverbrooks uses its own inaccurate unscientific way of so-called grading the diamonds, at this point they can just call it whatever they want since it will be to their advantage if you think their poor quality diamonds are worth more. Stay away from Beaverbrooks. I would have given them zero stars if that was feasible.
