First time we have shopped here and won't be the last, extremely helpful staff with nothing too much trouble, fantastic selection of goods at very competitive prices.

Dont stock half of what they have advertised on the website. When I got home I realised I'd purchased an overpriced broken birdcage with ample room for my parakeets to escape. Don't sell perches either? Don't sell much for domestic birds. 2 Stars for the helpful male shop assistant.

Went with my daughter to purchase a budgie. Chelsea served us and she was very friendly and helped us with everything we needed to know. She was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions put to her.

Great service staff always helpful got some cute dog treats for their teeth.

Our local Jolley's is the family's go to place for our many pets requirements. Staff are always giving advice on products and pet care. They have a wide stock of items so you always get what you need. The reward scheme (Pet Club Membership) is also really good reason to choose Jolleys. Highly recommended.

Quite expensive shop, always look for bargains, ya have to these days, the store is ok but the products can be found cheaper at other places and online like Amazon.

I've been going here for multiple reasons, with gerbils, to rats, cats and dogs, they stock the majority of essentials you'll need for any and all pets, and the staff are very helpful, I bought my two rats 3 years ago and the staff member there was very helpful in regards to how to care for them and what environment they need, it can be pricey but the quality is there

I've just been instore to get 6 GSD puppies vaccinated. I was dreading the whole thing, because you know 6 puppies, and they aint small. But the staff were super helpful, one girl even took time to come to the van and help load them back in, and took my trolley back so I didnt need to leave the puppies alone pretty sure she was on her break as well. They're a credit toyourbusiness. Top people's.

A far cry from when we used to go years back. It seemed grubby and cramped. Most of the fish tanks were under treatment, with the murkiest green water I've ever seen! With no staff on the shop floor to offer assistance we walked out and went to Pets at Home.

I am unfortunately unable to visit again following my first to buy essentials for my new senior rescue cat, because neither assistant was wearing a face covering and neither were the large family who arrived early, as I did - a shame, as the young female assistant was very helpful. I am older, health compromised and expect shops to follow the mandatory civid regulations.

Usually love this place and been coming here for years, best pet shop around. However the managers, Paul, attitude is appalling! He was extremely rude when I asked him for help. Generally when I visit staff are lovely and helpful and offer the dogs a treat, however not the case after my latest visit and needless to say I was unimpressed. Felt very sorry for the member of staff asking him for help with the customer in front of me and found it disgusting that the manager was shouting at him from across the room in front of us and talking down to him… worst of all he just missed standing on my dog as he barged past me, didn’t even say excuse me- I was not impressed.

My dog bed has faulty stitching rang up was told to go to store. The manager Paul looked at the bed and offered us a replacement. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVIECE Well done Jolleys bolton. I worked in retail and know people don't get recognition for the good service enough. Won't go anywhere else for my dog and bird supplies.

Go here for my chicken feed, the young lady on the till is super helpful and friendly. Always offers to carry the 20kg bags for me. I always leave here wishing other people who work in the customer service industry were as good as the young lady here.

Visited the morning of Wednesday 3rd August. I didn't catch the guys name but his service was exceptional and absolute credit to the company. He was friendly, knowledgeable and went the extra mile.

Good range of stuff for different animals not too bad price wise though some stuff is pricey but then again so are others. Will happily carry big food bags out to the car for you etc which is fantastic

Went to buy a budgie, drove for an hour after work to be told they don't sell animals 15 minutes before closing. Member of staff very rude, would not recommend and won't be returning. Only given 1 star because can't give 0.
