We were made to queue 30minutes outside whilst it was raining to get inside. Once inside it was practically empty, the busiest part of the club was the toilets 😂

We were confronted by a team of promotion staff outside the club who advised that if we paid £5 each for an entrance fee, we would be entitled to double spirit and mixer drinks for £2.50. After paying the supposed entrance fee, we were advised that the £6 double mixer fee still applies. Would not recommend as we only stopped for one drink after discovering this. At this moment in time, we have paid £20 for entry to the complex, £2.50 as an "apology for the confusion" and now £6 a double, which is contradictory to the sign posted at the entrance.

Attended on Saturday 11th August 2018. Was great, every staff seemed cool, until so called owner of the club decided it great hit me on my back aggressively, round 2.45 to 3 am, because I was resting at a reserve area. Appalling behaviour, bad customer service, bad communication skills and unnecessary. needs to change.

- Entry is £5.00/person before 12am or sometime 1am and £10.00/person if you arrive later. - Good ambiance and music. The drinks are affordable as from £3.00. - There's security inside & out the club, however, the location of the club is not the best and parking is on the street (if available) which may not be safe.

Really good hip hop R&B and afro beats club. 2 distinct sections both with a Good atmosphere, beautiful people and the DJs know what they are doing! Could be improved if you were given the option to pay on entry for both sections rather than having to pick one or the other.

I do not recommend this club. On paying a drink with credit card, I was charged twice. I contacted the management to get a refund one month ago, and I am still waiting!

Drinks are fairly priced, tiny dance floor however. Good amount of sofas around the edge for sitting. Be warned, they tend to end scheduled events half an hour early.

Been there for Halloween. I paid 10£ for the entry and immediately asked for a cloakroom. They said it doesn’t work and I need to keep my coat with me. Emmm... Really? No cloackroom in november? Asked if I can have my money back and they said No, also they start to laugh cause I required the money back. Had to insist 4 times to have back my money. After giving me the money back, they laughed and said “Adios”. Nice employees huh.

Avoid at all costs, bouncers are rude, boys can’t wear neckless and have to tuck them into their shirts, boys can’t wear man bags for some reason? Cant sit anywhere remotely near the dance floor as you’ll be forced to buy a 45 pound bottle of cheap champagne. Toilets are small and uncomfortable. And drinks are overpriced!

If you’re happy with eating in somewhere that’s a little sticky because it’s usually a nightclub style venue then this place is for you. The tomahawk steak was actually delcious and well cooked, hospitality on the door was dead, but knowing someone who worked there afforded us privledges that were appreciated. Can’t recomend the pizza but the cocktails were great and bar staff friendly.

Had a great night with my friends celebrating my birthday. Great place, love the ambience and the style of the restaurant. Love the cocktails and food (although I was hoping for more options). We even tried the karaoke, need some bits to adjust but very friendly staff and made you feel welcome. We really enjoyed it. Definitely recommended 👍

Had my daughters baby shower here , from start to finish the staff here where pleasant and very welcoming, the atmosphere was great and although other people where present in the club at the time of our baby shower it didn't seem to bother them or us it was a nice touch as when we popped the ballon to reveal if it was a boy / girl all the other guests joined in and clapped it was lovely 😃I highly recommend this venue and will be popping in again for drinks .. lovely staff and lovely venue much more prettier than Tiger Tiger . Thanks to all the staff that made my daughters baby's shower a day to remember 😃

Booked ahead for my brothers stag party, so glad we did and really happy with our choice. The music was great, staff were friendly and the place had a really good atmosphere. Will definately be going back next time I'm in Manchester. Not many decent nightclubs left nowadays, well done and thanks Eden!

Awful service, rude staff and basic food. Problems started as soon as me and my group got in the restaurant. Arrived on time and told staff we had reserved a table for my birthday meal to then be told rudely “you’re going to have to wait whilst we get any tables ready for you” to then be shoved in the bar and forgotten about for 15 minutes. Once our booked table was sorted for us we sat down and waited another further 20 minutes (as timed) for menus and the option of ordering our drinks. Once staff finally acknowledged us we was then left disappointed by our garlic bread (which we did order as a starter and requested 3 times once our main came) staff admitted they forgot it. Once we complained and gave up on the garlic bread as we did ask for it to be a starter not a dessert we were then told we was offered a free round of drinks at the end of our night which we simply couldn’t accept as we wasn’t drinking and we were then laughed at by the same waitress. Once the food finally did arrive it wasn’t worth the wait nor the money. We were not asked once how the meal was or if we wanted dessert menus or if we wanted the bill as waitresses as slow as they were avoided us like the plague! We even had to walk up to the til point and request the bill ourselves (which if the management were doing there job would bring us the bill or even ask us if we wanted the bill). The restaurant was not busy at all and you can see why! Ruined a decent birthday meal and will simply not return to a restaurant full of rude staff and careless management. The only tip we would leave would to get staff trained in respect, customer service and time management ! Would highly NOT recommend.

Waited over an hour for drinks/food, no such thing as 'table service' as nobody even came to ask where our drinks/food was. Craig Kinsella's customer service skills were appalling, his attitude towards customers was enough to never visit or recommend Eden again. I will be staying well away and be telling everybody else too. Utterly disgraceful service.

The interior is absolutely beautiful, perfect if you are looking for a good Instagram backgound when visiting Manchester. Food was nice, the portions are rather big. We visited on January 2 and although I give them the benefit of being too tired after a busy period in hospitality, the staff were quite disorganised, weren't familiar with ongoing offers and made a number of mistakes with our order and with the one of the people sat besides us.

Club has a nice interior and style however the staff ruined what would otherwise be a good night out. Woman serving my friend at the bar was very rude when he enquired about the price of drinks, as if it was an inconvenience to simply state how much a drink is, which by the way are very expensive even by Manchester standards. Additionally the door staff were very over the top with searching the men in our group and not the women, which left a very sexist taste in my mouth. Very sad.

We booked a table for 12 people and they cancelled it and closed the restaurant without calling us we were on the way to Manchester called them on the way there and that’s when they told us

Booked 2 tables, I rang 10 minutes before my booking for them to tell me they've closed, claimed they had contacted us to tell us but we had no missed calls or voicemails

Booked into here last night as it stated on the website 2 for 1 on cocktails got there sat down picked our cocktails and luckily to double check first asked is the offer on . No said the waitress 2 for 1 cocktails is not on so we got a drink pint and a gin. A couple then came in sat at the side of us and ordered 2 cocktails on paying they looked and their bill £18 said to us we thought it was 2 for 1 on cocktails yea we did our tables were booked for 2 hours the other couple must have stayed about 15 minutes you need to update your website don't advertise offers when they're clearly not on

A colleague booked a room at the karaoke in Eden, we had a great night. Good music, good drinks (in very unusual tins) and even better service. The only issue I have is that we had 2 servers, the first showed us into our room and was nice enough but talked a lot about her personal life and other customers which was a little unnecessary. She told us she would take our drink order but didn’t, then we couldn’t find her, she did not return until the end of our booking 2 hours later. Luckily the bartender Jaime was extremely helpful and brought all our drinks to the room for us. We could see she was very busy but always made time for any questions or orders we had and made drink suggestions. Eden is a lovely venue but the service really made the trip worth it, thank you for making our Christmas party a great one

I had 4 nights in Manchester with my partner and had a great time every night apart from this. We saved what we thought would be best until last. When we got to the restaurant the staff were lovely and we could not fault them. The restaurant though was not on par with other restaurants we had been too. The decor was lovely from afar but as you will see in the pictures it was dusty and unkept. We were asked to wait at the bar, which was to be expected and we happily sat with our wine, however surrounding by the bar staff cocktail making throwing ice, liquor and fruit all over the bar with neglect to wipe up after. The staff themselves were polite and a bar manager turned up to correct issues however a while after. Considering there were many trinkets and a great effort was made, we went ahead to have what looked like would be a great meal... There was already a 50% off January deal that sounds great on paper but was also available in a restaurant called The Alchemist that we went to on our first night in Manchester that left us in awe and now wish we had gone back too. The food in Eden was poor, we ordered Calamari that was under seasoned and over cooked, pork belly that was enjoyable and a chorizo scotch egg that was delicious. For the main we had a Florentine Pizza that for one had no egg on it which was the main selling point of the pizza but more importantly a very raw, doughy and soft undercooked base that ruined the pizza. I ordered a steak that really was perfect, sadly the fries were undercooked and really quiet raw in places. I spoke to the manager that was easily approachable and was happy to listen to my experience and concerns and was happy to offer a free complimentary bottle of wine which was not expected but very appreciated. All in all I would return but maybe in time as I have only been the once and would like to give another chance as it mY have been just one of those days. As I was writing this supping on the complimentary wine, a young man called Luke arrived and managed the bar incredibly, correcting many issues at the bar, which staff followed. Small things, but meant alot to the customers. He was recognised by many. Overall veiw while 50% is on visit the Alchemist.

Booked a Table hear for a christmas meal and it was fantastic, better than expected. The service was amazing. Our waitress Lauryn was great and there was a man who i believe to be a supervisor or manager of some kind that was so on the ball and profesional. The food and drinks were both amazing and i would 100% go again.

Wait was 1 hour over estimated time, though it was packed. They need more staff to function properly, which isn't a reasonable ask to keep running smoothly during rush hours.

What a brilliant experience. Big shout out to our host- Natasha (?)- who was absolutely amazing. Really made our day. We attended yesterday- Sunday 15th at 5.30pm. loved it!! Honestly, Natasha really made our night with just shall gestures here and there. Brilliant customer service and we will definitely return because of her. Give her a raise or Christmas bonus or something to recognise her efforts! We were very impressed. Happy hour too!! Great drinks, great selection of songs in the booth. A new Christmas tradition for our friendship group!

Brilliant staff looked after our party so well Booked Eden for an office party - 14 of us in our group, with several other parties going on at the same time, so was expecting mass-produced mediocrity. What we actually experienced was 100 times better. To start with the staff, I was impressed by all the Eden people who looked after us. All were friendly, welcoming and couldn't do enough to make sure we were comfortable, had everything we needed, and more. To say we got value for money is an understatement. With several parties going on at the same time the kitchen could have cut corners to get all the meals out on time, but that is so far from what they delivered. All the food was well cooked, delicious, attractively presented, and prepared inventively. To produce perfect roasties on this scale was brilliant! The venue itself is attractively decorated, tastefully blingy (if that isn't a contradiction in terms!), and in good order. If I was forced to find fault the only thing I could think of would be that one of the (5) soap dispensers in the gents was empty - but that is being overly picky! The building itself is huge, so no danger of being over-crowded. Will definitely be back.

Only thing was the music that was good. Advertised a twisted Disney Halloween theme, face painters, offers on drinks ect. Nothing even remote was close to Halloween, drinks prices are ridiculous. Door staff did not help when fights broke out. Dirty, small toilet, sticky floor. Will not be returning.
