    ***UPDATE - Lee and Nicola have knocked it out of the park. After our original purchases we all requested other watches that we had been told we wouldn’t get by another well known retailer. Well, after only a short time we’ve all received our watches. It has again been a pleasure to deal with this store and I look forward to many more year of business together *** I visited with 2 friends to browse their selection of watches and found all the staff extremely helpful and knowledgeable and each of left happy with an unexpected purchase.

    Alex at DMR Manchester sourced me a Rolex Submariner Date as a wedding present for my husband to be at very short notice, after contacting lots of jewellers and being told finding the watch at retail price was impossible. Alex wanted to help me and reached out and he made my now husband very happy. Nothing was too much trouble, the experience in store was amazing. Alex explained everything so well on how Rolex's were made and how to use the watch. Can't recommend Alex at DMR enough.

    We had originally arranged an appointment with an alternative Jewellers and immediately did not get a feel for the place, so we kindly walked away and as soon as we saw David M Robinsons we walked in and was greeted by Sam, immediately we knew we were in the right place. Sam was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and made us feel really comfortable and under no pressure at all. Sam helped us so much in regard to what we wanted, which is priceless, we can highly recommend Sam and David M Robinsons and we will be returning in the very near future.     Environment is nice. Jasmine is very helpful. I would give her a five star service. She performs professionally and packed all the watches and jewelleries I bought carefully. She is worth to be one of the best staff in shop.

    I had an amazing service at David M Robinson after contacting them via the web, at which point put in touch with my local branch Manchester. I was introduced to Jasmine who was amazing, I was after a Rolex for my 40th and she did what she could and I couldn’t have faulted the service I got from the store and herself, the service has been of high standards and nothing less. I had approached a I few other Rolex Authorised dealers, but I didn’t get the friendly and confident response as I did at David M Robinson and Jasmine herself, I will be defiantly going back and can’t recommend them enough.

    It was such a great experience coming to the boutique especially when your dream watch is difficult to get, however I met such a wonderful watch advisor( Mr. Jones), he was so helpful, kind and gave such a warm welcome unlike other experiences I had. Even I did not get offered the watch still I had such a good feeling. Thanks again❤️

    Hannah at DMR is absolutely fantastic. She has great customer service; down the small detail. She is friendly, knowledgeable and really honest. She is a credit to the company, coming from someone in a customer service/sales industry, I don’t enjoy these experiences but Hannah really was adaptive to what I needed and made my experience memorable. The Assistant Manager and security staff were also very good, actively listening and being really involved in conversation, making you feel valued. I’d highly recommend using DMR and I hope Hannah gets rewarded for her fantastic service and guidance through the process; top notch! CS

    I have made multiple purchases from David M Robinson from their Manchester branch and highly recommend them. When I made initial contact with this branch I spoke with Samuel Ainscow, it was a pleasure discussing my requirements as he is very knowledgeable, professional, i didn't feel pressured one bit.     I recently bought a timepiece from David M Robinson, St Anne’s Square, Manchester after it was recommended to me by a couple of friends. From start to finish I couldn’t have been looked after any better. Jean and another member of staff made the whole experience unforgettable. I was treated to champagne which made it all very special as it happened to be my birthday. Jean explained everything I needed to know about the timepiece (warranty, servicing etc.) nothing was rushed. Jean answered all my questions with ease. It was good old fashioned customer service and I will definitely be visiting the store again. Thanks for making it a truly wonderful experience Jean. Carl.

    I had the pleasure of dealing with Craig over at DMR mcr, and was looking to build a relationship for my watch passion - we met and I received a seamless premium experience just talking about watches, his knowledge and passion just stands out to me after dealing with other retailers for many years, I also met Ben who was just as positive and passionate and they managed to secure me what I call my dream watch, since then Craig has found an engagement ring for my partner which is just so unique and has literally made our year complete - recommending DMR Mcr and Craig is an understatement and I’m looking forward to our relationship in the future.     Alex is a credit to the DMR team. On the start of the Rolex journey to purchase a watch as a ring alternative. We called into the Manchester store without an appointment, Alex sat us down and took the time to listen to what and why we wanted the particular watch, brought various watches for us to see and explained the details behind them and the history of Rolex. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field across many brands of watches. Fingers crossed the dream watch arrives before the big day.

    My experience at DM Robinson was tip top superb. Great location in town centre, massive premises and most importantly first class service. I was taken care off by Craig at DM Robinson. He was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and professional chap. He was able to answer all my questions about my Rolex and luxury watches in general.     Shocking Customer Service .... I visited the Manchester store with my wife on Wednesday morning looking for a ring and new watch for my wife to be told that there wasn't currently anyone available to speak to, I was give a card and asked to call to make an appointment, (this made me feel very uncomfortable). In the afternoon I call the number but there was no answer I left a message for someone to call me but I still haven't had a call back 2 days.... how do Companies like this even have a Rolex and Patek dealership? We then visited Boodles and spoke to Sam... Wow what a difference in service, 1 Someone to speak to 2. Nothing was to much trouble, offer coffee, shown a number of rings, Fantastic service They put DM Robinson to shame

    I was looking for a watch for my 18th birthday and I went in not knowing a huge amount about the Rolex collection. But Luana was incredibly patient and kind and offered lots of extremely insightful advice. She was very knowledgeable and very friendly to chat to. I was originally worried that I wouldn’t be taken seriously looking quite young and went in on my own but she treated me like anyone else which was amazing. All the staff were friendly including the man on the door. Picking up my watch was a truly memorable experience that I won’t forget. But Luana deserves a lot of praise and through her kindness and amazing knowledge and because of all of this she has secured DavidMRobinson a very happy customer for life!

    I've dealt with a couple of Rolex AD's over the years but after dealing with Ben at Robinsons I won't be going anywhere else. His service is absolutely faultless - totally relaxed and never feel rushed or like anything is too much trouble. So happy with my Seadweller and my wife can't wait to get her Datejust. I'm happy to make the trip from Nottingham for the experience and will be coming back again many times in the future! 5 star all the way.

    Visited DMR Manchester branch earlier this week. I was looked after by Craig, who was very professional and helpful. Excellent service, friendly atmosphere. Very relaxing to be there. Made a purchase and discussed further purchases as well. Staffs there were generally very professional. I expressed my interest in some other Rolex models and I like the open and honest discussions about the availability of the different models. I look forward to making my next visit and purchase at DMR.

    The best service I’ve ever received from not just a Rolex AD, but a luxury store in general. Having booked an appointment with Alex, he greeted and seated me down with a selection of beverages to choose from. We then took time to discuss interests/intentions, whilst allowing me to try on a variety of watches on exhibition. Can’t thank DMR and Alex enough for today, truly special experience.

    My parents have been customers of DMR for many years. During this period it became clear to me that, regardless of the amount being spent, if you're buying from DMR, you're receiving superb customer service from people who are passionate about what they do, keen to share their extensive knowledge, and are above all genuine. I therefore opted to purchase my fiancée's engagement ring through DMR. Lee, who has always been fantastic with my family, spent a considerable amount of time with me in the Manchester store, allowing me to choose the right diamond before having it sent to their workshop to be set. This level of customer care is undoubtedly a trait of any staff member at DMR. My fiancée was absolutely delighted with the engagement ring (or so she tells me 😊). The care and time taken in choosing it and crafting it with DMR adds that extra, special dimension. Would thoroughly recommend 🙌🏻

    Popped into the shop today to look for a watch as a birthday present off my husband. Alex was amazing. He showed us numerous watches and I found one I loved. There was a waiting time on the watch but knowing it was my birthday next week, Alex managed to get us one later in the afternoon. Alex went above and beyond explaining how the watch worked etc. He was so friendly yet professional at the same time. Nothing was too much trouble. Then later this evening we had a message from Alex to say thank you for our custom and wishing me a wonderful birthday. Its the small things like this that make all the difference.     My friend and I went to DMR in Manchester today so I could purchase a black bay GMT. Met with Summer who made us feel very welcome, especially me as a newcomer to buying watches. She sat with me and explained how everything worked and was lovely to talk to during the buying process. Me and my friend were offered a glass of champagne to celebrate which was very nice! I also got a free hat with the Tudor logo on. All of the staff were excellent and very nice to talk to, I feel in very good hands with DMR going into the future.

    I visited DMR in Manchester after a recommendation. Called in to ask for a high demand watch for a big birthday, with only a few days to spare. Spoke with Lee, the manager, without any expectations. 6 days later I get the call. Truly exceptional customer care from Lee, Prag and all the staff.     I’m not sure why it’s taken me so long to write a review about DMR Manchester. I have been dealing with Alex for over 8 years in the luxury watch industry and I must say he’s an absolute asset to the DMR family. His exceptional knowledge and customer experience goes above and beyond what one might expect. Nothing is too much for Alex and every single visit regardless of the reason Alex and the team are willing to make it unforgettable. Unfortunately, in the industry there are a lot of very daunting aspects of watch and jewellery shopping however at DMR its very different. You don’t feel like your in a store, you feel like your in your home. Additionally, You will not find a more attractive and beautiful showroom in the north of England. Whatever your inquiry is, however big or small DMR will go the next level to provide the best experience possible. Cannot recommend Enough.

    Called in today at the Manchester store, enquiring about a Rolex Explorer II. The salesman had zero sales technique, he told me nothing about the watch, just went on about the waiting time. In addition, he had a serious personal hygiene problem. I didn’t catch his name, but he was from the south. It was overall - a slightly odd experience.

    I recently purchased a watch from DMR in Manchester following a recommendation from a friend. Hannah was responsive and provided clear information following my initial enquiry. Hannah was always available, whether it be over the phone or on email, and kept me updated on the progress of my watch being delivered to the store. The process of purchasing was fast and efficient. Overall, it was a superb service, this was made by the friendly staff who were willing to go above and beyond. The click and collect service was convenient and fast, with clear covid precautionary measures in place. Alex was friendly and down to earth. I would definitely recommend DMR to people and will be back in the future.

    Absolutely fantastic customer service. Both me and my husband have been well looked after by Hannah. There is a clear difference in class between this place and others. At no point did we feel pressured into making a purchase. All our questions were answered (no matter how many we had!) and we were able to make informed choices that suited us.     Jasmine Su handled my account and was very professional resulting in my Rolex looking like New and fully serviced with some New Parts. However, I was very frustrated by the lack of staff availability to answer the phone to clients. The failure to respond to messages left as the only option resulting in several further calls until contact made. The Email I was promised never Arrived. I still have not received a formal invoice showing total price charged and breakdown of work carried out. I have now left a phone message for Jasmine to provide same , as still nobody answering the phone. Not very impressive ( Sadly). Frederick Wright.

    Had a wonderful experience purchasing a diamond necklace in remembrance of my Grandad. Ben saw to us on two occasions and both times he really made us feel comfortable and enjoy the whole experience. Thank you so much Ben! It’s a day I’ll remember forever!

    I took my watch in for a repair because an oscillating weight required replacing . After a Rolex appraisal , other work was identified , namely the dial and hands . I asked if the work was absolutely necessary and was told that it was . When the work was completed I expected to be offered the parts back as my watch is a vintage , manufactured in 1969 and there is great value added to the watch with these parts available. The parts were apparently not able to recovered from Rolex which I find difficult to believe . My watch is now apparently worth much less than it was before the service . Given Robinsons reputation I am very disappointed and will not be using their services again.

    Great service! My partner and I visited this store to discuss a new watch for myself. We made an appointment with Hannah and she made us feel very welcome from the start. We were in store for around an hour and really enjoyed our time there. We were also shown around the showroom and the stunning Rolex area downstairs. Hannah took the time to explain there would be a wait for the watch I wanted and the reasons for it which was completely understandable. I can highly recommend this store 👍 Thanks again from Luca and Jodie.

    Bought my first Rolex from here last October, the customer experience was 10/10. From start to finish Jackie S was great, she was very clear about what was achievable and helped me get the watch I really wanted. Her customer service was nothing short of exceptional. I would 100% recommend this Jeweller.

    The customer service that I received from DMR Manchester was exemplary. I recently enquired about a Rolex watch at the Manchester Branch, around 3 months ago, I wasn’t expecting a reply anytime soon to be honest, but I got a call on December 23rd stating they had one in stock. I must say Alex at your DMR Manchester store was extremely helpful and professional and he is an absolute asset to your company! Alex made my purchase very enjoyable and easy. I'm thanking him for all his kind help, and if anyone is buying a watch from Manchester, I would highly recommend seeing Alex, as his customer service is impeccable. Alex, deserve maximum respect and appreciation by customers. Despite my foreign accent, he behaved professionally and genuinely friendly, didn’t undervalue my presence. Alex, thank you so much for the lovely gifts, just before Christmas! I don’t usually write reviews but I thought the shop and staff deserved one, please keep up the good service.     They say you’ll never forget the day you buy your first Rolex and David M Robinson certainly enhance that experience, the shop inside (Manchester) is as beautiful as the watches and jewellery on show.     Came to the store today to start my watch journey, what a way to start! Summer was amazing! She helped me understand the pieces I was interested in. She didn’t just provide me the watches to try, she gave me an understanding on the fine details. In the end I came away with a beautiful time piece. I feel on top of the world, and this is the perfect start to my watch journey.     My first DMR visit and experience today. To start off Secuirty at the door is very well presented 3 piece suit etc has a cracking smile and knows a thing or two about customer service! Didn’t catch the name but looks like Dwayne Johnson. We were sat with a man named Jake. Great guy, easy to talk to and very good with his knowledge and advices when picking watches for me and my partner. Looking to see you guys again soon! All the best.
