I love this store , reasonable prices , in budget buying to cover your whole family . Variety and so many options really makes your day worthwhile during your shop in this store !😊 You can buy men , woman and children clothing in this store . They sell luguage bags as well which is so awesome !! Great prices and you can dig in what you like the best on you 🙂 You can get night dresses to lingere , undergarments , socks , shirts , pants , belts , jackets , t-shirts and every single thing in this store . There is a cafe with the name central perk that was in FRIEND'S series . Love that . But it is closed at the moment due to covid . Hair related stuff is available in variety as in everything regarding like hair pins , rollers , brushes, blow dry stuff etc. Love shopping here , very nice store .❤

It is winter and temperature is decreasing. However, it didn't stopped me to get some fresh air. The wind spreads his wing's and helped me out reaching Primark store. I stood during 30 minutes, before I got served. It was nerves wracking!

This Primark store is a massive, full, and super busy one. They have different wears for male, females, and children, bags, shoes, household accessories, and a beautiful cosmetic section. Their prices are reasonably affordable, but customer service in comparison to any indian store is very less

Every time I go in there I get accused of stealing from Primark. It's Primark don't get above yourself with your child labour farms in Africa & China. I was told by a member of stuff called Ali "how can you afford the £30 jumper from Worn Well?" Are you sure you bought this. "That is very expensive jumper how can you afford it?" My friend & colleague bought it me in Worn Well. my friend bought as a gift as I gave him a £20 ticket to a Devlin event. As I am promoting the event and co-owner of the event & management company running the event. I know it's hard to believe that brown people have money or minial job ... Smh... I have ADHD and when accused of things like stealing I lose the plot and see red because I am not a thief. Do I look like a thief? Don't get above your station scumbags and women at Worn Well was not that helpful either.

Love shopping here, especially for home decor! Even though it gets quite busy-the girls at payment counters are very quick. After shopping I enjoyed coffee in Central Perk or “Friends” cafe! 😍

They have every outfit you want, there is a fitting room to fit whatever you are buying. The most interesting part is you can return after a certain day of purchase if you noticed any fault in the product you acquired. The more your money is the better quality you purchase...The outlet I shopped from here was Picadelly Manchester U.K🥰🥰 also visited the outlet at Trafford centre. I forgot to mention earlier their fitting room is topnotch 😊🥰

Amazing shopping with lots of choice. A great surprise was the cafe, barbers & beauty salon. Wow. A pleasure shopping here. 100% better than our local one

The only reason for coming all the way into Manchester city centre was to take my daughter's to Central Perk in Primark. They loved it. The atmosphere was great. The menu was a bit pricey but it was fun with all the names. It was a great atmosphere. My daughter's had a couple of waffles. Which was actually only half a waffle per serving and they said they weren't great. Not very freshly made. But the experience was a lot of fun and worth it to see the smile on their faces.

I had time to spare and just popped in with no specific item in mind to buy. I saw a shopper with a lumberJack type shirt and looked around for one, I was helped by Holly on the ground floor, who guided me to men's fleece button collar check shirts. I chose a nice green, blue, with a slight pink stripe( £8 ). I liked that because it was a bit of a different shade and style! As I was making my way to the changing rooms, I spotted a guy wearing an even more appropriate style, which more closely resembled what I was looking for, that was in more of a jacket style. As I found my way, guided by Kendel, I found the ideal garment, helped by Suhoor to choose a style out of three nice shades, which was brown/beige check, great price for that type of Lumber Jack jacket at £20. The changing room staff were a great help in the basement, I believe it was, if my memory doesn't fail me! One of the assistants there kindly went to get me a different size of Lumber Jack jacket. I received good help from Megan and Carols team. Thanks for a pleasant shopping experience and super efficient check out team headed I think by "Dave"( he mentioned he was new there, but I never would have guessed!)

I do love Primark. However, you need to go at the right time or you will get stomped on. The place is loved by everyone 😁. They have great offers and the clothes last a tad longer than initially implied. Staff are lovely. They get tired serving So Many people so please be nice to them. The stores are clean and tidy. But when the general public have been in, the end result can be like a load of locust have hit the store. I wish society today would have more respect for others and everything. Anyway, yes, I recommend Primark. Just go at quiet times 😁.

Primark is the UK's number one provider of affordable clothing for all ages especially for everyday wears for all seasons. Great place to get affordable and great quality clothes and household items. Love the self service that is available for payments in cash, coins or card. The shopping experience here is second to none. There is a very wide range of domestic products especially as it pertains to clothing outfits. It is always busy but the staff are always courteous and available to help you navigate through the sometimes multiple confusing options.

The central Perk cafe located inside Primark Manchester was a really lovely experience. The service was very good, with great latte art done by the barista. The design of the cafe was in the friends Central perk cafe theme and looked really good. A great little place to stop from shopping. Well done.

They had a Central Perk (Friend's themed coffee shop) on the first floor. The food was fairly basic but id stop in for a coffee for the novelty of it.

Primack is definitely one of the clothing stores I'd not miss given the massive amount of items they have! And not to mention, they are reasonably priced. Had a great time shopping here, and was able to find clothes and jeans that fitted me so well. Although there may be stuff that you may find out of nowhere that people tend to leave after the decision changes. Overall, I would certainly come back to Primack for my future shopping!

Very large store over 3 floors with beauty area & central perk style coffee shop. The disabled toilet in the coffee shop had an emergency cord that was tied up, despite having a label on warning you of the dangers of tying the cord up. Otherwise, accessible toilet and accessible store.

Primark is a popular budget-friendly fashion retailer that caters to a wide range of customers. With its vast selection of trendy clothing, accessories, and home goods, Primark offers great value for money. While the prices are affordable, the quality may vary, but you can still find some excellent bargains. The stores are often busy, so patience is key when shopping. Overall, Primark is a go-to store for fashion-forward individuals on a budget, providing an extensive collection of stylish items at wallet-friendly prices.

Everything is displayed with thought to the shopper. The clothing displays have plenty of room between each other, to allow for wheelchairs and pushchairs etc. The store is clean and tidy, we visited around 5pm, it was very busy, but without feeling claustrophobic. Staff friendly and helpful.

Layout is nice on all floors. Staff always seem ready to assist. You'll find a lot of things that aren't too pricey. But then, what cheap prices mean to different people and the perception/ expectation of quality and durability differs

Busy, busy on a Saturday afternoon. A great selection of products, fully stocked. Staff is great, they really help. The tills are very fast, line moves very fast, wish there was more open, waited 30 to pay. There are 3 floors with tills on all floors. Will come back, its a great place to get clothes for the kids.

Fantastic place to shop especially if you're on a budget. No one needs to walk round scruffy with these prices. Staff are always friendly and nothing is too much. A pair of boots £20 and they don't even look cheap. Well worth a visit.

Affordable clothing with good quality. Shopped in the kids section for my girls. I liked the fact that there was somewhere to sit as I needed to breastfeed. Overall it was a good shopping experience.

Quite disappointed with the selection at the moment, however good shoe collection. Only 3 people on the tills and massive queues. Other retailers in my opinion are ahead of them now and a better experience.

Some clothes are dirty because of that you need to check all your items before check out and pay. Fortunately, their staffs are amazing, kind and friendly. Clothes are cheap but no long lasting. I love their home’s stuffs, especially candles and mugs

Great place for a bargain!! The new "friends" coffee shop looks great too. It's had a whole new makeover with plenty of space to shop safely which is important these days!

It's the price and quality that attracts and not the check outs. It's Xmas and of course very busy so why have they closed half the tills on the floor I was on. Seems typical of most high street stores these days maximum profit minimum customer satisfaction. Will avoid next Xmas.

I was a bit disappointed with this Primark, I was comparing it to the Birmingham one and I had fairly high expectations. The presentation of the store was OK but the layout was really poor, it didn't feel like there was much flow to the place. It was tidy though which is better than others I've been to. But the choice of clothing on offer was poorer than other stores. Not great but not bad

Oh my goodness it is too big. I couldn't find what I wanted and trying to find an assistant was not easy. Some areas where like a jumble sale, with clothes all on top of each other. Not for me! However I can say that the young boy that served was an absolute diamond and he was so helpful, very pleasant.

As always, long queues ... so went to basement as it seemed a bit quicker. Was served by a lovely man on Thurs 1st of Dec, named Sheikh (I think!) who was very polite and even helped me opened one of the products I brought as I needed scissors to open it. Nicest Primark worker I've met in a while ... not surprised as working conditions seem poor. Hope this review reaches him as he honestly made my day !!

Wife and kids love it, I watch the spend budget. Lingerie section is my favourite spot but has been very lacking recently, I'm trying to dress my wife not my grandma! More vibrant colours and raceier designs needed please, most stuff on the hangers wasn't suitable, I used to get some great underwear in the past, not sure what's happened?

Absolutely love this branch of primark. Visited from Portsmouth without realising all the other parts of the shop eg central perk cafe and beauty. Was amazed by how big it was, excellent layout and good range of clothing, accessories and bits and pieces.

You get what you pay for. Clothes sizes all very small and the majority aimed at teenage market. PJs lovely. Home section trendy n cheap. Beauty section cheap with some lovely body sprays and face masques. Few nice summer pants, with matching tops, but pants far too long and would need a good sewer to take them up.
