Went into the shop today and was greeted by great customer service and care, the guys had lots of knowledge and helped me pick out the things i needed. Also the treat stand is full of wonderful products which you are allowed to mix and match in deals for cheap prices. WILL BE BACK AGAIN !! *****

Been here a few times now and have been happy with prices and service but I went today and feel like I have been ripped off , I was charged £28.00 for 36 cows ears and when I checked online they are available for £23.00 for a box of 50. Sorry to say but will not be going back here again, better off shopping online

Always good to support a local business and it is such a good shop to go into. The owner is friendly and very helpful all his products have been great quality for our pets. Always does good deals. Recommend him to everyone in the area I know who has pets.

Purchased a large bag of food for my very active Lab X, Very helpful with a good selection..definitely recommend using.

Ordered 2 sacks of Burgess dog food but apparently didn't specify which flavour. Mike rang to check & said not sure in stock, wld check. He rang back with alternative flavours & I placed order. Arrived next day. Now that is 5 star service, will def use again & recommend to friends.

Awesome value, I ordered from eBay a1 contacted me straight away explaining they hadn't got one of my large bags but replaced with loads of little ones but the more expensive one and ended up with more than I paid for plus treats for my pet will be using these again for sure x
