Bought
an
engagement
ring
in
early
December
and
had
Selena
guide
me
through
the
whole
process,
taking
plenty
of
time
to
explain
everything
and
make
me
feel
as
comfortable
as
possible
with
my
new
purchase!
The
ring
was
slightly
too
small
and
needed
a
resize,
which
a
lovely
lady
named
Vanessa
helped
us
with,
she
managed
to
get
the
ring
delivered
for
us
in
time
before
my
Fiancée
had
to
leave
for
a
holiday.
We
later
found
out
that
the
newly
sized
ring
had
a
manufacturing
error,
so
we
took
it
back
to
be
rectified.
Jackie
and
Anmol
were
excellent
in
helping
us
with
the
last
replacement,
my
Fiance
was
leaving
to
visit
her
family
in
2
days
and
together
they
managed
to
order
the
new
perfect
ring
from
another
store,
excellent
thinking
and
fantastic
customer
service
from
both
of
them.
Overall
we
had
some
bumps
but
the
staff
were
absolutely
fantastic
in
helping
us
and
allowing
us
to
leave
very
satisfied!
